1ECharts: A declarative framework for rapid construction of web-based visualization显示文摘While there have been a dozen of authoring systems and programming toolkits for visual design and development,users who do not have programming skills,such as data analysts or interface designers,still may feel cumbersome to efficiently implement a web-based visualization.In this paper,we present ECharts,an open-sourced,web-based,cross-platform framework that supports the rapid construction of interactive visualization.The motivation is driven by three goals:easy-touse,rich built-in interactions,and high performance.The kernel of ECharts is a suite of declarative visual design language that customizes built-in chart types.The underlying streaming architecture,together with a high-performance graphics renderer based on HTML5 canvas,enables the high expandability and performance of ECharts.We report the design,implementation,and applications of ECharts with a diverse variety of examples.We compare the utility and performance of ECharts with C3.js,HighCharts,and Chart.js.Results of the experiments demonstrate the efficiency and scalability of our framework.Since the first release in June 2013,ECharts has iterated 63 versions,and attracted over 22,000 star counts and over 1700 related projects in the GitHub.ECharts is regarded as a leading visualization development tool in the world,and ranks the third in the GitHub visualization tab.Deqing Li Honghui Mei Yi Shen Shuang Su Wenli Zhang Junting Wang Ming Zu Wei Chen 2018Visual Informatics2018,2,2:69

3Preparation and characterization O-lauroyl chitosan/poly (L-lactic acid) blend membranes by solution-casting approach显示文摘O-Lauroyl chitosan/poly(L-lactide) (OCS/PLLA) blend membranes with different compositions were prepared by solution-casting approach using chloroform as common solvent. The experimental results of FT-IR, DSC and WAXD indicated that inter-association hydrogen-bond interactions existed between OCS and PLLA in the blend membranes. 4Room-temperature production of silver-nanofiber film for large-area, transparent and flexible surface electromagnetic interference shielding显示文摘A kind of pollution known as electromagnetic interference(EMI),which results from ubiquitous usage of various electronic communication and military radar equipment,has been receiving increasing attention recently.However,large-area EMI shielding on transparent and/or curved surfaces,including building windows,curved glass wall,and special requirements spaces(SRSs),remains hard to achieve.In this paper,a silver nanofiber(AgNF)based flexible and transparent EMI shielding film was successfully assembled via a room-temperature roll-to-roll production method.For transparent application scenario,AgNF with 89%transmittance in visible range and 1μm thickness shows~20 dB shielding efficiency(EMI SE).On the other hand,total shielding(>50 dB)is obtained when the thickness of AgNF increases to 10μm,while its transmittance in visible range remains higher than 75%.Considering the facile and scale-free production technology,this material can be readily applied in large-scale,transparent,and/or SRSs EMI shielding.Sen Lin Haiyang Wang Fan Wu Qingmin Wang Xiaopeng Bai Di Zu Jianan Song Dong Wang Zhenglian Liu Ziwei Li Nian Tao Kai Huang Ming Lei Bo Li Hui Wu 2019npj Flexible Electronics2019,3,1:4

6Synergetic Effects of UV/Fe^(3+) Combined with Electrocatalysis for p-Nitrophenol Degradation显示文摘Synergetic effects for p-nitrophenol degradation were observed in the combination of two-advanced oxidation processes, UV/Fe3+ and electrocatalysis. The enhancement of removal rate for p-nitrophenol and COD was around 123% and 278%, respectively. 8Genetically modified CD7-targeting allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy with enhanced efficacy for relapsed/refractory CD7-positive hematological malignancies:a phase I clinical study显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cell therapy against T cell malignancies faces major challenges including fratricide between CAR-T cells and product contamination from the blasts.Allogeneic CAR-T cells,generated from healthy donor T cells,can provide ready-to-use,blast-free therapeutic products,but their application could be complicated by graft-versus-host disease(GvHD)and host rejection.Here we developed healthy donor-derived,CD7-targeting CAR-T cells(RD13-01)with genetic modifications to resist fratricide,GvHD and allogeneic rejection,as well as to potentiate antitumor function.A phase I clinical trial(NCT04538599)was conducted with twelve patients recruited(eleven with T cell leukemia/lymphoma,and one with CD7-expressing acute myeloid leukemia).All patients achieved pre-set end points and eleven proceeded to efficacy evaluation.No dose-limiting toxicity,GvHD,immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity or severe cytokine release syndrome(grade≥3)were observed.28 days post infusion,81.8%of patients(9/11)showed objective responses and the complete response rate was 63.6%(7/11,including the patient with AML).3 of the responding patients were bridged to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.With a median follow-up of 10.5 months,4 patients remained in complete remission.Cytomegalovirus(CMV)and/or Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)reactivation was observed in several patients,and one died from EBV-associated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Expansion of CD7-negative normal T cells was detected post infusion.In summary,we present the first report of a Phase I clinical trial using healthy donor-derived CD7-targeting allogeneic CAR-T cells to treat CD7^(+)hematological malignancies.Our results demonstrated the encouraging safety and efficacy profiles of the RD13-01 allogeneic CAR-T cells for CD7^(+)tumors.Yongxian Hu Yali Zhou Mingming Zhang Houli Zhao Guoqing Wei Wengang Ge Qu Cui Qitian Mu Gong Chen Lu Han Tingting Guo Jiazhen Cui Xiaoyan Jiang Xiujun Zheng Shuhui Yu Xiaolong Li Xingwang Zhang Mingxi Chen Xiuju Li Ming Gao Kang Wang Cheng Zu Hao Zhang Xiaohong He Yanbin Wang Dongrui Wang Jiangtao Ren He Huang 2022Cell Research2022,32,11:2
9Gaseous emissions from compressed natural gas buses in urban road and highway tests in China显示文摘The natural gas vehicle market is rapidly developing throughout the world, and the majority of such vehicles operate on compressed natural gas(CNG). However, most studies on the emission characteristics of CNG vehicles rely on laboratory chassis dynamometer measurements, which do not accurately represent actual road driving conditions. To further investigate the emission characteristics of CNG vehicles, two CNG city buses and two CNG coaches were tested on public urban roads and highway sections. Our results show that when speeds of 0–10 km/hr were increased to 10–20 km/hr, the CO_2, CO, nitrogen oxide(NO_x), and total hydrocarbon(THC) emission factors decreased by(71.6 ± 4.3)%,(65.6 ± 9.5)%,(64.9 ± 9.2)% and(67.8 ± 0.3)%, respectively. In this study, The Beijing city buses with stricter emission standards(Euro Ⅳ) did not have lower emission factors than the Chongqing coaches with Euro Ⅱ emission standards. Both the higher emission factors at 0–10 km/hr speeds and the higher percentage of driving in the low-speed regime during the entire road cycle may have contributed to the higher CO_2 and CO emission factors of these city buses. 19Extraction kinetics of phenol with N, N-di (1-methyl-heptyl)acetamide-kerosene using hollow fiber membrane extractor显示文摘Extraction kinetics of phenol with N,N di(1 methyl heptyl) acetamide kerosene using hollow fiber membrane extractor has been studied. The rate regularities and kinetic types of forward and backward extraction were obtained respectively by determining the forward and backward extraction rate under various experimental conditions. The mass transfer mechanism was discussed. Both the forward and backward extraction of phenol might be controlled by diffusion processes, and the diffusion resistance for both forward and backward extraction mainly exists in aqueous phase.
