1Multiple constraints QoS multicast routing optimization algorithm in MANET based on GA显示文摘Usually multiple quality of service (QoS) guarantees are required in most multicast applications. This paper presents a multiple con-straints algorithm for multicast traffic engineering in mobile ad hoc networks (MANET). The proposed algorithm is a new version of multiple constraints QoS multicast routing optimization algorithm in MANET based on genetic algorithm (MQMGA). The proposed MQMGA can optimize the maximum link utilization, the cost of the multicast tree, the selection of the long-life path, the average delay and the maximum end-to-end delay. 2Isolation of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone and Its Receptor Genes from Scatophagus argus and Their Expression Analyses显示文摘The teleost Scatophagus argus is a species whose females grows faster than males.Growth hormone(gh)mRNA abundance in females pituitary is higher than that in males;however the mechanism underlining such differential is still unknown.Growth hormone(GH)is tightly associated with GH-releasing hormone(Ghrh)in vertebrates.In this study,Ghrh gene(ghrh)and its receptor gene,ghrhr,were isolated from S.argus.Tissue expression analysis showed that ghrh and ghrhr were mainly expressed in hypothalamus while ghrhr was expressed in pituitary and gh was predominantly expressed in pituitary.Twenty cultured S.argus individuals were used to compare ghrh,ghrhr and gh mRNA abundances,120 g and 181 g average weight for male(n=11)and female(n=9),respectively.Real-time PCR indicated that the ghrh and ghrhr mRNA abundances in male hypothalamus were significantly higher than those in female hypothalamus while that of gh mRNA abundance was significantly higher in female pituitary than in male pituitary.The ghrh and ghrhr mRNA abundances were significantly up-regulated in female hypothalamus 3 h after injection of 0.1 mg kg^-1 body weight Ghrh while pituitary ghrhr and gh mRNA abundances were not affected.In female hypothalamus,ghrh and ghrhr m RNA abundances were not affected at 6 h post-injection of 4 mg kg^-1 body weight 17α-methyltes-tosterone(17α-MT)or 17β-Estradiol(E2).In female pituitary,ghrhr m RNA abundance was down-regulated by 17α-MT while that of gh m RNA abundance was up-regulated by E2.Our findings indicated that E2,rather than Ghrh,plays an important role in up-regulating the expression of gh in female S.argus,which should aid to understand the sexual dimorphism of teleost growth.JIANG Dongneng SHI Hongjuan LIU Qianqing WANG Tuo HUANG Yuanqing HUANG Yang DENG Siping CHEN Huapu TIAN Changxu ZHU Chunhua LI Guangli 2019Journal of Ocean University of China2019,18,6:6
3Effect of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate on the formation rate of CO_2 hydrate显示文摘The effect of the addition of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([C4mim][BF4]) on the formation rates of CO2 hydrates was investigate. The isothermal and isobaric methods were used to measure the formation rates of CO2 hydrates. As compared to those of pure water, the data of phase equilibrium changed greatly. The effects of pressure, temperature, and the concentration of [C4mim][BF4] aqueous solution on the formation rates of CO2 hydrates were investigated. With a constant concentration of [C4mim][BF4], the rate of gas consumption was enhanced with the lowering of experimental temperature. However, a decrease in pressure exerted an opposite effect on the rate of gas consumption. 4Region-based classification by combining MS segmentation and MRF for POLSAR images显示文摘Speckle effects on classification results can be suppressed to some extent by introducing the contextual information.An unsupervised classification algorithm is proposed for polarimetric synthetic aperture radar(POLSAR) images based on the mean shift(MS) segmentation and Markov random field(MRF).First,polarimetric features are exacted by target decomposition for MS segmentation.An initial classification is executed by using the target decomposition and the agglomerative hierarchical clustering algorithm.Thereafter,a classification step based on MRF is performed by using the mean coherence matrices obtained for each segment.Under the MRF framework,the smoothness term is defined according to the distance between neighboring areas.By using POLSAR images acquired by the German Aerospace Centre and National Aeronautics and Space Administration/Jet Propulsion Laboratory,the experimental results confirm that the proposed method has higher accuracy and better regional connectivity than other classification methods.Bin Zhang Guorui Ma Zhi Zhang Qianqing Qin 2013Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2013,24,3:5
