1Initial movement of the Karakorum Fault in western Tibet:constraints from SHRIMP U-Pb dating of zircons显示文摘The Karakorum Fault zone(KFZ)plays an important role in understanding the formation,evolvement and deformation of the Tibetan Plateau.The high-T dextral shearing metamorphic rocks,e.g.,mylonites or mylonitized gneisses-granites,locally crop out along the southeastern part of the KFZ in the Ayila Ri’gyüRange area.The SHRIMP U-Pb dating of the syn-kinematic crystallized zircons indicates that the initial age of the KFZ is^27 Ma,~10 Ma older than previous results.The extensive high-T dextral shearing along the KFZ started at least at 27-20 Ma,accompanied by the syn-kinematic emplacement of leuco-granites.Deformation and concomitant fluid circulation during shearing most likely occurred as early as at 25-13 Ma.The KFZ probably grew from southeast to northwest along the fault as a result of continuous convergence between the India plate and Eurasia plate.LI HaiBing Franck VALLI LIU DunYi XU ZhiQin YANG JingSui Nicolas ARNAUD Paul TAPPONNIER Robin LACASSIN CHEN SongYong QI xuexiang 2007Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,8:6
2Shallow Structure of the Crust in the Sulu-Dabie Region,China and its Seismotectonic Implication显示文摘The P-wave velocity structure in the shallow crust is investigated in and around the Sulu-Dabie region by using seismic reflection data for deep soundings in 48 survey profiles and from rock velocity determinations.The observed velocity distributions show obvious heterogeneities in this region.The low velocity anomalies are observed mainly in the west of the Dabie region and the East Sea regions.The high velocity anomalies emerge in the shallow crust of the Sulu and Dabie orogeny.These high-velocity anomalies can be attributed to the ultra-high pressure metamorphosed(UHPM)rock formed by exhumation motion of mantle materials during the orogeny.The high-velocity anomalies in the different shallow layers beneath the Sulu region are located to the northeast of the Tan-Lu fault.The high-velocity anomalies beneath the Dabie region are located southwest of the Tan-Lu fault.Such a distribution pattern of velocity anomaly zones may reveal historical motion of a left-lateral strike-slip for the Tan-Lu fault,which differs from the result of a right-lateral strike-slip motion regime known from modern seismology,indicating a more complex tectonic motion along the Tan-Lu fault.XU Jiren LI Haibing QI Xuexiang ZHAO Zhixin 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,3:2
3Sapphirine-Bearing Pelitic Granulite from Ailaoshan Orogen,West Yunnan,China: Metamorphic Conditions and Tectonic Setting显示文摘To reveal the petrological characteristics, metamorphic evolution histon and tectonic setting of the pelitic granulites from Ailaoshan Orogen, Uest Yunnan, China, a comprehensive study in mineral chemistry, petrogeochemistry and geochronology studies is presented in this paper. Two metamorphic stages of the granulites can be established:(1) the peak metamorphism recorded by the mineral assemblage of garnet, kyanite, K-feidspar and rutile, and the initial retrograde metamorphism shown by the mineral assemblage of garnet, sillimanite, sapphirine, spinel, K-feldspar, plagioclase and biotite;(2) the superim-posed metamorphism recorded by the mineral assemblage of biotite, muscovite, plagioclase, quartz and ilmenite. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating indicates that the protolith of the granulite was deposited after 337 Ma. The initial retrograde metamorphism occurred at P-T conditions of 8.6-12 kbar at 850-920℃ estimated by mineral assemblages, the low pressure limit of kyanite stability and GBPQ geothermobarometer in Indosinian (about 235 Ma), and the late superimposed metamorphism occurred at the P-T condition of 3.5-3.9 kbar at 572-576℃ estimated by GBPQ geothermobarometer since 33Ma. The first stage was related to the amalgamation of the South China and Indochina blocks during the Triassic, and the second stage was possibly related with the large scale sinistral slip-shearing since the Oligocene. It is inferred that the upper continental crust was suhducted/underthrusted to the lower continental crust (deeper than 30 km) and underwent granulite-facies metamorphism and then quickly exhumed to the middle-upper crust (10-12 km) and initial retrograde metamorphism occurred due to the collision of the Indochina and South China blocks during Indosinian, which was followed by superimposition of the second stage of metamorphism since the Oligocene.Cheng Wei Yuhao Zhao Luhua Zhu Xuexiang Qi Zhihui Cai Xufeng Liu Guangfei Ma 2019Journal of Earth Science2019,30,3:1

5Development of an indirect immunofluorescence assay for PCV3 antibody detection based on capsid protein显示文摘Porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3)is a novel porcine circovirus associated with porcine dermatitis and nephritis syndrome(PDNS),reproductive failure,and multisystemic inflammation.Capsid protein(Cap)encoded by PCV3 ORF2 gene has been identified as an immunogenic protein.Currently,there is no immunofluorescence assay(IFA)available for serological diagnosis.Here,the N-terminal 33 amino acids of Cap protein were predicted to serve as a PCV3 nuclear localization signal(NLS).Two types of recombinant plasmids were constructed for recombinant protein expression in 5f9 cells by using a baculovirus expression system:plasmid rvBac-Pc for full-length Cap protein expression and rvBac-Sc for Cap protein expression with a honeybee melittin signal peptide in place of the predicted NLS sequence.Expression of the nuclear localization sequences was further analyzed by IFA.Strong and specific fluorescence signals were observed in the nucleus of rvBac-Pc-transfected cells and in the cytoplasm of rvBac-Sc-transfected cells.No cross-reactivity was observed with porcine circovirus type 2,porcine pseudorabies virus,classical swine fever virus,or porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus.In summary,we developed two fluorescence detection modes for Cap protein that can be used to detect PCV3 antibodies.This method is suitable for the diagnosis and epidemiological investigation of PCV3.This study provides a reliable detection method for monitoring PCV3 antibody level in pigs in the future.Lun Yao Chang Li Junwei Wang Yufang Cheng Ahmed H.Ghonaim Qi Sun Xuexiang Yu Weijie Niu Shengxian Fan Qigai He 2021Animal Diseases2021,1,2:0
