29种商业消毒剂对猪2型圆环病毒的杀灭效能测试显示文摘养猪业中常用的许多商业消毒剂,都获得了法国农业部批准。然而对其杀灭增殖初期猪2型圆环病毒(PCV2)的效能却不甚了解。用在法国分离到的PCV2悬液来测试9种商业消毒剂的效能,在20℃下病毒悬液与消毒剂作用30 min后,将该混合液过滤和稀释进行脱毒处理以去除对圆环病毒和猪肾细胞系有害的物质,再经一系列稀释后接种于人工培养的猪肾细胞进行免疫过氧化物酶单层细胞试验(IPMA)测定PCV2的感染性。结果表明,用碘类和苯酚类消毒剂并不能减少病毒滴度。在此着重介绍其他消毒剂效能(病毒滴度减少量≥1.61 log_(10)),其中5种消毒剂:一种含过一硫酸氢钾,另两种含一种季铵盐、一到三种醛、次氯酸钠和氢氧化钠,在标准浓度下或1.5~4倍低于标准浓度时可显著杀灭PCV2;其余两种,其中一种含过一硫酸氢钾,另一种含过氧乙酸和过氧化氢,在标准浓度下或2倍高于标准浓度时也可杀灭PCV2。Hélène Martin Marie-Frédérique Le Potier Pierre Maris 杨满军 2009今日养猪业2009,,3:2

5Direct growth of ZnO nanowires on civil engineering materials:smart materials for supported photodegradation显示文摘Photocatalysis is one of the most promising processes for treating air and water pollution.Innovative civil engineering materials for environmental depollution by photocatalysis have already been synthesized by incorporating TiO_(2) or ZnO nanoparticles in cement.This method suffers from two flaws:first,most of the NPs are incorporated into the cement and useless for photocatalysis;second,rain and wind could spread the potentially carcinogenic nanoparticles from the cement surface into nature.Thus,we propose the efficient synthesis of nontoxic and biocompatible ZnO nanostructures solely onto the surface of commercially available concrete and tiling pavements by a low-cost and lowtemperature hydrothermal method.Our samples exhibited enhanced photocatalytic activity for degrading organic dyes in aqueous media,and dye molecules are commonly used in the pharmaceutical,food,and textile industries.Durability studies showed no loss of efficiency after four photocatalysis experiments.Such supported structures,which are easy to implement onto the varying surfaces of commercially available materials,are promising for integration into civil engineering surfaces for environmental depollution in our daily life.Marie Le Pivert Romain Poupart Martine Capochichi-Gnambodoe Nathan Martin Yamin Leprince-Wang 2019Microsystems & Nanoengineering2019,5,1:2

10High-density lipoprotein regulates angiogenesis by long non-coding RNA HDRACA显示文摘Normal high-density lipoprotein(nHDL)can induce angiogenesis in healthy individuals.However,HDL from patients with coronary artery disease undergoes various modifications,becomes dysfunctional(dHDL),and loses its ability to promote angiogenesis.Here,we identified a long non-coding RNA,HDRACA,that is involved in the regulation of angiogenesis by HDL.In this study,we showed that nHDL downregulates the expression of HDRACA in endothelial cells by activating WW domain-containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 2,which catalyzes the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of its transcription factor,Kruppel-like factor 5,via sphingosine 1-phosphate(S1P)receptor 1.In contrast,dHDL with lower levels of S1P than nHDL were much less effective in decreasing the expression of HDRACA.HDRACA was able to bind to Ras-interacting protein 1(RAIN)to hinder the interaction between RAIN and vigilin,which led to an increase in the binding between the vigilin protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)mRNA,resulting in a decrease in the expression of PCNA and inhibition of angiogenesis.The expression of human HDRACA in a hindlimb ischemia mouse model inhibited the recovery of angiogenesis.Taken together,these findings suggest that HDRACA is involved in the HDL regulation of angiogenesis,which nHDL inhibits the expression of HDRACA to induce angiogenesis,and that dHDL is much less effective in inhibiting HDRACA expression,which provides an explanation for the decreased ability of dHDL to stimulate angiogenesis.Zhi-Wei Mo Yue-Ming Peng Yi-Xin Zhang Yan Li Bi-Ang Kang Ya-Ting Chen Le Li Mary GSorci-Thomas Yi-Jun Lin Yang Cao Si Chen Ze-Long Liu Jian-Jun Gao Zhan-Peng Huang Jia-Guo Zhou Mian Wang Guang-Qi Chang Meng-Jie Deng Yu-Jia Liu Zhen-Sheng Ma Zuo-Jun Hu Yu-Gang Dong Zhi-Jun Ou Jing-Song Ou 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,9:1

15Surgical advances in the treatment of neuromuscular scoliosis显示文摘Neuromuscular disorders are a group of diseases affecting the neuro-musculo-skeletal system. Children with neuromuscular disorders frequently develop progressive spinal deformities with cardio-respiratory compromise in the most severe cases. The incidence of neuromuscular scoliosis is variable, inversely correlated with ambulatory abilities and with a reported risk ranging from 80% to 100% in non-ambulatory patients. As surgical and peri-operative techniques have improved, more severely affected children with complex neuromuscular deformities and considerable co-morbidities are now believed to be candidates for extensive surgery for spinal deformity. This article aimed to provide a comprehensive review of how neuromuscular spinal deformities can affect normal spine balance and how these deformities can be treated with segmental instrumentation and sub-laminar devices. Older concepts have been integrated with newer scientific data to provide the reader with a basis for better understanding of how treatment of neuromuscular scoliosis has evolvedover the past few decades.
