| 1 | 大熊猫粪便类固醇激素的保存时效性及检测准确性研究显示文摘对大熊猫类固醇激素的监测有助于了解其生存环境的状况,然而,野外采集的粪便样品的时间尚缺乏准确估计,因此,样品中有效保存的时间与分析量是否对检测结果具有影响尚不得而知。为评估样品分析量和保存时间对野生大熊猫粪便样品类固醇激素结果的影响,我们设置0.5g和0.2g两种样品分析量,以及模拟野外温度(13±2℃)环境下,进行连续360 h的检测分析。结果表明:不同样品分析量(即0.5g和0.2g)间差异显著(p=0.000),且分析量越大检测结果越准确。雄性大熊猫的皮质醇可稳定保存48h(F=6.08,P<0.05),睾酮未出现显著性变化(F=0.813,P>0.05),结果在360 h内具有可比性;雌性大熊猫的皮质醇可稳定保存72 h(F=5.96,P<0.05),孕酮可稳定保存48 h(F=2.365,P<0.05)。在实际应用中,对于非新鲜的大熊猫粪便样品应根据不同检测目的在样品保存的有效期内进行类固醇激素的准确检测。 | 毕温磊 杨志松 陈鹏 陈超 冯菲菲 Jacob R Owens 侯蓉 张志和 李明喜 齐敦武 | 2016 | 西华师范大学学报(自然科学版)2016,37,2: | 5 |
| 2 | 大熊猫GPS项圈行为数据的分类阈值显示文摘在大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)研究中,利用GPS项圈研究活动节律已经得到广泛应用。但是,由于对GPS项圈行为数据的分类阈值一直缺乏研究,导致了大熊猫个体活动节律分析结果出现一定的偏差。本文以半野化过渡训练区内2只佩戴GPS项圈(Lotek_7000 MU)的大熊猫('倩倩'与'和盛')为研究对象,通过监控视频观测获得休息与活动行为时间段,对比同期利用GPS项圈行为数据计算得到的运动指数,采用正判率最大化策略,确定大熊猫休息和活动两类行为运动指数的行为分类阈值。结果表明,大熊猫休息状态和活动状态运动指数的行为分类阈值为32,而之前研究中采用0作为阈值。以32为阈值对行为分类,其中,休息行为正判率为98.23%,运动行为正判率94.48%;而以0为阈值,休息行为正判率为100%,运动行为正判率77.34%。利用阈值32和0对两只大熊猫19 d的休息行为和活动行为进行分类识别。以0为阈值时,大熊猫日平均活动率('倩倩'为59%;'和盛'为70%),高于以32为阈值得到的日平均活动率('倩倩'为54%;'和盛'为50%),这表明以0为行为分类阈值时,会高估大熊猫活动率。 | 何可 杨志松 青菁 何流洋 戴强 齐敦武 毕温磊 Jacob R Owens 古晓东 杨旭煜 | 2016 | 动物学杂志2016,51,2: | 5 |
| 3 | 圈养大熊猫发情期间行为变化和活动节律研究显示文摘在发情期,对动物行为时间分配和活动节律的认识将有助于濒危动物繁育质量的提高。大熊猫为季节性单次发情动物,雄性发情期可持续30 d左右,而雌性大熊猫为几天至十几天,高峰期仅为1--3 d,且有与雄性不同步发情的现象。因此,进行发情期行为学方面的研究则显得尤为重要。采用瞬时扫描取样法和全事件记录法,于2013年3月1日—4月30日对成都大熊猫繁育研究基地的8只发情期大熊猫进行行为时间变化和活动节律研究,每只每周记录2 d数据。结果表明:休息行为是发情期最主要的行为方式(雄性约46%,雌性约53%),其次是摄食和运动行为,而探究、求适和发情行为则较少,发情行为主要出现在00∶00—03∶00、09∶00—11∶00和15∶00—17∶00等3个时段,可配对交配;发情期雌雄个体在休息、求适、运动和发情行为上的差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01),在探究行为上的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而在摄食行为上的差异则无统计学意义;且发情、探究行为与运动行为呈显著正相关(P〈0.01)。对发情期圈养大熊猫昼夜活动行为的研究将为大熊猫的人工繁育及其配种提供行为学方面的理论依据。 | 陈超 杨志松 潘载扬 毕温磊 陈鹏 Jacob R Owens 侯蓉 张志和 古晓东 齐敦武 | 2015 | 四川动物2015,34,2: | 4 |

| 5 | EXPERIMENTAL AND NUMERICAL RESEARCH ON BULLDOZER WORKING PROCESS显示文摘A simulative analysis coupled with experiment on behaviors of a soil bed cut by a model bulldozer blade is carried out using the finite element/distinct element method(FE/DEM) facility built in the ELFEN package. Before simulation,the soil specimens are examined through uniaxial tensile/compression,triaxial compression and direct shear tests to obtain model characteristics and relevant parameters,then soil cutting experiments are carried out via a mini-soil bin system with a soil bed of 60/120 mm in width and 10 mm in depth cut by a 1/9 scale model bulldozer blade moving with the velocity of 10 mm/s. The soil constitutive model includes the tensile elastic model for tensile breakage and the compressive elastoplastic relationship with Mohr-Coulomb criterion. The cutting length in simulation is set as 1/4 of that in the experiment divided into 1 869 triangular elements. The comparison between the simulated results and experimental ones shows that the used model is capable of analyzing soil dynamic behaviors qualitatively,and the predicted fracturing profiles in general conform to the experiment.
