26G Mobile Network Requirements and Technical Feasibility Study显示文摘The sixth generation(6G)mobile network is envisaged to be commercially deployed around 2030,which will profoundly change people's lifestyles and accelerate the digitalization of society.To ensure that the requirements of 6G can be achieved,it is essential to establish a set of key performance indicators(KPIs).This paper comprehensively assesses the KPIs not only from the service requirements but also from the technical feasibility points of view.Specifically,theoretical derivations of KPIs have been clarified,and numerical evaluations have been conducted with reasonable technical assumptions.Evaluation results show that some KPIs defined from the service requirements can be improved through advanced technologies while some are still challenging for practical implementations,such as Tbps-level peak data rate and 0.1 ms user plane latency.In addition,it is also necessary to comply with multiple KPIs for some cases.Furthermore,based on the technical analysis,the potential enabling technologies are outlined and foreseeable implementation challenges as well as possible solutions are presented,which promotes a more reasonable design for 6G mobile network.Yuhong Huang Jing Jin Mengting Lou Jing Dong Dan Wu Liang Xia Sen Wang Xiaozhou Zhang 2022China Communications2022,19,6:2
3Association of fluid-attenuated inversion recovery vascular hyperintensity with ischaemic events in internal carotid artery or middle cerebral artery occlusion显示文摘Background and purpose Individuals with intracranial artery occlusion have high rates of ischaemic events and recurrence.It has been challenging to identify patients who had high-risk stroke using a simple,valid and non-invasive screening approach.This study aimed to investigate whether fluid-attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR)vascular hyperintensity(FVH),a specific imaging sign on the FLAIR sequence,could be a predictor of ischaemic events in a population with internal carotid artery(ICA)or middle cerebral artery(MCA)occlusion.Methods We retrospectively analysed 147 patients(mean 60.43±12.83 years)with 149 lesions,including 37 asymptomatic and 112 symptomatic cases of ICA or MCA occlusion.Symptomatic occlusion was considered if ischaemic events were present in the relevant territory within 90 days.FVH Alberta Stroke Program Early Computed Tomography Score(FVH-ASPECTS:0-7,with 0 indicating absence of FVH and 7 suggesting prominent FVH)and collateral circulation grade were assessed for each participant.Multivariable logistic regression analysis was performed to detect independent markers associated with symptomatic status.Results A lower FVH-ASPECTS was associated with a more favourable collateral circulation grade(rho=−0.464,p<0.0001).The FVH-ASPECTS was significantly lower in the asymptomatic occlusion group than in the symptomatic occlusion group(p<0.0001).FVH-ASPECTS(Odd ratio,2.973;95%confidence interval,1.849 to 4.781;p<0.0001)was independently associated with symptomatic status after adjustment for age,sex,lesion location and collateral circulation grade in the multivariate logistic regression.The area under the curve was 0.861 for the use of FVH-ASPECTS to identify symptomatic occlusion.Conclusions The ability to discriminate symptomatic from asymptomatic occlusion suggests that FVH may be a predictor of stroke.As a simple imaging sign,FVH may serve as a surrogate for haemodynamic impairments and can be used to identify high-risk stroke cases early in ICA or MCA occlusion.Jinhao Lyu Jianxing Hu Xinrui Wang Xiangbing Bian Mengting Wei Liuxian Wang Qi Duan Yina Lan Dekang Zhang Xueyang Wang Tingyang Zhang Chenglin Tian Xin Lou 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,1:1
4Performance Analysis of Sparse Array based Massive MIMO via Joint Convex Optimization显示文摘Massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)technology enables higher data rate transmission in the future mobile communications.However,exploiting a large number of antenna elements at base station(BS)makes effective implementation of massive MIMO challenging,due to the size and weight limits of the masssive MIMO that are located on each BS.Therefore,in order to miniaturize the massive MIMO,it is crucial to reduce the number of antenna elements via effective methods such as sparse array synthesis.In this paper,a multiple-pattern synthesis is considered towards convex optimization(CO).The joint convex optimization(JCO)based synthesis is proposed to construct a codebook for beamforming.Then,a criterion containing multiple constraints is developed,in which the sparse array is required to fullfill all constraints.Finally,extensive evaluations are performed under realistic simulation settings.The results show that with the same number of antenna elements,sparse array using the proposed JCO-based synthesis outperforms not only the uniform array,but also the sparse array with the existing CO-based synthesis method.Furthermore,with a half of the number of antenna elements that on the uniform array,the performance of the JCO-based sparse array approaches to that of the uniform array.Mengting Lou Jing Jin Hanning Wang Dan Wu Liang Xia Qixing Wang Yifei Yuan Jiangzhou Wang 2022China Communications2022,19,3:1
