1中国与俄罗斯碘缺乏病防治措施和策略的比较显示文摘碘是人体必需的微量元素之一,它的主要生理作用是合成甲状腺激素,甲状腺激素参与机体发育及代谢。尽管中国已经实现了消除碘缺乏病(IDD)的目标,但民众忽视环境普遍缺碘的现象,出现对碘过量摄入的焦虑。减少碘盐的食用,这可能导致IDD卷土重来,特别对孕妇、哺乳期妇女、青少年和儿童等高危人群危害巨大。俄罗斯是地理环境缺碘的国家,2019年被全球碘营养联盟(IGN)评估为世界第三严重的IDD流行国家,且俄罗斯居民的实际平均碘消耗量约为世界卫生组织(WHO)制定的最低标准的1/3以下。与俄罗斯相比,中国做到了消除IDD,这可能得益于加碘盐的落实和实时有效的监测系统的应用。因此,本文对中俄两国IDD的监测及防治策略进行了比较,以期相互学习,提高中俄国民的IDD防治意识,做到正确、科学、精准补碘。聂鹳颖 Mariia Bryleva 刘鹏 李明 孙殿军 2020中华地方病学杂志2020,39,12:7
2Nickel nanoparticles supported on nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes are a highly active,selective and stable CO_(2) methanation catalyst显示文摘CO_(2) methanation using nickel-based catalysts has attracted large interest as a promising power-to-gas route.Ni nanoparticles supported on nitrogen-doped CNTs with Ni loadings in the range from 10 wt% to 50 wt% were synthesized by impregnation,calcination and reduction and characterized by elemental analysis,X-ray powder diffraction,H_(2) temperature-programmed reduction,CO pulse chemisorption and transmission electron microscopy.The Ni/NCNT catalysts were highly active in CO_(2) methanation at atmospheric pressure,reaching over 50% CO_(2) conversion and over 95% CH_(4) selectivity at 340℃ and a GHSV of50,000 mL g^(-1) h^(-1) under kinetically controlled conditions.The small Ni particle sizes below 10 nm despite the high Ni loading is ascribed to the efficient anchoring on the N-doped CNTs.The optimum loading of 30 wt%-40 wt% Ni was found to result in the highest Ni surface area,the highest degree of conversion and the highest selectivity to methane.A constant TOF of 0.3 s^(-1) was obtained indicating similar catalytic properties of the Ni nanoparticles in the range from 10 wt%to 50 wt% Ni loading.Long-term experiments showed that the Ni/NCNT catalyst with 30 wt% Ni was highly stable for 100 h time on stream.Julian Godde Mariia Merko Wei Xia Martin Muhler 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3:4

4Lignite oxidative desulphurization: notice 3-process technological aspects and application of products显示文摘The study reviews the process of oxidative desulphurization of high-sulphur Ukrainian lignite, which was performed by coal treatment using an air or air-steam mixture. In the process. sulphur-free fuel and tar from the decomposition of coal organic matter was obtained. Hence, the sulphur in the coal was converted inlo hydrogen sulphide. The coal desulphurization process is critical to power generatio n. power generation and technology, and tech no logy field of application. The coal desulphurization process ensures the maximum recovery of the highest content of sulphur and hydrogen sulphide (H2S) in desulphurized gases at minimal energy costs. The process also enhances the maximum decomposition of tar and sulphur recovery (> 50%) during coal power generation. Based on smnniarized field studies, a block schematic diagram coupled with heat and material balances of the process was developed for the calculations. The application of the tech no logy at the first stage of coal combustion in thermal power plants will en able the utilizatio n of over 50% of recovered coal sulphur in the form of concentrated H2S or commercial elemental sulphur. This will, nevertheless, allow for a reduction of sulphur oxide pollution in the environment by at least 53%-56%. 9Multiple Roles of HIV-1 Capsid during the Virus Replication Cycle显示文摘Human immunodeficiency virus-1 capsid(HIV-1 CA) is involved in different stages of the viral replication cycle. During virion assembly, CA drives the formation of the hexameric lattice in immature viral particles, while in mature virions CA monomers assemble in cone-shaped cores surrounding the viral RNA genome and associated proteins. In addition to its functions in late stages of the viral replication cycle, CA plays key roles in a number of processes during early phases of HIV-1 infection including trafficking, uncoating, recognition by host cellular proteins and nuclear import of the viral preintegration complex. As a result of efficient cooperation of CA with other viral and cellular proteins, integration of the viral genetic material into the host genome, which is an essential step for productive viral infection, successfully occurs. 14Loss of HER2 in breast cancer: biological mechanisms and technical pitfalls显示文摘Loss of HER2 in previously HER2-positive breast tumors is not rare, occurring in up to 50% of breast cancers;however, clinical research and practice underestimate this issue. Many studies have reported the loss of HER2 afterneoadjuvant therapy and at metastatic relapse and identified clinicopathological variables more frequentlyassociated with this event. Nevertheless, the biological mechanisms underlying HER2 loss are still poorlyunderstood. HER2 downregulation, intratumoral heterogeneity, clonal selection, and true subtype switch have beensuggested as potential causes of HER2 loss, but translational studies specifically investigating the biology behindHER2 loss are virtually absent. On the other side, technical pitfalls may justify HER2 loss in some of these samples.The best treatment strategy for patients with HER2 loss is currently unknown. 15Enhanced dual plasmonic photocatalysis through plasmonic coupling in eccentric noble metal-nonstoichiometric copper chakogenide hetero-nanostructures显示文摘The extension of plasmonics to materials beyond the conventional noble metals opens up a novel and exciting regime after the inspiring discovery of characteristic localized surface plasmon resonances(LSPRs)in doped semiconductor nanocrystals originating from the collective oscillations of free holes in the valence band.We herein prepare colloidal monodisperse eccentric dual plasmonic noble metal-nonstoichiometric copper chalcogenide(Au@Cu_(2-x)Se)hybrid hetero-nanostructures with precisely controlled semiconductor shell size and two tunable LSPRs in both visible(VIS)and near-infrared(NIR)regions associated with Au and Cu_(2-x)Se,respectively.Through systematic evaluations of the photocatalytic performance of Au@Cu_(2-x)Se upon sole NIR and dual VIS+NIR simultaneous excitations,we are capable of unambiguously elucidating the role of plasmonic coupling between two dissimilar building blocks on the accelerated photocatalytic reactions with greater rate constants from both experimental and computational perspectives.The significantly enhanced strength of the electromagnetic field arising from efficient plasmonic coupling under the excitation of two LSPRs results in the superior activities of dual plasmonic Au@Cu_(2-x)Se in photocatalysis.The new physical and chemical insights gained from this work provide the keystone for the rational design and construction of high-quality dual-or even multi-plasmonic nano-systems with optimized properties for widespread applications ranging from photocatalysis to molecular spectroscopies.Mariia Ivanchenko Vida Nooshnab Alline F.Myers Nicolas Large Andrew J.Evangelista Hao Jing 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:0

