4Hierarchically porous carbon/red phosphorus composite for high-capacity sodium-ion battery anode显示文摘Red phosphorus has received remarkable attention as a promising anode material for sodium ion batteries(NIBs) due to its high theoretical capacity. However, its practical application has been impeded by its intrinsic low electronic conductivity and large volume variations during sodiation/desodiation process. Here, we design a composite to confine nanosized red phosphorus into the hierarchically porous carbon(HPC) walls by a vaporization-condensation strategy. The mass loading of P in the HPC/P composite is optimized to deliver a reversible specific capacity of 2,202 m Ah/gpbased on the mass of red P(836 m Ah/gcompositebased on the total composite mass), a high capacity retention over 77% after100 cycles, and excellent rate performance of 929 m Ah/gpat 2 C. The hierarchical porous carbon serves as the conductive networks, downsize the red phosphorus to nanoscale, and provide free space to accommodate the large volume expansions. The suppressed mechanical failure of the red phosphorus also enhances the stability of solid-electrolyte interface(SEI) layer, which is confirmed by the microscopy and impedance spectroscopy after the cycling tests. 5Real world effectiveness of PCSK-9 inhibitors combined with statins versus statins-based therapy among patients with very high risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease in China(RWE-PCSK study)显示文摘BACKGROUND The efficacy and safety of proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK-9) inhibitors were confirmed by several clinical trials, but its effectiveness in routine clinical practice in China has not been evaluated. This study aims to describe the real world effectiveness of PCSK-9 inhibitors combined with statins compared with statins-based therapy among patients with very high risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD).METHODS This is a multi-center observational study, enrolled patients from 32 hospitals who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) from January to June in 2019. There are 453 patients treated with PCSK-9 inhibitors combined with statins in PCSK-9 inhibitor group and 2,610 patients treated with statins-based lipid lowering therapies in statins-based group. The lipid control rate and incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE) over six months were compared between two groups.A propensity score-matched(PSM) analysis was used to balance two groups on confounding factors. Survival analysis using Kaplan-Meier methods was applied for MACE.RESULTS In a total of 3,063 patients, 89.91% of patients had received moderate or high-intensity statins-based therapy before PCI, but only 9.47% of patients had low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels below 1.4 mmol/L at baseline. In the PSM selected patients, LDL-C level was reduced by 42.57% in PCSK-9 inhibitor group and 30.81%(P < 0.001) in statins-based group after six months. The proportion of LDL-C ≤ 1.0 mmol/L increased from 5.29% to 29.26% in PCSK-9 inhibitor group and 0.23% to 6.11% in statins-based group, and the proportion of LDL-C ≤ 1.4 mmol/L increased from 10.36% to 47.69% in PCSK-9 inhibitor group and 2.99% to 18.43% in statins-based group(P < 0.001 for both). There was no significant difference between PCSK-9 inhibitor and statins-based treatment in reducing the risk of MACE(hazard ratio = 2.52, 95% CI: 0.49-12.97, P = 0.250).CONCLUSIONS In the real world, PCSK-9 inhibitors combined with statins could significantly reduce LDL-C levels among patients with very high risk of ASCVD in China. 6Seasonal variation and size distribution of biogenic secondary organic aerosols at urban and continental background sites of China显示文摘Size-resolved biogenic secondary organic aerosols(BSOA) derived from isoprene and monoterpene photooxidation in Qinghai Lake, Tibetan Plateau(a continental background site) and five cities of China were measured using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS). Concentrations of the determined BSOA are higher in the cities than in the background and are also higher in summer than in winter. Moreover, strong positive correlations(R2= 0.44–0.90) between BSOA and sulfate were found at the six sites,suggesting that anthropogenic pollution(i.e., sulfate) could enhance SOA formation,because sulfate provides a surface favorable for acid-catalyzed formation of BSOA. Size distribution measurements showed that most of the determined SOA tracers are enriched in the fine mode(< 3.3 μm) except for cis-pinic and cis-pinonic acids, both presented a comparable mass in the fine and coarse(> 3.3 μm) modes, respectively. Mass ratio of oxidation products derived from isoprene to those from monoterpene in the five urban regions during summer are much less than those in Qinghai Lake region. In addition, in the five urban regions relative abundances of monoterpene oxidation products to SOA are much higher than those of isoprene. 7Fabricating antibacterial CoCrCuFeNi high-entropy alloy via selective laser melting and in-situ alloying显示文摘A quasi-equiatomic CoCrFeCuNi high-entropy alloy(HEA) with a broad-spectrum antibacterial ability and good mechanical properties has been fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM) and in-situ alloying of a blend of pre-alloyed CoCrFeNi powder and Cu elemental powder.The as-built HEA alloy has a homogeneous distribution of Cu and presents a single FCC phase.Compared with the same HEA fabricated using the traditional ingot metallurgy(IM) process,the HEA alloy fabricated by SLM releases more Cu ions to prevent growth and biofilm formation by gram-negative Escherichia coli and gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus,which enhances the applicability of the HEA alloy in potential applications that requires antibacterial ability.The results of this study confirm the feasibility of combining the antibacterial CoCrFeCuNi HEA alloy and SLM technology in fabricating complex shaped parts or structures with a strong antibacterial ability to be used in medical application or other environments desired for antibacterial ability.Jingbo Gao Yuting Jin Yongqiang Fan Dake Xu Lei Meng Cong Wang Yuanping Yu Deliang Zhang Fuhui Wang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,7:4
