1复合人工湿地在水处理中的应用进展显示文摘该文收集和对比了自2001年至今的22个国家有报道的75个复合人工湿地的运行参数和去除效果,构建了复合人工湿地系统的数据库。在这75个复合湿地中,28个用于处理生活污水,12个用于处理农业废水,17个用于受污河流和湖泊的净化处理,13个用于工业废水或水厂尾水处理,另外,还有5组用于处理灰水和黑水。通过综述研究显示,复合人工湿地能有效去除有机物(BOD_5、COD)和悬浮固体,而氮和磷等营养物的去除效率与湿地的组合类型和湿地运行的条件有关。VF-HF复合型人工湿地对氨的去除效率高于FWS复合型人工湿地和VF与HF组合的其他类型复合人工湿地;FWS复合型人工湿地对TN的去除率相对于其他类型复合湿地最高,然而所有类型的复合人工湿地对TN的去除率均高于单一的HF或VF人工湿地。此外复合人工湿地在去除来自废水中的重金属和药物污染物也非常有效。葛媛 郑于聪 王怡雯 Mawuli Dakzapasu 王晓昌 熊家晴 2018环境科学与技术2018,41,1:14
2Dynamic membrane bioreactor performance enhancement by powdered activated carbon addition:Evaluation of sludge morphological,aggregative and microbial properties显示文摘The effects of powdered activated carbon(PAC) addition on sludge morphological, aggregative and microbial properties in a dynamic membrane bioreactor(DMBR) were investigated to explore the enhancement mechanism of pollutants removal and filtration performance. Sludge properties were analyzed through various analytical measurements. The results showed that the improved sludge aggregation ability and the evolution of microbial communities affected sludge morphology in PAC-DMBR, as evidenced by the formation of large, regularly shaped and strengthened sludge flocs. The modifications of sludge characteristics promoted the formation process and filtration flux of the dynamic membrane(DM) layer. Additionally, PAC addition did not exert very significant influence on the propagation of eukaryotes(protists and metazoans)and microbial metabolic activity. High-throughput pyrosequencing results indicated that adding PAC improved the bacterial diversity in activated sludge, as PAC addition brought about additional microenvironment in the form of biological PAC(BPAC), which promoted the enrichment of Acinetobacter(13.9%), Comamonas(2.9%), Flavobacterium(0.31%) and Pseudomonas(0.62%), all contributing to sludge flocs formation and several(such as Acinetobacter) capable of biodegrading relatively complex organics. 3太湖上游城市宜兴城区主干道路径流污染特征解析显示文摘通过监测2015年8月—2016年9月7场典型降雨事件,系统分析太湖上游城市宜兴城区3个不同功能区(环科园、新城区和老城区)主干道路径流污染特征.研究表明:宜兴市城区主干道路径流浊度、COD、TN、NH_3-N、TP浓度分别为(77.2±66.9)NTU、(97.2±79.7)、(3.0±1.9)、(0.93±0.59)和(0.35±0.36)mg·L^(-1).COD和TN超出地表水环境Ⅴ类标准,是该地区径流特征污染物.降雨过程中污染物浓度整体呈下降趋势,伴随有不同程度的波动,主要受地表残留污染物及降雨强度的影响.3个区域TN浓度差异不大,且主要以溶解态存在(>60%);环科园、新城区TP浓度差异不大,且主要以颗粒态存在(>70%);然而,受居民生活活动的影响,老城区TP主要以溶解态存在(>60%).此外,受交通及道路坡度影响,新城区道路径流浊度和COD污染最为严重.不同降雨事件径流污染物浓度变化较大,主要受干期长度和降雨强度的影响.干期长度越长、降雨强度越小,污染物累积量及可冲刷量越大.因此,加强控制宜兴市道路初期径流、路面颗粒物、径流颗粒物和TN以及老城区TP,对保护径流主要受纳水体南溪水系及太湖水体具有重要意义.丁庆玲 王倩 张琼华 王晓昌 Mawuli Dzakpasu 2017环境科学学报2017,37,9:8
4杂交粳稻亲本产量性状优异配合力的标记基因型检测显示文摘加快杂交粳稻发展的关键在于提高杂交粳稻组合的竞争优势,而竞争优势的提高取决于恢复系产量性状配合力的改良。选用152个SSR引物扩增11个粳稻雄性不育系和9个恢复系的标记基因型,并按NCⅡ遗传设计配制99个F1组合,分析20个亲本的抽穗期、株高、单株有效穗数、穗长、单穗总粒数、单穗实粒数、结实率、粒长、粒宽、粒厚、千粒重和单位面积日产量等12个性状的配合力,结合亲本SSR分子标记数据和性状配合力数据检测12个性状优异配合力的标记基因型。结果表明,1004S是综合评价最优的不育系;LR5、盐恢R50、LC64是较优恢复系。筛选到112个SSR标记基因型与亲本产量及其构成性状配合力显著相关,其中30个与亲本单个性状配合力相关;与亲本2个性状、3个性状、4个性状和5个性状配合力相关的标记基因型个数分别为14、6、3和3;标记基因型RM215-170/180与亲本7个性状的配合力相关。RM2439-150/170为单位面积日产量优异配合力效应最大的标记基因型,能使F1增产32.6%。刘二宝 刘洋 刘晓丽 刘强明 赵凯铭 EDZESI Wisdom Mawuli 洪德林 2013中国水稻科学2013,27,5:6
