1烧结工艺使用气体燃料喷入技术减少CO_2排放显示文摘JFE钢铁公司开发了在烧结矿表面喷入含氢的气体燃料技术,可不增加焦粉配比,提高烧结矿质量。使用该技术,含氢气体可部分替代焦粉,使1200~1400℃的燃烧层变宽成为可能。通过X射线对多孔状的烧结饼进行CT检查与烧结锅试验,从理论到实践都证明了喷入燃料气体技术的使用效果。保持1200~1400℃的温度带,为生产高强度、高还原性的烧结矿至关重要,它能使合适的温度带变宽、液相率增加、提高1~5mm孔隙间的熔合并提升烧结矿强度。大于5mm的孔隙的烧结矿数量增多提高了料层的透气性,低温烧结工艺也抑制了铁矿石的自身熔化。而在未熔化的铁矿石中,小于1μm的微孔隙的存在也使烧结矿的还原性提高,从而改善烧结饼的孔隙结构,提高烧结矿质量。2009年1月,京浜1号烧结机应用了该技术,到目前为止工况稳定。结果,烧结工序的能源利用率大幅提升,减排CO2约6万t/a。Nobuyuki Oyama Yuji Iwami Satoshi Machida Takahide Higuchi Tetsuya Yamamoto Yushinori Watanabe Michitaka Sato Kanji Takeda Masakata Shimizu Koki Nishioka 何海良 2013世界钢铁2013,,1:11

14Observation of the esophagus, pharynx and lingual root by gastrointestinal endoscopy with a percutaneous retrograde approach显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of retrograde observation of the esophagus, pharynx, larynx and lingual root. METHODS:With the beagle dog under anesthesia, the anterior wall of the stomach was fixed on the abdominal wall in a similar way to percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. The gastrointestinal scope was inserted via a 12 mm laparoscopic port for subsequent retrograde observation from stomach to the oral cavity. RESULTS:With this technique, direct observation of gastric cardia was possible without restriction. The cervical esophagus was dilated well, also allowing clear observation of the hypopharyngo-esophageal junction. 15富氧对改善烧结矿矿相结构的作用显示文摘在烧结厂评价喷吹气体燃料时富氧对改善烧结矿矿相结构的作用及其操作结果。矿物组成是影响烧结矿强度的一个重要因素,烧结矿的矿物组成包括Fe2O3、Fe3O4和铁酸钙等,而铁酸钙强度是所有矿相结构中最高的。用电炉进行的烧结试验结果表明,烧结矿中铁酸钙所占比例随大气中氧气浓度的升高而提高,而氧气浓度升高还会促使铁酸钙更加稳定。自2014年在JFE钢铁公司千叶厂烧结车间开始采用喷吹气体燃料和吹氧技术。在烧结厂进行喷吹气体燃料和吹氧试验,证实扩大温度区间1473~1673K,有利于烧结反应生成铁酸钙结构。富氧使焦粉和气体燃料的燃点转移到低温区,扩大适宜的温度区间,烧结矿中铁酸钙所占比例得到了提高。因此,证实在工厂烧结机上采用喷吹气体燃料和吹氧技术取得的效果与实验室试验结果相同。Yuji IWAMI Tetsuya YAMAMOTO Takahide HIGUCHI Nobuyuki OYAMA Michitaka SATO Yasuhiro SODANI 2016冶金信息导刊2016,53,4:0
