| 1 | Control strategy for an intelligent shearer height adjusting system显示文摘An intelligent shearer height adjusting system is a key technology for mining at a man-less working face. A control strategy for a shearer height adjusting system based on a mathematical model of the height adjusting mechanism is proposed. It considers the non-linearity and time variations in the control process and uses Dynamic Fuzzy Neural Networks (D-FNN). The inverse characteristics of the system are studied. An adaptive on-line learning and error compensation mechanism guarantees sys-tem real-time performance and reliability. Parameters from a German Eickhoff SL500 shearer were used with Matlab/Simulink to simulate a height adjusting control system. Simulation shows that the trace error of a D-FNN controller is smaller than that of a PID controller. | 3 | Genome assembly of wild loquat (Eriobotrya japonica) and resequencing provide new insights into the genomic evolution and fruit domestication in loquat显示文摘Wild loquats(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.)provide remarkable genetic resources for studying domestication and breeding improved varieties.Herein,we generate the first high-quality chromosome-level genome assembly of wild loquat,with 45791 predicted proteincoding genes.Analysis of comparative genomics indicated that loquat shares a common ancestor with apple and pear,and a recent whole-genome duplication event occurred in loquat prior to its divergence.Genome resequencing showed that the loquat germplasms can be distinctly classified into wild and cultivated groups,and the commercial cultivars have experienced allelic admixture.Compared with cultivated loquats,the wild loquat genome showed very few selected genomic regions and had higher levels of genetic diversity.However,whole-genome scans of selective sweeps were mainly related to fruit quality,size,and f lesh color during the domestication process.Large-scale transcriptome and metabolome analyses were further performed to identify differentially expressed genes(DEGs)and differentially accumulated metabolites(DAMs)in wild and cultivated loquats at various fruit development stages.Unlike those in wild loquat,the key DEGs and DAMs involved in carbohydrate metabolism,plant hormone signal transduction,f lavonoid biosynthesis,and carotenoid biosynthesis were significantly regulated in cultivated loquats during fruit development.These high-quality reference genome,resequencing,and large-scale transcriptome/metabolome data provide valuable resources for elucidating fruit domestication and molecular breeding in loquat. | Danlong Jing Xinya Liu Qiao He Jiangbo Dang Ruoqian Hu Yan Xia Di Wu Shuming Wang Yin Zhang Qingqing Xia Chi Zhang Yuanhui Yu Qigao Guo Guolu Liang | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,2: | 0 |
| 4 | Rejuvenating LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2) cathode directly from battery scraps显示文摘Battery recycling is indispensable for alleviating critical material shortages and enabling sustainable battery applications.However,current methods mostly focus on spent batteries,which not only require sophisticated disassembly and material extraction but also have unknown chemistries and states of health,resulting in high costs and extreme challenges to achieve regeneration.Here,we propose the direct recycling and effective regeneration of air-degraded LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2)(NCM523)cathode directly from battery scraps generated during battery manufacturing.The NCM523 shows surface degradation only a few nanometers deep and accordingly can be regenerated without adding Li,achieving restored properties(170 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1 C,92.7%retention after 1000 cycles)similar to those of fresh commercial materials.EverBatt analysis shows that scrap recycling has a profit of$1.984 kg^(-1),which is~10 times higher than conventional recycling,making it practical and economical to rejuvenate slightly degraded electrode materials for sustainable battery manufacturing. | Yaqing Guo Chi Guo Pengjie Huang Qigao Han Fuhe Wang Hao Zhang Honghao Liu Yuan-Cheng Cao Yonggang Yao Yunhui Huang | 2023 | eScience2023,3,2: | 0 |
| 5 | Genetic Diversity Analysis of Balsam Pear(Momordica charantia L.) by ISSR Marker显示文摘[Objective] The aim was to explore the relationship between the classification and regional distribution of balsam pear. [Method] In the research, 30 varieties of balsam pear were analyzed by ISSR marker. [Result] The research showed that172 bands were amplified by 18 primers, in which, 132 bands were polymorphism and the polymorphic proportion was 76.7%. All of the samples can be divided into four categories by UPGMA analysis.