8Evaluation of Multidrug Resistant Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification Assay for Detecting the Drug Resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis显示文摘Objective To evaluate multidrug resistant loop-mediated isothermal amplification(MDR-LAMP)assay for the early diagnosis of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis and to compare the mutation patterns associated with the rpoB,katG,and inhA genes at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Methods MDR-LAMP assay was evaluated using 100 Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb)isolates obtained from the National Reference Laboratory for Tuberculosis in China.Phenotypic resistance to isoniazid and rifampicin and whole-genome sequencing served as reference standards.Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value(PPV),and negative predictive value(NPV)of MDR-LAMP were 85.5%,93.6%,96.7%,and 74.4%for the detection of resistance to isoniazid and rifampicin,respectively,and 80.5%,92.3%,98.6%,and 41.4%for the detection of Mtb cultured from smear-positive sputum samples,respectively.When DNA sequencing was used as the reference standard,the sensitivity,specificity,PPV,and NPV of MDR-LAMP were 93.1%,92.3%,97.2%,and 82.8%for the detection of katG and inhA gene mutations,respectively,and 89.1%,88.9%,93.4%,and 81.1%for the detection of rpoB gene mutation,respectively.Conclusion MDR-LAMP is a rapid and accessible assay for the laboratory identification of rifampicin and isoniazid resistance of Mtb isolates.LIU Chun Fa SONG Yi Meng HE Ping LIU Dong Xin HE Wen Cong LI Yan Ming ZHAO Yan Lin 2021Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2021,34,8:3
9Effect of Pulsed Magnetic Field on the Residual Stress of Rolled Magnium Alloy AZ31 Sheet显示文摘A novel method of pulsed magnetic field(PMF)treatment was developed to eliminate the residual stress of rolled magnesium alloy AZ31 sheet in this study.The eff ect of PMF on residual stress of rolled AZ31 sheet was investigated and its mechanism was analyzed.The experimental results revealed that the pulse frequency had a significant impact on residual stress.After 10.0 Hz PMF treatment,the average and maximum reduction rates of residual stress along the rolled direction were 26.6%and 30.3%,respectively.It was found that the dislocation density and parallel dislocation in grains of the rolled sheet increased after it was treated by the pulsed magnetic field.The simulation results showed that the Lorentz force generated by the pulsed magnetic field can lead to basal slip,thereby resulting in local plastic deformation.Besides,the Joule heat produced during the PMF treatment was conducive to the elimination of residual stress.Meng Yan Cong Wang Tianjiao Luo Yingju Li Xiaohui Feng Qiuyan Huang Yuansheng Yang 2021Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,1:3

11Partial discharge measurement and analysis under lightning impulse superimposed DC voltage in SF6 gas显示文摘The presence of lightning impulses(LIs)on the DC waveform can seriously influence the insulation performance of a GIL system.The waveshape can be a superposition of the DC and impulse waveform.In this study,the behaviour of partial discharge(PD)on an epoxy surface is investigated under DC and LI superimposed voltage in SF6.The lightning impulses with different polarities are superimposed on the epoxy surface under both positive and negative DC voltages,respectively.Positive lightning impulses are superimposed on a negative DC voltage with a 90%of the partial discharge inception voltage(PDIV)magnitude.The number and amplitude of the PDs are used to evaluate the insulation performance.The experimental results show that the LI with a different polarity applied to DC can excite the PDs on the epoxy surface.The excitation effect of positive LI superimposed on negative DC is more significant.According to the impulse amplitude and PD characteristics,the influence of superimposed LI on PD excitation can be divided into three stages.As the superimposed LI increases,the amplitude of the excited PD increases gradually,while the PD number first increases and then decreases.This study is expected to provide reference for manufacture and protection of power equipment.Haotian Wang Cong He Ruochen Guo Xuan Meng Wenze Yuan Junhao Li 2022High Voltage2022,7,4:3

