| 1 | 蜂胶对成纤维细胞、单核巨噬细胞系基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9表达的抑制作用显示文摘目的探讨蜂胶对糖尿病伤口愈合的作用及其机制。方法采用荧光电泳法,检测不同葡萄糖浓度(5、25mmol/L)和不同蜂胶浓度(10、50、100、200μg/ml)处理的体外培养的人成纤维细胞及单核巨噬细胞系的基质金属蛋白酶MMP9蛋白的表达。结果高浓度葡萄糖(25mmol/L)状态下,MMP9表达增加,但与低浓度(5mmol/L)比较,差异无统计学意义。蜂胶可显著降低MMP9的表达,并呈剂量依赖性(P<0.05)。结论高糖能增加单核巨噬细胞系及成纤维细胞MMP9的表达,可能会影响糖尿病患者伤口的愈合。蜂胶可抑制这些细胞MMP9的表达,有益于细胞基质的积聚,从而有益于糖尿病患者伤口的愈合。 | 贾军宏 Min Danqing Lisa Luo DK Yue SV McLennan | 2006 | 解放军医学杂志2006，31，6： | 2 |

| 15 | 脂多糖对成纤维细胞基质金属蛋白酶及金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子表达的影响显示文摘目的观察脂多糖(LPS)对成纤维细胞基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其抑制物金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子(TIMPs)表达的变化,探讨伤口感染时LPS对伤口愈合的可能影响。方法将体外培养的人成纤维细胞加入不同浓度的LPS(10、100、1000μg/ml)后,用荧光标记的明胶酶谱法和反向酶谱法测定培养液中MMPs及TIMPs表达的变化,并用电泳分析软件对黑色条带(MMPs)或亮色条带(TIMPs)的面积及密度进行半定量分析。结果LPS可以上调成纤维细胞的MMP-2、TIMP-1和TIMP-2的表达,且TIMPs增加的程度大于MMPs。10、100、1000μg/ml的LPS使MMP-2分别增加为基值的1.3、1.7、1.6倍,TIMP-1分别为3、4.5、3.5倍,TIMP-2分别为3、6、5.6倍。结论LPS在伤口愈合过程中成纤维细胞表达MMPs和TIMPs的环节上,对伤口愈合没有明显的不利影响。 | 贾军宏 Min Danqing McLennan SV Yue DK | 2006 | 解放军医学杂志2006，31，12： | 0 |