5人工湿地净化污水处理厂低浓度尾水的效果显示文摘文章构建一种以双向横流过滤单元为核心的人工湿地系统,以实际污水处理厂尾水为进水,研究了尾水湿地系统净化效果,发现采用该湿地模式的出水能稳定提升1个等级。为了进一步探究湿地系统除污机理,以污水处理厂实际低浓度尾水为进水,研究了该湿地系统不同植物单元污染物去除功效,讨论了植物、基质与微生物的协同作用机制。研究结果表明:(1)在不同植物的去污效果对比实验中,花叶芦竹植物单元对COD、TN、NH_(4)^(+)-N和TP的平均去除率最高,分别为20.11%、17.17%、28.08%和18.12%;(2)不同运行阶段时基质进出水端主要微生物群落差异较小;(3)系统反向进水时,湿地系统TN去除率可提升50.00%。研究结果对于尾水湿地建设具有一定指导意义。李青 张琼华 周卫东 朱瑞亭 DZAKPASU Mawuli 熊家晴 王晓昌 2022水生生物学报2022,46,10:4

10水稻4个产量性状的SSR关联分析显示文摘为发掘影响水稻产量性状的有利等位变异及其载体材料用于品种产量潜力改良,2011和2012年调查了不同地理来源的540个亚洲栽培稻品种的4个产量性状,鉴定了这540个品种262对SSR标记的基因型,利用STRUCTURE 2.2软件分析了群体结构,运用TASSEL 2.1软件中的一般线性模型检测了与4个性状显著关联的SSR标记位点。结果表明:540个品种组成的自然群体中单株有效穗数、每穗实粒数、千粒质量和单株籽粒产量的变异系数值2年平均分别为36.73%、29.90%、10.08%和35.21%。自然群体被划分为7个亚群。各亚群内均存在不同程度的连锁不平衡。2年均检测到的与4个性状显著关联的SSR标记位点有30个。其中与单株有效穗数显著关联的有9个,携有RM3533-105等位变异的‘晚芦栗’对增加单株有效穗数效应最大;与每穗实粒数显著关联的有11个,携有RM5746-120等位变异的‘越108’对增加每穗实粒数效应最大;与千粒质量显著关联的有6个,携有RM17-145等位变异的‘宁粳恢338’对增加千粒质量效应最大;与单株籽粒产量显著关联的有4个,携有RM206-245等位变异的‘老来红’对增加单株籽粒产量效应最大。结论:不同地理来源的水稻品种含有控制不同性状的最优等位变异,可用于不同目标性状的改良。TRAN Thi Thu Giang 党小景 刘强明 HOANG Kim Toan EDZESI Wisdom Mawuli 洪德林 2014南京农业大学学报2014,37,4:1

14A renewable energy forecasting and control approach to secured edge-level efficiency in a distributed micro-grid显示文摘Energy forecasting using Renewable energy sources(RESs)is gradually gaining weight in the research field due to the benefits it presents to the modern-day environment.Not only does energy forecasting using renewable energy sources help mitigate the greenhouse effect,it also helps to conserve energy for future use.Over the years,several methods for energy forecasting have been proposed,all of which were more concerned with the accuracy of the prediction models with little or no considerations to the operating environment.This research,however,proposes the uses of Deep Neural Network(DNN)for energy forecasting on mobile devices at the edge of the network.This ensures low latency and communication overhead for all energy forecasting operations since they are carried out at the network periphery.Nevertheless,the cloud would be used as a support for the mobile devices by providing permanent storage for the locally generated data and a platform for offloading resource-intensive computations that exceed the capabilities of the local mobile devices as well as security for them.Electrical network topology was proposed which allows seamless incorporation of multiple RESs into the distributed renewable energy source(DRES)network.Moreover,a novel grid control algorithm that uses the forecasting model to administer a wellcoordinated and effective control for renewable energy sources(RESs)in the electrical network is designed.The electrical network was simulated with two RESs and a DNN model was used to create a forecasting model for the simulated network.The model was trained using a dataset from a solar power generation company in Belgium(elis)and was experimented with a different number of layers to determine the optimum architecture for performing the forecasting operations.The performance of each architecture was evaluated using the mean square error(MSE)and the r-square.Raphael Anaadumba Qi Liu Bockarie Daniel Marah Francis Mawuli Nakoty Xiaodong Liu Yonghong Zhang 2018Cybersecurity2018,1,1:0