17Printing accuracy tracking with 2D optical microscopy and super-resolution metamaterial-assisted 1D terahertz spectroscopy显示文摘Printable electronics is a promising manufacturing technology for the potential production of low-cost flexible electronic devices,ranging from displays to active wear.It is known that rapid printing of conductive ink on a flexible substrate is vulnerable to several sources of variation during the manufacturing process.However,this process is still not being subjected to a quality control method that is both non-invasive and in situ.To address this issue,we propose controlling the printing accuracy by monitoring the spatial distribution of the deposited ink using terahertz(THz)waves.The parameters studied are the printing speed of an industrial roll-to-roll press with flexography printing units and the pre-calibration compression,or expansion factor,for a pattern printed on a flexible plastic substrate.The pattern,which is carefully selected,has Babinet’s electromagnetic transmission properties in the THz frequency range.To validate our choice,we quantified the geometric variations of the printed pattern by visible microscopy and compared its accuracy using one-dimensional THz spectroscopy.Our study shows a remarkable agreement between visible microscopic observation of the printing performance and the signature of the THz transmission.Notably,under specific conditions,one-dimensional(1D)THz information from a resonant pattern can be more accurate than two-dimensional(2D)microscopy information.This result paves the way for a simple strategy for non-invasive and contactless in situ monitoring of printable electronics production.Mariia Zhuldybina Xavier Ropagnol ChloéBois Ricardo J.Zednik François Blanchard 2020npj Flexible Electronics2020,4,1:0

20Introduction of antineoplastic drug NSC631570 in an inpatient and outpatient setting:Comparative evaluation of biological effects显示文摘The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of moderate physical exercise and treatment time on the organism’s response to NSC631570. The sensitivity of circulating phagocytes to the drug at different times of day was estimated in in vitro experiments. NSC631570 was administered intravenously to healthy volunteers (eleven men, 23 ± 2 years) in a single therapeutic dose in an inpatient and an outpatient setting. Blood samples were obtained before the drug administration, 30 min after the drug injection and every fourth hour throughout the 24 hour period. Biochemical parameters were determined using the hematological analyzer. Flow cytometry was used to evaluate phagocyte metabolism. Treatment of circulating phagocytes with NSC631570 in vitro resulted in an increase in ROS production along with a decrease in their phagocytic activity, most expressed in the morning time. Drug injection to sedentary persons resulted in pro-inflammatory metabolic polarization of circulating phagocytes. Introduction of NSC631570 to active persons was accompanied by a significant increase in phagocyte endocytosis along with a decrease in the daily mean of ROS generation. Significant oscillation (but in the normal ranges) of urea, creatinine, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase after NSC631570 introduction in the outpatient setting was shown during the day. Physical activity interferes with immunomodulatory action of NSC631570 and abrogates pro-inflammatory shift of circulating phagocytes.
