1Transjugular intrahepatic porto 全身的分流在老: 为门高血压的复杂并发症的减轻显示文摘 AIM:To present a dedicated series of transjugular intrahepatic porto-systemic shunts(TIPS) in the elderly since data is sparse on this population group.METHODS:A retrospective review was performed of patients at least 65 years of age who underwent TIPS at our institutions between 1997 and 2010.Twentyfive patients were referred for TIPS.We deemed that 2 patients were not considered appropriate candidates due to their markedly advanced liver disease.Of the 23 patients suitable for TIPS,the indications for TIPS placement was portal hypertension complicated by refractory ascites alone(n = 9),hepatic hydrothorax alone(n = 2),refractory ascites and hydrothorax(n = 1),gastrointestinal bleeding alone(n = 8),gastrointestinal bleeding and ascites(n = 3).RESULTS:Of these 23 attempted TIPS procedure patients,21 patients had technically successful TIPS procedures.A total of 29 out of 32 TIPS procedures including revisions were successful in 21 patients with a mean age of 72.1 years(range 65-82 years).Three of the procedures were unsuccessful attempts at TIPS and 8 procedures were successful revisions of our existing TIPS.Sixteen of 21 patients who underwent successful TIPS(excluding 5 patients lost to follow-up) were followed for a mean of 14.7 mo.Ascites and/or hydrothorax was controlled following technically successful procedures in 12 of 13 patients.Bleeding was controlled following technically successful procedures in 10 out of 11 patients.CONCLUSION:We have demonstrated that TIPS is an effective procedure to control refractory complications of portal hypertension in elderly patients.Mubin I Syed Hetal Karsan Hector Ferral Azim Shaikh Uzma Waheed Talal Akhter Alan Gabbard Kamal Morar Robert Tyrrell 2012World Journal of Hepatology2012,4,2:4
2Hot-band absorption of indocyanine green for advanced anti-stokes fluorescence bioimaging显示文摘Bright anti-Stokes fluorescence(ASF)in the first near-infrared spectral region(NIR-I,800 nm–900 nm)under the excitation of a 915 nm continuous wave(CW)laser,is observed in Indocyanine Green(ICG),a dye approved by the Food and Drug Administration for clinical use.The dependence of fluorescence intensity on excitation light power and temperature,together with fluorescence lifetime measurement,establish this ASF to be originated from absorption from a thermally excited vibrational level(hot-band absorption),as shown in our experiments,which is stronger than the upconversion fluorescence from widely-used rare-earth ion doped nanoparticles.To test the utility of this ASF NIR-I probe for advanced bioimaging,we successively apply it for biothermal sensing,cerebral blood vessel tomography and blood stream velocimetry.Moreover,in combination with L1057 nanoparticles,which absorb the ASF of ICG and emit beyond 1100 nm,these two probes generate multi-mode images in two fluorescent channels under the excitation of a single 915 nm CW laser.One channel is used to monitor two overlapping organs,urinary system&blood vessel of a live mouse,while the other shows urinary system only.Using in intraoperative real-time monitoring,such multi-mode imaging method can be beneficial for visual guiding in anatomy of the urinary system to avoid any accidental injury to the surrounding blood vessels during surgery.Jing Zhou Xiaoxiao Fan Di Wu Jie Liu Yuhuang Zhang Zikang Ye Dingwei Xue Mubin He Liang Zhu Zhe Feng Andrey N.Kuzmin Wen Liu Paras N.Prasad Jun Qian 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,10:3
