| 1 | 离子色谱-积分脉冲安培法测定燕窝中N-乙酰神经氨酸的含量显示文摘目的建立一种离子色谱-积分脉冲安培法测定燕窝、速食燕窝及银耳、海藻酸钠、鱼胶等常见伪品燕窝中N-乙酰神经氨酸的含量。方法采用DionexICS-5000离子色谱仪、DionexASRSRR5004-mm抑制器、电导检测器测定,色谱柱为CarbonPacPAI柱,柱温为30℃.流动相为100mmol/LNaOH+50mmol/LNaAc,流速为1.0mL/min,进样量为10μL,分别测定燕窝、速食燕窝及伪品中N-乙酰神经氨酸的含量。结果N-乙酰神经氨酸在0.25~5.00μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.9999;在燕窝中的平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.82%(n=6)。结论本方法灵敏度高、重复性好,可准确测定燕窝中^L乙酰神经氨酸的含量,为燕窝的质量控制提供了一种检测方法。 | 李耿 ASANTE Joseph Obiri 戴洁 吴依娜 赖小平 | 2014 | 广东药学院学报2014，30，1： | 8 |
