| 2 | Oxygen Permeation Behaviors and Hardening Effect of Titanium Alloys at High Temperature显示文摘In order to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of Ti and Ti alloy components, an oxygen permeationtreatment (OPT) was developed. The oxygen permeation behaviors of three Ti alloys, TA2, TB5 and TC11, treatedin air with O-P medium at high temperature have been studied. The results show that the O-P treatment cansignificantly improve the surface hardness of Ti alloys. The oxidation mass-gain of β-Ti alloy (TB5) is much higherthan α-Ti alloy (TA2) under the same condition, while α+β Ti alloy (TC11) is the lowest. All the Ti alloys treatedat this condition produce two surface layers: the outer layer consists mainly of TiO2, as well as trace of other oxides,and the inner layer consists of a Ti-O interstitial solid solution formed by the diffusion of oxygen in α crystal latticeThick scales of β Ti alloy (TB5) are easily formed depending mainly on the poor solid solution content of oxygen,while deep solution layer can be formed since partial β phase has been transformed into α phase. The scales of α-βTi alloy (TC11) are very thin and compact. | 3 | Effect of annealing time on the exchange coupling interactions and microstruc-ture of nanocomposite Pr_(7.5)Dy_1Fe_(71)Co_(15)Nb_1B_(4.5) ribbons显示文摘The influence of annealing time on the magnetic properties and microstructure of nanocomposite Pr7.5Dy1Fe71Co15Nb1B4.5 ribbons was systematically investigated by the methods of vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). Interaction domains derived from strong exchange coupling interactions be- tween hard and soft magnetic grains were imaged using magnetic force microscopy (MFM). Maximum remanence, intrinsic coerciv- ity, and maximum energy product values were obtained in the ribbons annealed at 700°C for 15 min, which were composed of Pr2(Fe, Co)14B, α-(Fe, Co), and slight Pr2(Fe, Co)17 phases. Although Jr, Hci, and (BH)max decreased gradually with further increase of an- nealing time, it is emphasized that comparatively high Jr and Hci and (BH)max were obtained in a wide annealing time period of 15 to 360 min. | 6 | Laser cladding of Al+Ir powders on ZM5 magnesium base alloy显示文摘Laser cladding of preplaced Al + Ir powders on a ZM5 magnesium alloy was performed to enhance the corrosion resistance of the ZM5 magnesium alloy. A metallurgical bond was obtained at the coating/substrate interface. The corrosion potential (Ecorr) of the laser cladded sample was 169 mV positive to that of the untreated ZM5 substrate,while the corrosion current (Icorr) was some one order of magnitude lower. The laser cladded sample,unlike the untreated ZM5 substrate,showed a passive region in the polarization plot. Immersion tests confirmed that the corrosion resistance of the laser cladded ZM5 sample was significantly enhanced in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution.