5Segmentation of Tumor Ultrasound Image via Region-Based Ncut Method显示文摘To segment the tumor region precisely is a prerequisite for ultrasound navigation and treatment. In this paper, a normalized cut method to segment tumor ultrasound image is proposed by means of simple linear iterative clustering for presegmentation procedure. The first step, we use simple linear iterative clustering algorithm to divide the image into a number of homogeneous over-segmented regions. Then, these regions are regarded as nodes, and a similarity matrix is constructed by comparing the histograms of each two regions. Finally, we apply the Ncut method to merging the over-segmented regions, then the image segmentation process is completed. The results show that the proposed segmentation scheme handles the strong speckle noise, low contrast, and weak edges well in ultrasound image. 6A spatial attentive and temporal dilated(SATD)GCN for skeleton-based action recognition显示文摘Current studies have shown that the spatial-temporal graph convolutional network(STGCN)is effective for skeleton-based action recognition.However,for the existing STGCN-based methods,their temporal kernel size is usually fixed over all layers,which makes them cannot fully exploit the temporal dependency between discontinuous frames and different sequence lengths.Besides,most of these methods use average pooling to obtain global graph feature from vertex features,resulting in losing much fine-grained information for action classification.To address these issues,in this work,the authors propose a novel spatial attentive and temporal dilated graph convolutional network(SATD-GCN).It contains two important components,that is,a spatial attention pooling module(SAP)and a temporal dilated graph convolution module(TDGC).Specifically,the SAP module can select the human body joints which are beneficial for action recognition by a self-attention mechanism and alleviates the influence of data redundancy and noise.The TDGC module can effectively extract the temporal features at different time scales,which is useful to improve the temporal perception field and enhance the robustness of the model to different motion speed and sequence length.Importantly,both the SAP module and the TDGC module can be easily integrated into the ST-GCN-based models,and significantly improve their performance.Extensive experiments on two large-scale benchmark datasets,that is,NTU-RGB+D and Kinetics-Skeleton,demonstrate that the authors’method achieves the state-of-the-art performance for skeleton-based action recognition.Jiaxu Zhang Gaoxiang Ye Zhigang Tu Yongtao Qin Qianqing Qin Jinlu Zhang Jun Liu 2022CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2022,7,1:3
7Nonlinear Adaptive Wavelet Transform for Lossless Image Compression显示文摘The paper presents a class of nonlinear adaptive wavelet transforms for lossless image compression. In update step of the lifting the different operators are chosen by the local gradient of original image. A nonlinear morphological predictor follows the update adaptive lifting to result in fewer large wavelet coefficients near edges for reducing coding. The nonlinear adaptive wavelet transforms can also allow perfect reconstruction without any overhead cost. 9Highly efficient fiber-shaped organic solar cells toward wearable flexible electronics显示文摘Fiber-shaped solar cells(FSCs)show great potential to act as the power source in the wearable electronics field.Due to the unique advantages of the fiber-shaped organic solar cells(FOSCs),such as all-solid-state,ease of fabrication,and environmental friendliness,FOSCs are the strongest candidate among all types of FSCs for wearable electronics.However,the development of FOSCs is seriously lagging behind other types of FSCs.In this work,we demonstrate the efficient FOSCs with non-fullereneacceptors(NFAs)-based light-harvesting materials.The FOSCs present efficiencies exceeding 9%under AM 1.5 G irradiation conditions.The performance influence factors including hole/electron transport layers,active layer,counter electrodes,solvents,and especially,the environmental humidity is systematically studied.The FOSCs not only can easily drive the electrical devices but also can be woven into the textile to charge the smartwatch.The study exhibits the great potential to apply the FOSCs as the power supply source in the wearable electronic field.Dan Lv Qianqing Jiang Yuanyuan Shang Dianyi Liu 2022npj Flexible Electronics2022,6,1:1
