| 1 | Ti-Mo-Sn合金显微组织、力学性能和形状记忆性能(英文)显示文摘研究Mo作为β相稳定元素,对Ti-Mo-Sn合金相组成、显微组织、力学性能和形状记忆性能的影响。通过电弧熔炼法制备不同成分的Ti-xMo-3Sn(x=2,4,6,摩尔分数,%)合金,并制备二元合金Ti-6Mo作为对照组。Ti-xMo-3Sn合金具有硬度低和韧性高(厚度可减少90%)的特点,而Ti-6Mo合金则表现出脆性行为,硬度高、韧性差。场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)下发现圆形的无热ω(ωath)析出相。X射线衍射结果也证实铸态和固溶处理-淬火态的样品中均存在ωath相。光学显微镜和FESEM结果显示,由于发生β→ω相变,淬火过程中形成的马氏体数量随着Mo含量的增加而降低。硬度的变化趋势也证实ωath相的存。Ti-6Mo-3Sn合金的形状记忆效应(SME)最高,为9%。合金SME较低是由于形成ωath相;然而,SME随着Mo含量的增加而增加,这是由于ωath相的逆相变和由压力引起的马氏体相变所致。另外,设计一种新的、非常简单的测量形状记忆效应的方法。 | Muhammad Luqman HASHMI Abdul WADOOD | 2020 | Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2020,30,3: | 8 |
| 2 | Identification of key gene networks controlling organic acid and sugar metabolism during watermelon fruit development by integrating metabolic phenotypes and gene expression profiles显示文摘The organoleptic qualities of watermelon fruit are defined by the sugar and organic acid contents,which undergo considerable variations during development and maturation.The molecular mechanisms underlying these variations remain unclear.In this study,we used transcriptome profiles to investigate the coexpression patterns of gene networks associated with sugar and organic acid metabolism.We identified 3 gene networks/modules containing 2443 genes highly correlated with sugars and organic acids.Within these modules,based on intramodular significance and Reverse Transcription Quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR),we identified 7 genes involved in the metabolism of sugars and organic acids.Among these genes,Cla97C01G000640,Cla97C05G087120 and Cla97C01G018840(r^(2)=0.83 with glucose content)were identified as sugar transporters(SWEET,EDR6 and STP)and Cla97C03G064990(r^(2)=0.92 with sucrose content)was identified as a sucrose synthase from information available for other crops.Similarly,Cla97C07G128420,Cla97C03G068240 and Cla97C01G008870,having strong correlations with malic(r^(2)=0.75)and citric acid(r^(2)=0.85),were annotated as malate and citrate transporters(ALMT7,CS,and ICDH).The expression profiles of these 7 genes in diverse watermelon genotypes revealed consistent patterns of expression variation in various types of watermelon.These findings add significantly to our existing knowledge of sugar and organic acid metabolism in watermelon. | Muhammad Jawad Umer Luqman Bin Safdar Haileslassie Gebremeskel Shengjie Zhao Pingli Yuan Hongju Zhu M.O.Kaseb Muhammad Anees Xuqiang Lu Nan He Chengsheng Gong Wenge Liu | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 4 |
| 3 | Landslide inventory and susceptibility assessment using multiple statistical approaches along the Karakoram highway,northern Pakistan显示文摘China-Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC)is a framework of regional connectivity,which will not only benefit China and Pakistan but will have positive impact on Iran,Afghanistan,India,Central Asian Republic,and the region.The surrounding area in CPEC is prone to frequent disruption by geological hazards mainly landslides in northern Pakistan.Comprehensive landslide inventory and susceptibility assessment are rarely available to utilize for landslide mitigation strategies.This study aims to utilize the high-resolution satellite images to develop a comprehensive landslide inventory and subsequently develop landslide susceptibility maps using multiple techniques.The very high-resolution(VHR)satellite images are utilized to develop a landslide inventory using the visual image classification techniques,historic records and field observations.A total of 1632 landslides are mapped in the area.Four statistical