| 1 | 长江中华鲟超声波遥测技术显示文摘利用美国Sonotronics公司的超声波发射器、接收仪和水下听筒装配的一套超声波遥测定位系统,在长江宜昌江段对中华鲟进行遥测试验,方法可靠,在葛州坝下江段其探测半径约达1500米。借助特制快艇和GPS,采用三角定位法,可较准确地定位中华鲟行踪。超声波发射器的特定声波编码,可将不同标志个体区别开。本试验1995和1996年标志了15尾即将参加自然繁殖的中华鲟。其中1996年标志10尾,全部进行了定位追踪,记录了各尾鲟在产前、产卵和产后的行踪,各尾鱼持续定位6~48天,平均19.8天,总定位次数达573次。该方法也适用于其它的江河和其它鱼类和水生动物迁移规律、产卵场定位和产卵条件等研究。 | 危起伟 杨德国 柯福恩 BOYD KYNARD MICAH KIEFFER | 1998 | 水产学报1998，22，3： | 29 |
| 2 | 人类免疫缺陷病毒阳性肺结核患者临床分析显示文摘目的 提高对人类免疫缺陷病毒 (HIV)阳性肺结核 (PTB)的认识。方法 对赤道几内亚巴塔医院 1996年 1月~ 1999年 11月确诊的 16 8例HIV阳性PTB进行分析。结果 HIV在PTB患者的感染率由 1996年的 11 4%升至 1999年的 2 2 7%。患者多急骤起病 (94 6 % ) ,以近期消瘦(82 1% )、全身关节酸痛 (78 6 % )、皮肤瘙痒 (4 2 9% )、慢性腹泻 (2 3 2 % )、浅表淋巴结肿大 (2 0 8% )及皮炎 (13 1% )为常见症状、体征 ;6 3 3%的患者X线胸片表现为非特异性改变 ;痰找抗酸杆菌阳性率为 5 8 3% ;6个月短程抗结核方案 (2SHRZ/ 4HRZ)治疗后 ,存活者临床症状、体征、实验室及X线胸片检查结果有所改善 ,病死率为 2 7 4%。结论 临床医师应加强对HIV阳性PTB诊断的警惕性 ,痰抗酸杆菌涂片及X线胸片检查仍具有较好的诊断价值 。 | 王文琦 Cram AR Micah ST Justin JN | 2000 | 中华结核和呼吸杂志2000，23，11： | 11 |
| 3 | Comparative Skin Histology of Frogs Reveals High-elevation Adaptation of the Tibetan Nanorana parkeri显示文摘Adaptations to extreme environmental conditions are intriguing. Animal skin, which directly interacts with external environment, plays diverse and important roles in adaptive evolution. The thin and bare skin of amphibians is sensitive to external environmental conditions and, thus, it facilitates investigations into adaptations for living in extreme environments. Herein, we compare the structures of skin in four anuran species living at elevations ranging from 100 m to 4500 m to assess phenotypic innovations in the skin of Nanorana parkeri, which lives at extremely high elevations. Analyses reveal similar basic skin structures, but N. parkeri differs from the other species by having more epidermal capillaries and granular glands, which correlate highly with responses to hypoxia and/or ultraviolet(UV) radiation. Further intraspecific comparisons from frogs taken at ~4500 m and ~2900 m reveal that all of the changes are fixed. Changes occurring only in the higher elevation population, such as possessing more skin pigments, may represent local adaptations to coldness and/or UV radiation. | 5 | Evaluation of the impact of commodity price change on mine plan of underground mining显示文摘Fluctuations in commodity prices should influence mining operations to continually update and adjust their mine plans in order to capture additional value under new market conditions. One of the adjustments is the change in production sequencing. This paper seeks to present a method for quantifying the net present value(NPV) that may be directly attributed to the change in commodity prices. The evaluation is conducted across ten copper price scenarios. Discrete event simulation combined with mixed integer programming was used to attain a viable production strategy and to generate optimal mine plans. The analysis indicates that an increase in prices results in an increased in the NPV from$96.57M to $755.65M.
