| 1 | Isolation of marine benzo[a]pyrene-degrading Ochrobactrum sp. BAP5 and proteins characterization显示文摘A bacterial strain BAP5 with a relatively high degradation ability of benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) was isolated from marine sediments of Xiamen Western Sea, China and identified as Ochrobactrum sp. according to 16S rRNA gene sequence as well as Biolog microbial identification system. Strain BAP5 could grow in mineral salt medium with 50 mg/L of BaP and degrade about 20% BaP after 30 d of incubation. Ochrobactrum sp. BAP5 was able to utilize other polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) (such as phenanthrene, pyrene and fluoranthene) as the sole carbon source and energy source, suggesting its potential application in PAHs bioremediation. The profile of total soluble protein from Ochrobactrum sp. BAP5 was also investigated. Some over- and special-expressed proteins of strain BAP5 when incubated with the presence of BaP were detected by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and found to be related with PAHs metabolism, DNA translation, and energy production based on peptide fingerprint analysis through matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry. | WU Yirui HE Tengteng ZHONG Mingqi ZHANG Yueling LI Enmin HUANG Tongwang HU Zhong | 2009 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,10: | 10 |
| 2 | Systematic study on the mechanical and electric behaviors of the nonbuckling interconnect design of stretchable electronics显示文摘Recently, we developed a nonbuckling interconnect design that provides an effective approach to simultaneously achieving high elastic stretchability, easiness for encapsulation, and high electric performance for stretchable electronics. This paper aims to systematically study its mechanical and electric behaviors, including comparisons of the nonbuckling and buckling interconnect designs on stretchability, effects of the thickness on electric performance, and modeling and experimental investigations on the finite deformation mechanics. It is found that the results on stretchability depend on the layouts. Long straight segments and small arc radii for nonbuckling interconnects yield an enhancement of stretchability, which is much better than that of buckling designs. On the other hand, shorter straight segments or thicker interconnects are better to lower the resistances of interconnects. Therefore, optimization of the designs needs to balance the requirements of both the mechanical and electric performances. The finite deformation of interconnects during stretching is analyzed. The established analytic model is well validated by both the finite element modeling and experimental investigations. This work is key for providing the design guidelines for nonbucklingbased stretchable electronics. | Hao Liu RiYe Xue JianQiao Hu XueCheng Ping HuaPing Wu MingQi Huang Han Zhang Xu Guo Rui Li YuLi Chen YeWang Su | 2018 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2018,61,11: | 3 |
| 3 | High-performance γ-MnO_(2) Dual-Core,Pair-Hole Fiber for Ultrafast Photonics显示文摘Manganese dioxide(MnO2)is a widely used and well-studied 3-dimensional(3D)transition metal oxide, which has advantages in ultrafast optics due to large specific surface area, narrow bandgap, multiple pores, superior electron transfer capability, and a wide range of light absorption. However, few studies have considered its excellent performance in ultrafast photonics.y-MnO2 photonics devices were fabricated based on a special dual-core,pair-hole fiber(DCPHF)carrier and applied in ultrafast optics fields for the first time. The results show that the soliton molecule with tunable temporal separation(1.84 to 2.7 ps)and 600-MHz harmonic solitons are achieved in the experiment. The result proves that this kind of photonics device has goodapplications in ultrafast lasers,high-performance sensors, fiber optical communications, etc.,which can help expand the prospect of combining 3D materials with novel fiber for ultrafast optics device technology. | Xiaohui Li Xiangzhen Huang Yueheng Han Enci Chen Penglai Guo Wenmin Zhang Mingqi An Zhiwen Pan Qian Xu Xiaoxiao Guo Xiwei Huang Yishan Wang Wei Zhao | 2023 | Ultrafast Science2023,3,1: | 0 |
| 4 | OGP: A Repository of Experimentally Characterized O-glycoproteins to Facilitate Studies on O-glycosylation显示文摘Numerous studies on cancers, biopharmaceuticals, and clinical trials have necessitated comprehensive and precise analysis of protein O-glycosylation. However, the lack of updated and convenient databases deters the storage of and reference to emerging O-glycoprotein data. To resolve this issue, an O-glycoprotein repository named OGP was established in this work.It was constructed with a collection of O-glycoprotein data from different sources. OGP contains 9354 O-glycosylation sites and 11,633 site-specific O-glycans mapping to 2133 O-glycoproteins, and it is the largest O-glycoprotein repository thus far.Based on the recorded O-glycosylation sites, an O-glycosylation site prediction tool was developed. Moreover, an OGP-based website is already available(http://www.oglyp.org/). The website comprises four specially designed and user-friendly modules:statistical analysis, database search, site prediction, and data submission. The first version of OGP repository and the website allow users to obtain various O-glycoprotein-related information, such as protein accession Nos., O-glycosylation sites,O-glycopeptide sequences, site-specific O-glycan structures, experimental methods, and potential O-glycosylation sites.O-glycosylation data mining can be performed efficiently on this website, which will greatly facilitate related studies. In addition, the database is accessible from OGP website(http://www.oglyp.org/download.php). | Jiangming Huang Mengxi Wu Yang Zhang Siyuan Kong Mingqi Liu Biyun Jiang Pengyuan Yang Weiqian Cao | 2021 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2021,19,4: | 0 |