15Plant water use strategies in the Shapotou artificial sand-fixed vegetation of the southeastern margin of the Tengger Desert, northwestern China显示文摘Stable oxygen and hydrogen isotopic compositions(δ^(18)O and δD) of plant xylem water and its potential water sources can provide new information for studying water sources, competitive interactions and water use patterns of plants. The contributions of different water sources to three plants, Hedysarum scoparium(HS), Caragana Korshinskii(CK) and Artemisia ordosica(AO), were investigated in the artificial sand-fixed vegetation of Shapotou, the southeastern margin of the Tengger Desert of northwestern China, based on meteorological data and δ^(18)O and δD values of precipitation, groundwater, soil water and xylem water of HS, CK and AO. Our results indicated that soil water infiltration through precipitation was the main water source of the artificial sand-fixed vegetation. Obvious differences in soil water content and in δ^(18)O of soil water and xylem water were found among different seasons. No relationship was found between the δ^(18)O in plant xylem water and in soil water in January. The same water use patterns were found in CK, HS and AO in May, suggesting they have the same water sources. The different water sources of CK, HS and AO in August indicate that water competition occurred. In addition, the main water sources of CK, HS and AO in August mainly come from shallow soil water, while they use relatively deep soil water in May. This phenomenon is related to the differences of soil water content throughout soil profile, precipitation, transpiration and water competition under different growth periods. The water use patterns of CK, HS and AO respond to soil water content throughout the soil profile and their competition balance for water uptake during different growth season. 16Real-time abnormal light curve detection based on a Gated Recurrent Unit network显示文摘Targeting the problem of high real-time requirements in astronomical data processing,this paper proposes a real-time early warning model for light curves based on a Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)network.Using the memory function of the GRU network,a prediction model of the light curve is established,and the model is trained using the collected light curve data,so that the model can predict a star magnitude value for the next moment based on historical star magnitude data.In this paper,we calculate the difference between the model prediction value and the actual observation value and set a threshold.If the difference exceeds the set threshold,the observation value at the next moment is considered to be an abnormal value,and a warning is given.Astronomers can carry out further certification based on the early warning and in combination with other means of observation.The method proposed in this paper can be applied to real-time observations in time domain astronomy.Rui-Qing Yan Wei Liu Meng Zhu Yi-Jing Wang Cong Dai Shuo Cao Kang Wu Yu-Chen Liang Xian-Chuan Yu Meng-Fei Zhang 2020Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2020,20,1:2

19Effects of processing technology on essential oil and pharmacological action of frankincense显示文摘Background:According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory,the common processing methods for Ruxiang(frankincense)include stir-frying processing and vinegar processing.Methods:With network pharmacology and thermal analysis methods,we selected and identified the main and irritating ingredients,established the pyrolysis characteristic parameters for identifying frankincense quality,quantified the starting and optimum temperature limits for processing frankincense,and analyzed the influences of processing adjuvants(vinegar)on combustion pyrolysis characteristics of frankincense.By applying Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry,high performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography and UV-visible spectrometry,we evaluated the processing technology developed in our study of frankincense and its processed products.Results:Based on network pharmacology,we can find that the classical compounds of essential oil are the main pharmacodynamics components of frankincense possessing the anti-inflammatory,analgesia,anti-tumor,anti-ulcer and ant-inflammatory bowel disease effects.The pyrolysis combustion rate peaks of frankincense at 285.27±7.05℃and 476.99±13.46℃were the characteristic peaks used to identify frankincense quality.The specific temperature of slow-fire processing,including the vinegar processing and stir-frying processing,was 148.72±5.09℃.Heating for 5.67±0.98 min after reaching processing temperature was needed for processing frankincense with vinegar.The kinetics analysis showed that both frankincense and its vinegar mixture exhibited good linear relationships.The feasibility and practicability for our processing technology were verified through the determination of medicinal compounds by Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry,high performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography and UV.Conclusion:Frankincense essential oils were the main active components of frankincense,which also can be taken as the internal chemical control indexes to judge the quality control and to optimize the processing technology of frankincense.The pyrolysis combustion rate peaks of frankincense at 285.27±7.05℃and 476.99±13.46℃were the characteristic peaks that can be used to identify frankincense quality.The optimum processing conditions of vinegar-processed frankincense with were as follows:with vinegar,20%;heating temperature,148.72±5.09℃;and heating time,5.67±0.98 min.Under these conditions,frankincense essential oil could cause a moderate effect on combustion pyrolysis characteristics to exert its corresponding pharmacological effects.Xiang-Long Meng Yong-Lin Liang Chen-Zi Lyu Xiao-Juan Su Cong Hu Chen-Xu Ning Shuo-Sheng Zhang 2021Traditional Medicine Research2021,6,3:2
