1Effects of ecological factors on secondary metabolites and inorganic elements of Scutellaria baicalensis and analysis of geoherblism显示文摘This study analyzed the effects of ecological factors on secondary metabolites of Scutellaria baicalensis using two sources:92individual roots of S.baicalensis from all over China,and secondary metabolites,medicinal materials and inorganic element contents obtained from the testing of 92 S.baicalensis rhizosphere soil samples.The study used environmental data from the Genuine Medicinal Material Spatial Analysis Database.Most of the chemical constituents of S.baicalensis were negatively correlated to latitude and positively correlated to temperature;generally,the contents of 21 chemical constituents were higher at low latitudes than that at high latitudes.By gradual regression analysis,it was found that the content of baicalin in S.baicalensis was negatively correlated to latitude and generally the content of inorganic elements in soil was excessively high(excluding Mg and Ca),which has a negative effect on the accumulation of chemical constituents in S.baicalensis.Based on the cluster analysis of 21 constituents,S.baicalensis from different places of origin was divided into two groups,and S.baicalensis was not genuine only in a specific small region.Within the zone from Chifeng,Inner Mongolia to Taibai,Shaanxi is suitable for accumulation of secondary metabolites of S.baicalensis and such a zone represents a suitable distribution and potential genuine producing area.GUO LanPing WANG Sheng ZHANG Ji YANG Guang ZHAO ManXi MA WeiFeng ZHANG XiaoBo LI Xuan HAN BangXing CHEN NaiFu HUANG LuQi 2013Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,11:7
2Research on the optimal dynamical systems of three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations based on weighted residual显示文摘In this paper, the theory of constructing optimal dynamical systems based on weighted residual presented by Wu & Sha is applied to three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations, and the optimal dynamical system modeling equations are derived. Then the multiscale global optimization method based on coarse graining analysis is presented, by which a set of approximate global optimal bases is directly obtained from Navier-Stokes equations and the construction of optimal dynamical systems is realized. The optimal bases show good properties, such as showing the physical properties of complex flows and the turbulent vortex structures, being intrinsic to real physical problem and dynamical systems, and having scaling symmetry in mathematics, etc.. 3Influence of temperature on the transformation and self-control of energy during sandstone damage:Experimental and theoretical research显示文摘The surrounding rock in tunnelling engineering and coal mining will sometimes be exposed to high temperature. Rock failure is the result of energy dissipation, and the study of the evolution and transformation behavior of energy is of great significance for the in-depth understanding of the deformation and failure of rock after high temperature. This study analyzed the intrinsic connection between mechanical properties and acoustic emission(AE) energy under temperature effect. Based on the energy dissipation and release theory, the distribution and transformation of energy was analyzed, and the energy selfincentive and self-inhibition(EII) model was further established. The main findings are that temperature effect affects the confidence interval trend and the value of AE energy rate, which is related to the change in mechanical properties. The ability of sandstone to store elastic strain energy after exposure to high temperature is independent of the mechanical properties. In this study, the ratio of dissipated energy to elastic energy is used to characterize the stable state of the sandstone system, which can be used as the energy indicator of rock failure precursor. 4Optimal dynamical systems of Navier-Stokes equations based on generalized helical-wave bases and the fundamental elements of turbulence显示文摘In this paper, we present the theory of constructing optimal generalized helical-wave coupling dynamical systems. Applying the helical-wave decomposition method to Navier-Stokes equations, we derive a pair of coupling dynamical systems based on optimal generalized helical-wave bases. Then with the method of multi-scale global optimization based on coarse graining analysis, a set of global optimal generalized helical-wave bases is obtained. Optimal generalized helical-wave bases retain the good properties of classical helical-wave bases. Moreover, they are optimal for the dynamical systems of Navier-Stokes equations, and suitable for complex physical and geometric boundary conditions. 