6穿龙薯蓣根茎中薯蓣皂苷元的制备显示文摘目的制备穿龙薯蓣根茎中薯蓣皂苷元。方法水分离法分离根茎中的纤维和淀粉,富集浓缩皂苷浆料,再进行高温高压水解。分光光度法测定薯蓣皂苷元含有量,HPLC法测定其纯度。结果最优分离工艺为破壁时间40 s,筛网目数200目,纤维洗涤次数3次,淀粉洗涤次数3次;最优水解工艺为保温时间60 min,硫酸浓度1 mol/L,保温温度130℃,薯蓣皂苷元收率为3.07%,纯度为96.25%。结论该方法在分离阶段实现无溶剂提取,附属资源得以回收;水解阶段减少酸用量,缩短酸解时间,最终降低了薯蓣皂苷元的制备成本。龙香丽 梁清延 高宏 Anatoly Politov 李彦生 陈美玲 2020中成药2020,42,7:1
