1Sorption of uranyl ions on TiO_2:Effects of pH,contact time,ionic strength,temperature and HA显示文摘Sorption of U(VI) onto TiO_2 as functions of pH, ionic strength, contact time, soil humic acid(SHA), solid-to-liquid ratio and temperature was studied under ambient conditions using batch and spectroscopic approaches. The sorption of U(VI) on TiO_2 was significantly dependent on pH and ionic strength. The presence of SHA slightly enhanced the sorption of U(VI) on TiO_2 below pH 4.0, while it inhibited U(VI) sorption in the higher pH range. U(VI)sorption on TiO_2 was favored at high temperatures, and the sorption process was estimated to be endothermic and spontaneous. Reduction of U(VI) to lower valent species was confirmed by X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy analysis. It is very interesting to find that U(VI) sorption on TiO_2 was promoted in solutions with higher back-ground electrolyte concentrations. In the presence of U(VI), higher back-ground electrolyte made more TiO_2 particles aggregate through(001) facets, leading more(101) facets to be exposed. 2Towards intelligent and integrated architecture for hydrogen fuel cell system: challenges and approaches显示文摘The hydrogen fuel cell is rapidly attracting research interest for its potential in power generation and electrified transportation.The fuel cell stack(FCS)is a complex system comprising multiple coupled subsystems,and in order to maximize the utilization of an FCS,the system-level design and control can be optimized through modeling,data-based analytics and monitoring.To this end,a systematic overview of the system architecture and control of hydrogen fuel cells is provided in this review,with focus on integration and intelligence.Firstly,the fuel cell subsystems,namely the cathode,anode and cooling loops are reviewed,where their respective control methods and impact on FCS performance are discussed.DC/DC converters are another core component of FCS,and we present an overview of fuel cell DC/DC converter topologies and integrated control of DC/DC converter and air compressor.Finally,the system-level integration of fuel cells in power systems is surveyed.In the conclusions,we discuss the challenges and perspectives concerning the integrated architecture and intelligent control for FCS,including cohesive dynamic models,data-based approaches,and integrated hardware architecture.Xiaoyu Guo Zhen Dong Jiabin Shen Yiqiao Xu Qiaohui He Xiaowei Zhao Zhengtao Ding 2023National Science Open2023,2,4:0
