| 1 | 营养筛查与营养干预在消化道手术患者中的最佳证据应用显示文摘目的促进最佳证据在消化道手术患者营养筛查与干预中的应用,以提高临床护理质量。方法遵循JBI循证护理中心的临床证据实践应用系统(JBI-PACES)的标准程序与GRiP证据应用方法,基于2篇证据总结制定6条审查指标,进行证据应用前基线审查、证据应用和证据应用后2轮再审查。数据收集采用问卷调查及病例查阅的方式。结果证据应用后,审查指标1~3依从率从0上升至100%,审查指标4由31.58%上升至100%,并在证据应用后第2次审查时仍维持在100%,差异有统计学意义。审查指标5依从率从8.33%上升至50.00%,而在证据应用后第2次审查下降至0%;审查指标6依从率从44.68%上升至56.25%,在证据应用后第2次审查下降至47.83%,差异无统计学意义。结论最佳证据应用能够推动临床改革,信息化手段能够有效维持改革效果,多学科合作是证据应用的难点与挑战。 | 张琦 虞正红 倪小红 齐碧蓉 Sandeep Moola | 2020 | 护士进修杂志2020，35，9： | 5 |
| 2 | 鼻饲患者出院计划的循证实践显示文摘目的将现有的鼻饲患者出院计划的最佳证据应用到临床实践,提高护士在完成鼻饲患者出院计划中证据应用的依从性,改善临床护理质量,促进家庭鼻饲喂养安全。方法采用JBI临床证据实践应用系统(PACES),基于现有的最佳证据,形成7条审查指标,在1个胸外科病房开展为期5个月的质量审查。结果在证据应用后质量审查时,护士对鼻饲管护理、药物管理、感染控制、书面教育资料、随访监督和后续健康指导这6条审查指标的执行率均达到100%,对多学科评估的执行率达到90%。除了鼻饲管护理和后续健康指导这2条保持100%的执行率,其余5条审查指标的执行率提高了70%~100%。结论基于循证的鼻饲患者出院计划最佳证据的应用,改善了护理实践,但仍需进行持续质量审查,以提高护理质量。 | 丁晓芸 蒋红 胡雁 Sandeep Moola 卢容 郑洁 | 2017 | 护士进修杂志2017，32，19： | 3 |
