1Optimization of working parameters for puddling and flatting machine in paddy field显示文摘In order to improve the soil preparation quality,a wide puddling and flatting machine for paddy field was designed with the functionality of tillage,soil crushing,puddling,burying stubble and flatting in one-time operation,which can be equipped on tractors with high power.This study focused on the design and analysis of key components of the machine including puddling equipment,flat shovel and balance structure.Optimal results with field trials and response surface analysis showed that the machine can operate optimally when the working speed,puddling depth and angle of flat shovel were 1.05 km/h,16 cm and 31.30°,respectively.The surface flatness standard deviation was 3.7 cm,and slurry degree was 1.03 g/cm3.Field validation test results were consistent with the optimal parameters,which was able to meet agronomic requirements of mechanical planting in China.Xu Chunlin Zhang Chengliang Li Lianhao Li Mingjin 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3:5

6Improved Study on Position Measurement System for Linear Motor Applied in Electromagnetic Launch System显示文摘The linear motor applied in electromagnetic emission system uses a closed loop position control strategy,which needs a set of position measurement system with high reliability,high resolution and integration to achieve real-time acquisition and analysis of position signals.The existing position controller is based on the simple logic chip design without memory function,and does not have the storage analysis and preprocessing function to position signals.Therefore,the system has insufficient scalability,low integration and reliability.Aiming at the improvement of the existing position measurement system,an intelligent position measurement system integrating the functions of position signals acquisition,processing and uploading,data storage and analysis is proposed in this paper,and its working principle and system composition are discussed in detail.The position,speed and acceleration obtained on the electromagnetic emission platform are in good agreement with the expected value of the system.As results,the feasibility and accuracy of the improved integrated intelligent position measurement system are verified,and the control performance of the system is also satisfied well,which can be good guidance and reference for subsequent engineering practice.Wanzhi Rui Mingjin Xu Penghui Guo Jin Xu 2019CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2019,3,2:1

15Exploring the attenuation mechanisms of Dalbergia odorifera leaves extract on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion based on weighted gene co-expression network analysis显示文摘The attenuation function of Dalbergia odorifera leaves on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)is little known.The candidate targets for the Chinese herb were extracted from brain tissues through the high-affinity chromatography.The molecular mechanism of D.odorifera leaves on cerebral I/R was investigated.Methods:Serial affinity chromatography based on D.odorifera leaves extract(DLE)affinity matrices were applied to find specific binding proteins in the brain tissues implemented on C57BL/6 mice by intraluminal middle cerebral artery occlusion for 1 h and reperfusion for 24 h.Specific binding proteins were subjected to mass-spectrometry to search for the differentially expressed proteins between control and DLE-affinity matrices.The hub genes were screened based on weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA).Then,predictive biology and potential experimental verification were performed for the candidate genes.The protective role of DLE in blood-brain barrier damage in cerebral I/R mice was evaluated by the leakage of Evans blue,western blotting,immunohistochemistry,and immunofluorescent staining.Results:952 differentially expressed proteins were classified into seven modules based on WGCNA under soft threshold 6.Based on WGCNA,AKT1,PIK3CA,NOS3,SMAD3,SMAD1,IL6,MAPK1,TGFBR2,TGFBR1,MAPK3,IGF1R,LRG1,mTOR,ROCK1,TGFB1,IL1B,SMAD2,and SMAD518 candidate hub proteins were involved in turquoise module.TGF-β,MAPK,focal adhesion,and adherens junction signaling pathway were associated with candidate hub proteins.Gene ontology analysis demonstrated that candidate hub proteins were related to the TGF-βreceptor signaling pathway,common-partner SMAD protein phosphorylation,etc.DLE could significantly reduce the leakage of Evans blue in mice with cerebral I/R,while attenuating the expression of occludin,claudin-5,and zonula occludens-1.Western blotting demonstrated that regulation of TGF-β/SMAD signaling pathway played an essential role in the protective effect of DLE.Conclusion:Thus,a number of candidate hub proteins were identified based on DLE affinity chromatography through WGCNA.DLE could attenuate the dysfunction of bloodbrain barrier in the TGF-β/SMAD signaling pathway induced by cerebral I/R.JINFANG HU JIANGEN AO LONGSHENG FU YAOQI WU FENG SHAO TIANTIAN XU MINGJIN JIANG SHAOFENG XIONG YANNI LV 2023BIOCELL2023,47,7:0

18Role of YES1 signaling in tumor therapy resistance显示文摘YES proto-oncogene 1(YES1)is an SRC family kinase(SFK)that plays a key role in cancer cell proliferation,adhesion,invasion,survival,and angiogenesis during tumorigenesis and tumor development.Reports suggest that YES1 amplification is associated with resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs and tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)in human malignancies.However,the mechanisms of drug resistance have not been fully elucidated.In this article,we review the literature on YES1 and discuss the implications of YES1 signaling for targeted therapy and chemotherapy resistance in malignancies.Moreover,recent advances in targeted therapy for YES1-amplified malignancies are summarized.Finally,we conclude that targeting YES1 may reverse drug resistance and serve as a valuable tumor treatment strategy.Hai Zhou Dantong Sun Junyan Tao Mingjin Xu Xiaochun Zhang Helei Hou 2023Cancer Innovation2023,2,3:0
