1脊髓脊膜膨出的手术治疗显示文摘目的探讨脊髓脊膜膨出(MMC)的手术时机和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析82例MMC患儿的临床资料。男38例,女44例;年龄1 d~7岁,平均1.4岁。MMC位于腰、骶部75例,位于颈椎部5例及位于胸椎部和胸腰部各1例,患儿均经相应部位X线正侧位片和MRI确诊,术前常规均行体感诱发电位和肌电图等相关神经电生理检查,全部患儿予手术治疗。术前术后均行尿动力学检查。结果 82例均行手术治疗,术后随访3~12个月,随访期复查患儿症状缓解,其中治愈28例,好转45例,无变化5例,恶化4例,总有效率89.1%。结论常规脊膜膨出切除、椎管扩大探查、脊髓栓系松解和脊膜修补术是MMC目前唯一有效的治疗方法。樊长河 袁爱珍 胡文忠 Mersha 2012实用儿科临床杂志2012,27,19:5

19Preparation of large,ultra-flexible and free-standing nanomembranes of metal oxide-polymer composite and their gas permeation properties显示文摘In this work,fabrication of free-standing nanomembranes of metal oxide(MO_(x))and polymers by simple spin-coating method is discussed.First,double-layer nanomembranes containing MO_(x) and epoxy resin of polyethyleneimine and poly[(o-cresyl glycidyl ether)-co-formaldehyde]were prepared.Free-standing nanomembranes were successfully prepared,but defects formed in the metal oxide nanolayer during sharp bending of the nanomembrane.To overcome fragility of MO_(x) nanolayer,poly(vinyl alcohol)nanolayers were introduced between MO_(x) nanolayers by layer-by-layer(LbL)assembly process.The LbL nanomembrane was also free-standing and was highly flexible during macroscopic membrane manipulations.Even after transfer of the LbL nanomembrane onto a porous support,it did not have apparent cracks,confirmed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The LbL nanomembrane sustained low gas permeance,confirming the absence of significant defects,although it shows excellent flexibility.We believe that the presented LbL nanomembrane could be a platform useful for the design of molecular nanochannels,which is the next challenge for efficient gas separation.Anteneh Mersha Roman Selyanchyn Shigenori Fujikawa 2017Clean Energy2017,1,1:0
20Designing Visceral, Behavioural and Reflective Products显示文摘Designers and manufacturers often see consumption as the primary objective of a product–with implications such as discarded products,obsolete wastes,and ecological degradation.The paper aims to find the answer to the question,how emotional design can adapt the discarded and undesirable products into something valuable in a long term?This paper presents a framework combining Chapman’s theory and Norman’s theory on three levels of emotional design to highlight what long lasting connection with products entails.A design approach is presented combing the Wabi Sabi philosophy that promotes the celebration of decay and damage.This is used as one of the design principles for the experiments conducted on discarded products.Through constant user interaction before,during and after the experiments the evaluation of design as an agent of transformation is done.The user conducted the evaluation based on the Kansei elements of looks,sound,smell,and feel of the product.The experiments confirmed that a long-term value is only achieved through redesigning and reconstructing the perception of people towards products on a reflective level,rather than the visceral and behavioural elements of the product.The research found attachment to the visceral and behavioural elements of a product instead of an emotional one was causing users to discard products faster than required.The research indicated that many people,including designers and manufacturers,are unconsciously focusing on usability(behavioural level)and physical look(visceral level)of a product that are easily replaced,than on a meaningful way (reflective level)to create and maintain long-lasting emotions.The research concluded with a proposition towards digitization of products which could perhaps be an all round solution to make products more appropriate to human emotions.Digitization could give products the ability to capture,store and then communicate the stories,journey and memories back,in order to empower people to understand the value of longer-term use of products.Mersha Aftab Helen Agustin Rusli 2017Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2017,30,5:0
