1多尺度空洞卷积的无人机影像目标检测方法显示文摘无人机作为一种新型遥感传感器,越来越多地被应用在医疗、交通、环境监测、灾害预警、动物保护以及军事等领域。由于无人机飞行器飞行高度差异大、采集影像视角可变、飞行速度快,因此无人机影像上的目标具有尺度变化大、分布差异明显、背景复杂、存在大量遮挡等特点,这为无人机影像目标检测带来了一定的困难。针对此,提出一种多尺度空洞卷积的无人机影像目标检测方法,在现有的目标检测算法的基础上,增加多尺度的空洞卷积模块,加大视野感知域,提高网络对无人机影像中的目标分布情况、尺寸差异等特点的学习能力,进一步提升网络对无人机影像中多尺度、复杂背景下的目标的检测精度。实验结果表明,所提出的算法在不增加网络参数的情况下,提升了无人机影像上目标检测的精确度和召回率,具有一定的有效性和鲁棒性。张瑞倩 邵振峰 Aleksei Portnov 汪家明 2020武汉大学学报(信息科学版)2020,45,6:20
2Urban sprawl and its impact on sustainable urban development:a combination of remote sensing and social media data显示文摘Urbanization is one of the most impactful human activities across the world today affecting the quality of urban life and its sustainable development.Urbanization in Africa is occurring at an unprecedented rate and it threatens the attainment of Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).Urban sprawl has resulted in unsustainable urban development patterns from social,environmental,and economic perspectives.This study is among the first examples of research in Africa to combine remote sensing data with social media data to determine urban sprawl from 2011 to 2017 in Morogoro urban municipality,Tanzania.Random Forest(RF)method was applied to accomplish imagery classification and location-based social media(Twitter usage)data were obtained through a Twitter Application Programming Interface(API).Morogoro urban municipality was classified into built-up,vegetation,agriculture,and water land cover classes while the classification results were validated by the generation of 480 random points.Using the Kernel function,the study measured the location of Twitter users within a 1 km buffer from the center of the city.The results indicate that,expansion of the city(built-up land use),which is primarily driven by population expansion,has negative impacts on ecosystem services because pristine grasslands and forests which provide essential ecosystem services such as carbon sequestration and support for biodiversity have been replaced by built-up land cover.In addition,social media usage data suggest that there is the concentration of Twitter usage within the city center while Twitter usage declines away from the city center with significant spatial and numerical increase in Twitter usage in the study area.The outcome of the study suggests that the combination of remote sensing,social sensing,and population data were useful as a proxy/inference for interpreting urban sprawl and status of access to urban services and infrastructure in Morogoro,and Africa city where data for urban planning is often unavailable,inaccurate,or stale.Zhenfeng Shao Neema S.Sumari Aleksei Portnov Fanan Ujoh Walter Musakwa Paulo J.Mandela 2021Geo-Spatial Information Science2021,24,2:2

19Integrating the geology, seismic attributes, and production of reservoirs to adjust interwell areas: A case from the Mangyshlak Basin of West Kazakhstan显示文摘Dynamic models of the seismic,geological,and flow characteristics of a reservoir are the main tool used to evaluate the potential of drilling new infill wells.Static geological models are mainly based on borehole data combined with dynamic analyses of production dynamics.They are used to determine the redevelopment of and adjustments to new drilling locations;however,such models rarely incorporate seismic data.Consequently,it is difficult to control the changes in geological models between wells,which results in the configuration of well positions and predicted results being less than ideal.To improve the development of adjusted areas in terms of their remaining oil contents,we developed a new integrated analysis that combines static sediment modelling,including microfacies analysis(among other reservoir and seismic properties),with production behaviours.Here,we illustrate this new process by(1)establishing favourable areas for static geological analysis;(2)studying well recompletion potential and the condition of non-producing wells;(3)conducting interwell analyses with seismic and sedimentary data;(4)identifying potential sites constrained by seismic and geological studies,as well as initial oilfield production;(5)providing suggestions in a new well development plan.Arslan Zhumabekov Zhen Liu Vasily Portnov Xiaodong Wei Xin Chen 2021Applied Geophysics2021,18,3:0
