1Factors Associated with Thrombolysis Outcome in Ischemic Stroke Patients with Atrial Fibrillation显示文摘The outcome of early intravenous thrombolysis for ischemic stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)is worse than that without thrombosis. How to increase the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis for AF-related ischemic stroke remains largely unknown. In this study, we investigated factors that influence the effect of intravenous thrombolysis in these patients. Our results showed that thrombolysis was independently associated with a favorable outcome(P \ 0.001) and did not influence the mortality of AF-related ischemic stroke, although it increased the risk of hemorrhage within 24 h after treatment. Risk factors for a poor outcome at admission were:heart failure(P = 0.045); high systolic pressure(P = 0.039); high blood glucose(P = 0.030); and a high National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score(P \ 0.001). Moreover, high systolic pressure at admission(P = 0.007), high blood glucose(P = 0.027), and a high NIHSS score(P \ 0.001) were independent risk factors for mortality at 3 months. Besides thrombolysis, a high NIHSS score(P = 0.006) and warfarin taken within 48 h before stroke onset(P = 0.032) were also independent risk factors for symptomatic hemorrhage within 24 h after treatment. 3Feedstocks,environmental effects and development suggestions for biodiesel in China显示文摘In the usage phase,diesel engines fuelled with diesel-biodiesel blends produced lower soot,HC and CO emissions.However,the environmental effects should include the greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions.GHG variations of biodiesel production from three generation feedstocks were analyzed based on the land use change(LUC).Adequate land use change could keep the biodiversity and did not cause the increase of GHG emissions.The choice for feedstocks of biodiesel in China was comprehensively analyzed based on the land use type,the precipitation and the oil contents and the cultivation conditions of plants.Then,the suggestions for biodiesel development in China were given.Results showed that China should thoroughly abandon the first generation feedstocks due to the lack of arable land.Jatropha curcas(J.curcas),Pistacia chinensis Bunge(P.chinensis),Comus wilsoniana(C.wilsoniana)and Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge(X.sorbifolium)were considered as the most promising feedstocks for biodiesel production.It is suggested to plant X.sorbifolium in sand lands in the north and northwest of China with less natural rainfall and the others in south and southwest of China.The concern for microalgae should be transmitted to engineering microalgae cultivated in wastewater.The microalgae biodiesel refinery should be developed together with wastewater proposal industry and coal fired power plants.Lastly,only natural gas-based or biomass-based methanol can be used for biodiesel production.Hao Chen Meijuan Ding Yuan Li Hongming Xu Yangyang Li Zhao Wei 2020Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2020,7,6:1
4Insight understanding into influence of binding mode of carboxylate with metal ion on ligand-centered luminescence properties in Pb-based coordination polymers显示文摘In the crystal engineering area,it is important to clearly demonstrating the relationship of structure and certain functionality.Herein,we present the study of the relationship of structure with phosphorescent nature for two new room temperature phosphorescence(RTP) coordination polymers(CPs).[Pb(FDA)(H_(2)O)](1) and [NH_(3)(CH_(3))NH_(2)(CH_(3))_(2)][Pb_(4)(FDA)_(5)](2),where H_(2) FDA is 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid,have been synthesized by solvothermal method using different solvents and Pb^(2+) sources and characterized by microanalysis,powderX-ray diffraction(PXRD),thermogravimetric(TG),IR and UV-vis spectra.The Pb^(2+)ions adopt bicapped triangle prism coordination sphere in 1 and 2,which are connected together via FDA^(2-) ligands into bilayer structure in 1 while pillared-layer framework in 2.The FDA^(2-) ligands show different bridging modes in 1 and 2,leading to distinct coordination interactions between Pb^(2+) ion and FDA^(2-) ligand in both CPs.Both 1 and 2 emit ligand-centered RTP due to the heavy atom of Pb^(2+) ion,with a lifetime and quantum yield of 0.62 ms and 14.9% in 1 versus 1.69 ms and 15.7% in 2.The emission peak shows significant redshift(79 nm) in 2 regarding 1,which arises from their distinction of coordination interactions between Pb^(2+) ion and FDA^(2-) ligand in both CPs.Xusheng Gao Liduo Zhao Meijuan Ding Xiaozu Wang Lu Zhai Xiaoming Ren 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,8:0
