14表面多孔圆柱状种植体与表面粗糙螺纹种植体的体内成骨和体外变形链球菌粘附研究显示文摘目的:分析和比较市售的粗糙表面螺纹种植体与多孔圆柱种植体在兔模型愈合的不同时期骨沉积情况。此外,研究种植体表面形态对变形链球菌粘附的影响。材料与方法:采用粉末冶金技术的新方法,制备有致密核心和多孔表面的钛种植体.以增加种植体骨结合率(BIC)。15只兔中,植入60个种植体。在每只兔子右、左侧胫骨各植入两个实验组和对照组种植体。实验组采用敲击就位,对照组自螺纹就位。术后4周、8周和12周处死动物.脱钙处理,检测种植体骨接触率。此外.在16个种植体(8个实验组,8个对照组)表面培养变形链球菌,评价细菌粘附情况。分别进行方差分析和t检验。结果:两组组织学均显示种植体-骨界面紧密接触.无软组织介入。多孔圆柱型种植体BIC(72.41%±9.47%)高于粗糙螺旋种植体(61.23%±14.12%)(P=O.013).而变形链球菌粘附情况无显著差异(P=O.351)。愈合4周时,两组间差距更明显(P=O.029)。两组间BIC在整个实验周期无显著性差异(P=O.333),但BIC随时间延长而提高。结论:在本研究条件.结果显示:新型种植体增加了BIC,且未增加变形链球菌粘附。Renata Falchete do Prado Luis Gustavo Oliveira de Vasconcellos Luana Marotta Reis de Vasconcellos Carlos Alberto Alves Cairo Daniel de Oliveira Leite Alessandra dos Santos Antonio Olavo Cardoso Jorge Rogorio de Lima Romeiro Ivan Balducci Yasmin Rodarte Carvalho 李佳润(译) 滕伟(审) 2018中国口腔医学继续教育杂志2018,21,5:0