5Review on aggregation of acid extractants in solvent extraction of metal ions:remark on the general model显示文摘The aggregation behavior of various acid extractants in the solvent extraction systems of metal ions is re-examined and explained according to knowledge obtained in recent work. The conclusions are as follows. (1) Complexes formed by the extractants and metal ions can form reversed micelles in organic diluents, depending on the microstructures of the complexes. The dimers of the acid extractant cannot percolate to the metal-extractant aggregates, and the acid-salt complexes are always formed in the aggregates. The reversed micelles or the W/O microemulsions formed by different species cannot be associated with each other to form a unified aggregate. (2) In solvent extraction systems, hydration of the extractants and metal ions can be considered as the driving force of forming reversed micelles. (3) Information of the first approach to the insight of the bicontinuous microemulsion of NaDEHP shows that various components in the aqueous phase behave confined and very similar to the typical AOT/n-heptane W/O microemulsions. 9Observational study of the physical and chemical characteristics of the winter radiation fog in the tropical rainforest in Xishuangbanna, China显示文摘We conducted a three-month field experiment focusing on the physical and chemical characteristics of fog in a tropical rainforest in Xishuangbanna,Southwest China,in the winter of 2019.In general,the fog would form at midnight and persist because of the increased long-wave radiative cooling combined with the high relative humidity,gentle breeze,and a relatively low aerosol number concentration in the forest;the fog would dissipate before noon due to the increasing turbulence near the surface.This diurnal cycle is typical for radiation fog.The microphysical fog properties included a relatively low number concentration of the fog droplet,large droplet size,high liquid water content,narrow droplet number-size distribution,and high supersaturation.The chemical properties showed that the fog water was slightly alkaline with low electrical conductivity,whereas the highest proportions of anions and cations therein were Cl^(−)and Ca^(2+),respectively;the chemical components were enriched in small fog droplets.In addition,we indirectly calculated the fog supersaturation according to theκ-Köhler theory.We found that condensation broadens the droplet number-size distribution at relatively low supersaturation,which is positively correlated with the fog-droplet number concentration and negatively correlated with the droplet mean-volume diameter;this affects the key microphysical processes of fog.Yuan WANG Shengjie NIU Chunsong LU Jingjing LV Jing ZHANG Hongwei ZHANG Sirui ZHANG Naifu SHAO Wei SUN Yuchen JIN Qinghai SONG 2021Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,11:1

12Experiment Study on Shock Induced Reaction Process of Ti+Si Reactive Powder显示文摘A phenomenon of shock wave reacceleration was studied when Ti+Si reactive powder is loaded by a high-speed flyer.The self-propagating reaction in the Ti+Si reactive powder was triggered by the high speed impaction of the flyer launched by a two-stage gas gun.In the process of self-propagating reaction,a strand of optical fiber and the electric pins were used to measure the velocity of shock wave propagation.The experimental results showed that the initial velocity of shock wave in the reactive powder was a few hundred meters per second,and then it decreased obviously with the increase of propagation distance.This phenomenon was also verified in the process of a pure Si powder loaded by a shock,while the phenomenon of shock wave reacceleration was not observed in the Ti+Si reactive powder.Naifu Cui Pengwan Chen Qiang Zhou Bingbing Zhou 2017Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,3:0
13柯萨奇-腺病毒受体在小细胞肺癌组织中阳性表达的意义(英文)显示文摘Objective: We explored the expression of coxsackie and adenovirus receptor (CAR) in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) tissue. Methods: CAR expression in 31 SCLC was assessed in formaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue according to the EnVision immunohistochemistry procedure, while 3 samples of surgical specimens of non-malignant lung disease were taken as the negative control. Results: We observed that the expression of CAR was detectable positive in all the 31 cases from the small cell lung cancer tissue, in contrasting that non-malignant lung tissue control. 14Clustered Federated Learning with Weighted Model Aggregation for Imbalanced Data显示文摘As a promising edge learning framework in future 6G networks,federated learning(FL)faces a number of technical challenges due to the heterogeneous network environment and diversified user behaviors.Data imbalance is one of these challenges that can significantly degrade the learning efficiency.To deal with data imbalance issue,this work proposes a new learning framework,called clustered federated learning with weighted model aggregation(weighted CFL).Compared with traditional FL,our weighted CFL adaptively clusters the participating edge devices based on the cosine similarity of their local gradients at each training iteration,and then performs weighted per-cluster model aggregation.Therein,the similarity threshold for clustering is adaptive over iterations in response to the time-varying divergence of local gradients.Moreover,the weights for per-cluster model aggregation are adjusted according to the data balance feature so as to speed up the convergence rate.Experimental results show that the proposed weighted CFL achieves a faster model convergence rate and greater learning accuracy than benchmark methods under the imbalanced data scenario.Dong Wang Naifu Zhang Meixia Tao 2022China Communications2022,19,8:0