models i.e.,frequency ratio,artificial neural network,weights of evidence and logistic regression were used for landslide susceptibility modeling by comparing the landslide inventory with the topographic parameters,geological features,drainage and road network.The developed landslides susceptibility maps were verified using the area under curve(AUC)method.The prediction power of the model was assessed by the prediction rate curve.The success rate curves show 93%,92.8%,92.7%and 87.4%accuracy of susceptibility maps for frequency ratio,artificial neural network,weights of evidence and logistic regression,respectively.The developed landslide inventory and susceptibility maps can be used for land use planning and landslide mitigation strategies. | Mian Luqman HUSSAIN Muhammad SHAFIQUE Alam Sher BACHA CHEN Xiao-qing CHEN Hua-yong | 2021 | Journal of Mountain Science2021,18,3: | 4 |
| 4 | 不同地被菊品种对镉的富集特性及生理响应显示文摘为从地被菊中筛选出耐镉品种并应用于城市园林绿化,采用水培法对14种地被菊在20 mg/L镉胁迫下的富集特性进行了研究。按照镉胁迫下不同地被菊品种耐镉性和富集转移特性的强弱进行聚类分析,可将14个品种分为4类:第1类为L9502(B)、粉翎(D)、白玉(E)、纽9716(J)品种,富集转移较强但耐性弱;第2类为纽9722(K)、紫秋裳(L)品种,耐性较强但富集转移弱;第3类为纽9713(A)、红艳艳(H)、纽9717(M)、紫妍(N)品种,富集转移弱且耐性弱;第4类为东林瑞雪(C)、战地黄花(F)、袖珍红(G)、纽9714(I)品种,富集转移强且耐性强。对东林瑞雪(C)、战地黄花(F)、袖珍红(G)、纽9714(I)品种进行不同浓度镉的胁迫,结果表明:在低浓度(10,20 mg/L)下4种地被菊地上干重下降不明显(P>0.05),高浓度时下降显著(P<0.05);随着镉浓度的升高,4种地被菊根部、地上部镉含量均不断增加;富集系数呈现下降趋势,但都大于1;转移系数呈现F、G、I下降,C上升的趋势;光合参数Pn、Gs、Tr随着镉浓度的提高均显著下降,而Ci则上升,说明镉处理对地被菊光合作用的限制可能是由非气孔因素引起,并没有使叶片气孔发生结构和功能的改变。 | 孙婕妤 Muhammad luqman 李强 何淼 周蕴薇 | 2018 | 吉林农业大学学报2018,40,1: | 3 |

| 10 | 3-D seismic interpretation of stratigraphic and structural features in the Upper Jurassic to Lower Cretaceous sequence of the Gullfaks Field,Norwegian North Sea:A case study of reservoir development显示文摘The 3-D seismic dataset is a key tool to analyze and understand the mechanism of structural and stratigraphic hydrocarbon(HC)trapping in the subsurface.Conventionally used subsurface seismic characterization methods for fractures are based on the theory of effective anisotropy medium.The aim of this work is to improve the structural images with dense sampling of 3-D survey to evaluate structural and stratigraphic models for reservoir development to predict reservoir quality.The present study of the Gullfaks Field,located in the Norwegian North Sea Gullfaks sector,identifies the shallowest structural elements.The steepness of westward structural dip decreases eastward during the Upper Jurassic to Lower Cretaceous deposition.Reservoir sands consist of the Middle Jurassic deltaic deposits and Lower Jurassic fluvial channel and delta plain deposits.Sediment supply steadily prevails on sea-level rise and the succession displays a regressive trend indicated by a good continuous stacking pattern.The key factor for the development of reservoirs in the Gullfaks Field is fault transmissibility with spatially distributed pressure.The majority of mapped faults with sand-to-sand contacts are non-sealing,which provide restriction for the HC flow between the fault blocks.The traps for HC accumulation occur between the post-rift and syn-rift strata,i.e.antiform set by extensional system,unconformity trap at the top of syndeposition,and structural trap due to normal faults.Overall reservoir quality in the studied area is generally excellent with average 35%porosity and permeability in the Darcy range.Our findings are useful to better understand the development of siliciclastic reservoirs in similar geological settings worldwide. | Muhammad Usman Numair Ahmed Siddiqui Eduardo Garzanti Muhammad Jamil Qazi Sohail Imran Luqman Ahmed | 2021 | Energy Geoscience2021,2,4: | 0 |