3Quantum dots assisted in vivo two-photon microscopy with NIR-Ⅱemission显示文摘With the advantages of high resolution and deep penetration depth,two-photon excited NIR-Ⅱ(900–1880 nm)fluorescence(2PF)microscopic bioimaging is promising.However,due to the lack of imaging systems and suitable probes,few such works,to our best knowledge,were demonstrated utilizing NIR-II excitation and NIR-Ⅱfluorescence simultaneously.Herein,we used aqueously dispersible Pb S/Cd S quantum dots with bright NIR-II fluorescence as the contrast agents.Under the excitation of a 1550 nm femtosecond(fs)laser,they emitted bright 2 PF in the NIR-Ⅱregion.Moreover,a 2PF lifetime imaging microscopic(2PFLIM)system was implemented,and in vivo 2PFLIM images of mouse brain blood vessels were obtained for the first time to our best knowledge.To improve imaging speed,an in vivo two-photon fluorescence microscopy(2 PFM)system based on an In Ga As camera was implemented,and in vivo 2PFM images of QDs-stained mouse brain blood vessels were obtained.HUWEI NI YALUN WANG TAO TANG WENBIN YU DONGYU LI MUBIN HE RUNZE CHEN MINGXI ZHANG JUN QIAN 2022Photonics Research2022,10,1:3

7Evidence-based Nomenclature and Taxonomy of Research Impact Indicators显示文摘Purpose: This study aims to classify research impact indicators based on their characteristics and scope. A concept of evidence-based nomenclature of research impact(RI) indicator has been introduced for generalization and transformation of scope. Design/methodology/approch: Literature was collected related to the research impact assessment. It was categorized in conceptual and applied case studies. One hundred and nineteen indicators were selected to prepare classification and nomenclature. The nomenclature was developed based on the principle—'every indicator is a contextual-function to explain the impact'. Every indicator was disintegrated into three parts, i.e. Function, Domain, and Target Areas.Findings: The main functions of research impact indicators express improvement(63%), recognition(23%), and creation/development(14%). The focus of research impact indicators in literature is more towards the academic domain(59%) whereas the environment/sustainability domain is least considered(4%). As a result, research impact related to the research aspects is felt the most(29%). Other target areas include system and services, methods and procedures, networking, planning, policy development, economic aspects and commercialisation, etc. Research limitations: This research applied to 119 research impact indicators. However, the inclusion of additional indicators may change the result. Practical implications: The plausible effect of nomenclature is a better organization of indicators with appropriate tags of functions, domains, and target areas. This approach also provides a framework of indicator generalization and transformation. Therefore, similar indicators can be applied in other fields and target areas with modifications. Originality/value: The development of nomenclature for research impact indicators is a novel approach in scientometrics. 12窝洞消毒剂对粘接系统粘接强度影响的体外研究显示文摘目的评估2%洗必泰和1%氯化苯甲烷铵溶液窝洞消毒剂对牙本质粘接系统剪切强度及抗拉强度的影响。材料方法暴露84颗新鲜拔除的人第三磨牙表层牙本质,随机分为丙酮牙本质粘接系统(One Step)组和乙醇牙本质粘接系统(Optibond Solo)组。每种粘接系统包括6个受试小组(3个抗剪切强度组、3个抗拉强度组),每个受试组包括一个对照组和2个窝沿消毒剂组。对照组中粘接剂在蚀刻牙本质后直接涂布,而窝洞消毒剂组中则在用窝洞消毒剂处理20秒后涂布。然后将混合填料复合树脂粘接到牙本质表面。在蒸馏水中37℃保存24小时后,测量抗剪切强度和抗拉强度。数据统计采用Kruskall-Wallis和Mann—Whitney U检验。结果OneStep组与Optibond Solo组在平均抗剪切强度和抗拉强度上没有显著性差异。窝洞消毒剂组与对照组在抗剪切强度和抗拉强度上也没有显著性差异。结论2%洗必泰和1%氯化苯Ep烷铵溶液窝洞消毒剂对One Step和Optibond Solo粘接系统的抗剪切强度和抗拉强度没有影响。Esra Can Say Fatma Koray Berna Tarim Mubin Soyman Turgut Gulmez 刘颖熠(译) 王嘉德(校) 2006中国口腔医学继续教育杂志2006,9,2:0
