1Review of single-camera stereo-digital image correlation techniques for full-field 3D shape and deformation measurement显示文摘Single-camera stereo-digital image correlation(stereo-DIC) techniques have gained increasing attentions and demonstrated excellent prospects in the experimental mechanics community owing to their prominent advantages of cost-effectiveness,compactness, and the avoidance of the complicated camera synchronization. Using additional optical devices, e.g. a diffraction grating, a bi-prism or a set of planar mirrors, pseudo stereo images of a test sample surface can be recorded with a single camera.By correlating these stereo images using DIC, full-field three-dimensional(3 D) shape and deformation can be retrieved. This review comprehensively summarizes the historical development, methodologies, strengths and weaknesses of the diffraction grating-based, prism-based, four-mirror-adaptor-based single-camera stereo-DIC techniques, and the recently proposed novel full-frame single color camera-based stereo-DIC technique for full-field 3 D shape and deformation measurement. The optical arrangements, principles and calibration procedures of these single-camera stereo-DIC techniques are described in detail. Since high-speed deformation measurement is efficiently achieved by combining the single-camera stereo-DIC with one high-speed camera, single-camera stereo-DIC techniques show great potential in impact engineering, vibration and other dynamic tests.PAN Bing YU LiPing ZHANG QianBing 2018Science China(Technological Sciences)2018,61,1:14
2Effects of cotton field management practices on soil CO2 emission and C balance in an arid region of Northwest China显示文摘Changes in both soil organic C storage and soil respiration in farmland ecosystems may affect atmospheric CO2 concentration and global C cycle. The objective of this field experiment was to study the effects of three crop field management practices on soil CO2 emission and C balance in a cotton field in an arid region of Northwest China. The three management practices were irrigation methods(drip and flood), stubble managements(stubble-incorporated and stubble-removed) and fertilizer amendments(no fertilizer(CK), chicken manure(OM), inorganic N, P and K fertilizer(NPK), and inorganic fertilizer plus chicken manure(NPK+OM)). The results showed that within the C pool range, soil CO2 emission during the whole growing season was higher in the drip irrigation treatment than in the corresponding flood irrigation treatment, while soil organic C concentration was larger in the flood irrigation treatment than in the corresponding drip irrigation treatment. Furthermore, soil CO2 emission and organic C concentration were all higher in the stubble-incorporated treatment than in the corresponding stubble-removed treatment, and larger in the NPK+OM treatment than in the other three fertilizer amendments within the C pool range. The combination of flood irrigation, stubble incorporation and application of either NPK+OM or OM increased soil organic C concentration in the 0-60 cm soil depth. Calculation of net ecosystem productivity(NEP) under different management practices indicated that the combination of drip irrigation, stubble incorporation and NPK+OM increased the size of the C pool most, followed by the combination of drip irrigation, stubble incorporation and NPK. In conclusion, management practices have significant impacts on soil CO2 emission, organic C concentration and C balance in cotton fields. 4Properties of a New Dental Photocurable Resin based on the Expanding Monomer and Threecomponent Photoinitiator System显示文摘The purpose of this study was to use a three-component photoinitiation system comprising 1wt% CQ(camphorquinone), 2wt% DMAEMA(2-(dimethylamino) ethyl meth acrylate) and 2wt% Ph2I+PF6-(diphenyliodonium hexafluorophosphate) to initiate the copolymerization of the matrix resins which combine bisphenol-S-bis(3-methacrylate-2-hydroxy propyl) ether(BisS-GMA) with the expanding monomer unsaturated spiro orthoesters 2-methylene-1,4,6-trispiro[4,4] nonane(MTOSN), for minimizing the volumetric shrinkage that generally occurs during polymerization. It was hypothesized that MTOSN would expand volumetrically during polymerization under the three-component photoinitiator system and further reductions in volumetric shrinkage would be obtained. The performance study which consists of degree of conversion and condition of the ring-opening reactions of MTOSN, volumetric shrinkage and mechanical properties including tensile bond strength, compressive strength and Vicker's hardness were carried out respectively by Fourier transfer infrared, the dilatometer and the universal testing machine. 6Micro or nano:Evaluation of biosafety and biopotency of magnesium metal organic framework-74 with different particle sizes显示文摘In recent years,various particulate materials have played important roles in medical applications.However,nano-and micron-sized particles of the same material could exhibit distinct properties due to different particle sizes.This finding provided a simple and effective way to improve the biological applications of particulate materials.Therefore,as a highly promising member,the effect of the particle size change of the magnesium metal organic framework-74(Mg-MOF74)was well worth evaluating.Here we firsth assessed the in vitro and in vivo toxicity of micron/nanoscale Mg-MOF74(m-Mg-MOF74/n-Mg-MOF74)in detail.Our in vitro study revealed that compared to micron-sized subjects,n-Mg-MOF74 provided a wider range of safe concentrations.Furthermore,both micron/nanoscale Mg-MOF74 showed good biocompatibility and allowed all the rats under the treatment to survive through the expected experimental periods,with n-Mg-MOF74 still showing lower cardiotoxicity.These advantages of nanoscale Mg-MOF74might benefit from its sustainable and balanced release of Ma^2+both inside and outside the cells.Based on the biosafety evaluation,advanced bio-functional assessments of m/n-Mg-MOF74 including early osteogenesis and angiogenesis were alsoperformed.Similarly,the suitable dose groups of n-Mg-MOF74 achieved optimal early osteogenic promotion and angiogenic stimulation effects.Overall,our combined data delineated the toxicity and biological behaviors of Ma-MOF74 of different scales,and sugqested nanoscale Mg-MOF74 as a better choice for future applications.This result revealed that particle size reductior might be a viable strategy to improve and expand medical applications of MOFs or other particulate materials.Zhou Zhu Shaokang Jiang Yanhua Liu Xiaomeng Gao Shanshan Hu Xin Zhang Chao Huang Qianbing Wan Jian Wang Xibo Pei 2020Nano Research2020,13,2:1