16Thermodynamic prediction and experimental investigation of short-term dynamic membrane formation in dynamic membrane bioreactors:Effects of sludge properties显示文摘In dynamic membrane bioreactors(DMBRs), a dynamic membrane(DM) forms on a support material to act as the separation membrane for solids and liquids. In this study, batch filtration tests were carried out in a DMBR using nylon mesh(25 μm) as support material to filtrate sludge suspensions of variable properties from three different sources to evaluate the effects on the short-term DM formation process(within 240 min). Furthermore, the extended Derjaguin–Landau–Verwey–Overbeek(XDLVO) theory was applied to analyze the sludge adhesion and cohesion behaviors on the mesh surface to predict quantitative parameters of the short-term DM formation process(including initial formation and maturation stage). 19Motivations,enablers and barriers to the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices by smallholder farmers:Evidence from the transitional and savannah agroecological zones of Ghana显示文摘This paper examined the prioritized climate-smart agricultural practices by smallholder farmers,the motivations of adopting climate-smart agricultural practices,the enablers to the successful adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices,and the barriers to the successful adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices in the transitional and savannah agroecological zones of Ghana.Specifically,we employed ethnographic research using participatory approaches,including two stakeholder workshops and household surveys with 1061 households in the transitional and savannah agroecological zones of Ghana.The weighted average index(WAI)and problem confrontation index(PCI)were used to rank smallholder farmers’perceived enablers to the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices and the barriers affecting climate-smart agricultural practices,respectively.Results suggest that the majority of the respondents used a suite of climate-smart agricultural practices,including the timely harvesting of produce and storage,emergency seed banking,appropriate and timely weed and pest control,and early planting as practices to build climate resilience.The majority of smallholder farmers primarily employed climate-smart agricultural practices to improve household food security(96.2%),reduce pests and diseases(95.6%),and obtain higher yields and greater farm income(93.2%).Findings also show that secured land tenure system arrangement,understanding the effects of climate change,and access to sustainable agricultural technologies were ranked the first,second,and third most important enablers to the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices with the WAI values of 2.86,2.75,and 2.70,respectively.Key barriers to the successful adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices included incidences of pests and diseases(PCI=2530),inadequate access to agricultural credit(PCI=2502),high cost of improved crop varieties(PCI=2334),and limited government support with farm inputs(PCI=2296).Smallholder farmers need to be better supported through the provision of appropriate institutional and policy arrangements together with improved land management extension advice to overcome these barriers and facilitate the more effective implementation of climate-smart agricultural practices in Ghana.Philip ANTWI-AGYEI Emmanuel Mawuli ABALO Andrew John DOUGILL Frank BAFFOUR-ATA 2021Regional Sustainability2021,2,4:0
