11小儿艾滋病72例临床分析显示文摘目的:通过分析小儿艾滋病(AIDS)的临床资料,探讨小儿AIDS的流行病学和临床特点,以预防小儿AIDS的发生。方法:回顾性分析72例小儿AIDS的临床资料,72例患儿用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体均为阳性。结果:小儿AIDS患儿以长期反复发热、迁延性咳嗽、腹泻、消瘦合并霉菌和结核感染为主要表现,临床表现无特异性,预后差,病死率为100%。结论:小儿AIDS主要是由感染HIV的育龄妇女经垂直传播而感染,应结合流行病学进一步检测HIV抗体,防止误诊或漏诊,及时有效地阻断母婴传播是预防小儿AIDS发生的关键。黄纯 Moussale Mahamane 2010中国当代医药2010,17,26:1

16Inactivation of ERK1/2-CREB Pathway Is Implicated in MK801-induced Cognitive Impairment显示文摘Objective Schizophrenia(SZ)is associated with cognitive impairment,and it is known that the activity of cAMP response element binding protein(CREB)decreases in the brain of SZ patients.The previous study conducted by the investigators revealed that the upregulation of CREB improves the MK801-related SZ cognitive deficit.The present study further investigates the mechanism on how CREB deficiency is associated with SZ-related cognitive impairment.Methods MK-801 was used to induce SZ in rats.Western blotting and immunofluorescence were performed to investigate CREB and the CREB-related pathway implicated in MK801 rats.The long-term potentiation and behavioral tests were performed to assess the synaptic plasticity and cognitive impairment,respectively.Results The phosphorylation of CREB at Ser133 decreased in the hippocampus of SZ rats.Interestingly,among the upstream kinases of CREB,merely ERK1/2 was downregulated,while CaMKII and PKA remained unchanged in the brain of MK801-related SZ rats.The inhibition of ERK1/2 by PD98059 reduced the phosphorylation of CREB-Ser133,and induced synaptic dysfunction in primary hippocampal neurons.Conversely,the activation of CREB attenuated the ERK1/2 inhibitor-induced synaptic and cognitive impairment.Conclusion These present findings partially suggest that the deficiency of the ERK1/2-CREB pathway is involved in MK801-related SZ cognitive impairment.The activation of the ERK1/2-CREB pathway may be therapeutically useful for treating SZ cognitive deficits.Cui-ping GUO Wen-sheng Li Yi LIU Yacoubou Abdoul Razak Mahaman Bin ZHANG Jian-zhi WANG Rong LIU Hong-lian LI Xiao-chuan WANG Xiang GAO 2023Current Medical Science2023,43,1:0

19Allometric models for estimating aboveground biomass and carbon in Faidherbia albida and Prosopis africana under agroforestry parklands in drylands of Niger显示文摘This study developed allometric models to estimate aboveground biomass and carbon of Prosopis africana and Faidherbia albida. The destructive method was used with a sample of 20 trees per species for the two parkland sites. Linear regression with log transformation was used to model aboveground biomass according to dendrometric parameters. Error analysis, including mean absolute percentage of error(MAPE) and root mean square of error(RMSE), was used to select and validate the models for both species. Model 1(biomass according to tree diameter) for P. africana and F. albida were considered more representative. The statistical parameters of these models were R2 = 0.99, MAPE 0.98% and RMSE1.75% for P. africana, and R2 = 0.99, MAPE 1.19%,RMSE 2.37% for F. albida. The average rate of carbon sequestered was significantly different for the two species(P ≤ 0.05). The total amount sequestered per tree averaged0.17 × 10-3 Mg for P. africana and 0.25 × 10-3 Mg for F. albida. 20衰老标记蛋白30在不同月龄大鼠晶状体上皮细胞中的表达及其作用显示文摘目的:探讨衰老标记蛋白30(SMP30)在不同月龄大鼠晶状体上皮细胞(LECs)中的表达及其作用。方法:将自然衰老的Wistar大鼠分为1~2月龄组、9~10月龄组及18~19月龄组。采用比色法检测大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,TUNEL法检测大鼠LECs的凋亡情况,间接免疫荧光法检测LECs中SMP30的表达。结果:18~19月龄组血清SOD活性低于1~2月龄组及9~10月龄组,MDA含量和LECs凋亡率高于1~2月龄组及9~10月龄组(均P<0.05);9~10月龄组GSH-PX活性明显低于1~2月龄组(P<0.05),表明大鼠自然衰老模型构建成功。裂隙灯观察3组大鼠晶状体均透明。SMP30在3组大鼠LECs中均呈阳性表达,1~2月龄组、9~10月龄组、18~19月龄组大鼠LECs中SMP30表达的平均荧光强度分别为4.36±1.98、2.73±1.14、0.75±0.39,组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:随着大鼠月龄增加,LECs凋亡率升高,SMP30在LECs中的表达降低;SMP30可能为LECs的保护因子,在大鼠衰老过程中可能发挥抗LECs凋亡的作用。李思雨 王洁 Mahamane Doby Djibril 谢子康 左慧懿 唐承业 唐东永 衷昕 梁皓 2021广西医科大学学报2021,38,4:0
