1Characteristics of Volcanic Rocks in the Shoshonite Province, Eastern China, and Their Metallogenesis显示文摘The shoshonite province in eastern China is characterized by extensive distribution (ca. 80000 km2) of Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous (165-100 Ma) shoshonite series with subordinate high-K calc-alkali series. It was formed in a dominantly tensile stress field. 2OsMKKK70 regulates grain size and leaf angle in rice through the OsMKK4-OsMAPK6-OsWRKY53 signaling pathway显示文摘Grain size and leaf angle are key agronomic traits that determine final yields in rice.However,the underlying molecular mechanisms are not well understood.Here we demonstrate that the Oryza sativa Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase Kinase Kinase OsMKKK70 regulates grain size and leaf angle in rice.Overexpressing OsMKKK70 caused plants to produce longer seeds.The osmkkk62/70 double mutant and the osmkkk55/62/70 triple mutant displayed significantly smaller seeds and a more erect leaf angle compared to the wild type,indicating that OsMKKK70 functions redundantly with its homologs Os MKKK62 and Os MKKK55.Biochemical analysis demonstrated that OsMKKK70 is an active kinase and that OsMKKK70 interacts with Os MKK4 and promotes Os MAPK6 phosphorylation.In addition,the osmkkk62/70 double mutant showed reduced sensitivity to Brassinosteroids(BRs).Finally,overexpressing constitutively active Os MKK4,Os MAPK6,and Os WRKY53 can partially complement the smaller seed size,erect leaf,and BR hyposensitivity of the osmkkk62/70 double mutant.Taken together,these findings suggest that OsMKKK70 might regulate grain size and leaf angle in rice by activating Os MAPK6 and that OsMKKK70,Os MKK4,Os MAPK6,and Os WRKY53 function in a common signaling pathway that controls grain shape and leaf angle.Zhiqi Liu Enyang Mei Xiaojie Tian Mingliang He Jiaqi Tang Min Xu Jiali Liu Lu Song Xiufeng Li Zhenyu Wang Qingjie Guan Qijiang Xu Qingyun Bu 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,12:6
3Geological and Geochemical Characteristics and Genesis of the Shaxi Porphyry Copper (Gold) Deposits, Anhui Province显示文摘The Shaki porphyry copper(gold) deposits are a trpical example of porphyry copper deposits associ-ated with diorite in eastern China. Quartz diorite, which hosts the deposits, has a Rb-Sr isochron age of 127.9±1.6Ma. Geochemically, the rock is rich in alkalis (especially sodium), light rare earth elements (LREE) and large-ionlithophile elements (LILE), and has a relatively low initial strontium isotopic ratio (ISr=0.7058); thus it is the productof differentiation of crust-mantle mixing source magma. The model of alteration and mineralization zoning is similarto the Hollister (1974) diorite model. The ore fluids have a relatively high salinity and contain significant amounts ofCO2, Ca2+, Na+ and Cl-. The homogenization temperatures of fluid inclusions for the main mineralization stage rangefrom 280 to 420℃, the δ18O values of the ore fluids vary from 3.51 to 5.52‰, the δD values are in the range between-82.4 and -59.8‰, the δ34S values of sulphides vary from -0.3 to 2.49‰, and the δ13C values of CO2 in inclusionsrange between -2.66 and -6.53‰. 4GelNB molecular coating as a biophysical barrier to isolate intestinal irritating metabolites and regulate intestinal microbial homeostasis in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic,immune-mediated inflammatory disease characterized by the destruction of the structure and function of the intestinal epithelial barrier.Due to the poor remission effect and severe adverse events associated with current clinical medications,IBD remains an incurable disease.Here,we demonstrated a novel treatment strategy with high safety and effective inflammation remission via tissue-adhesive molecular coating.The molecular coating is composed of o-nitrobenzaldehyde(NB)-modified Gelatin(GelNB),which can strongly bond with-NH_(2)on the intestinal surface of tissue to form a thin biophysical barrier.We found that this molecular coating was able to stay on the surface of the intestine for long periods of time,effectively protecting the damaged intestinal epithelium from irritations of external intestinal metabolites and harmful flora.In addition,our results showed that this coating not only provided a beneficial environment for cell migration and proliferation to promote intestinal repair and regeneration,but also achieved a better outcome of IBD by reducing intestinal inflammation.Moreover,the in vivo experiments showed that the GelNB was better than the classic clinical medication-mesalazine.Therefore,our molecular coating showed potential as a promising strategy for the prevention and treatment of IBD.Qijiang Mao Haoqi Pan Yiyin Zhang Yi Zhang Qiuwen Zhu Yi Hong Zhengze Huang Yang Li Xu Feng Yifeng Fang WenChao Chen Pengfei Chen Bo Shen Hongwei Ouyang Yuelong Liang 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,1:1

6The Formation and Evolution of the Lujiang-Zongyang Volcano-Structural Depression in Anhui and Its Relation to Mineralization显示文摘The Lujiang-Zongyang volcano-structural depression resulted from the combined action of tectonism and volcanism. Its evolution progressed through five stages from 190 to 105 Ma B.P., during which nine types of metal and pyrite deposits were formed. These deposits show obvious regularities in the temporal-spatial distribution and have certain genetic relation, forming a minerogenetic series related to shoshonite within or around the volcano-structural depression on the basement that sank for a long period of time. 7卵巢癌术前腹腔化疗的临床应用及其评价(英文)显示文摘Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of intraperitoneal chemotherapy before surgery for ovarian cancer.Methods:60 patients with stages II-IV of ovarian cancer were treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy of CAP or TP regimen followed by a surgery treatment and another chemotherapy for 6 cycles.And then the efficiency of the therapy was evaluated by analyzing the changes of ascites, the serum CA-125 and CA-19-9 levels and the findings in the operation, and investigating the recurrence of cancer and the survival.Results:After 1-3 cycles of intraperitoneal chemotherapy, serum levels of CA-125 and CA-19-9 and carcinous ascites significantly reduced in all patients, ascites reduce was over 50% in 98.3% cases;all cases were successfully treated with cytoreduction and it was found during the operation that bulky tumor was reduced and looser so as to be easily isolated and removed;PFS of the patients was prolonged, while the toxicity and side-effects were not so serious as beyond the patient toleration.Conclusion:Intraperitoneal chemotherapy before surgery for ovarian cancer has an active efficacy in clinic, being able to improve conditions of surgery and increase the opportunity of maximal cytoreduction, and prolong survival of the patients, and should be a good selection for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.Dianyun Shi Mei Xiao Saiying Chen Bin Yang Qijiang Zhu Pingping Xu Chenfang Su 2009The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2009,8,5:0
8Detection of GLV, OYDV and LYSV in potato onion (Allium cepa L., Aggregatum group) by RT-PCR显示文摘Three pairs of primers were designed and synthesized from nucleotide sequences of garlic latent virus (GLV), onion yellow dwarf virus (OYDV), and leek yellow stripe virus (LYSV) by using PCR primer design software. The expected fragments about 170 bp, 287 bp, and 191 bp were amplified by RT-PCR for GLV, OYDV, and LYSV, respectively in disease-infected plants of potato onion (Allium cepa L., Aggregatum group), but such fragments were not obtained from healthy-looking plants and virus-free seedlings of shoot-tips. The amplified products of GLV, OYDV and LYSV were cloned into pGEM-T vectors, and transformed into Escherichia coli. JM109. The recombinant plasmids were obtained and sequenced. The nucleotide sequences were compared with corresponding viral nucleotide sequences reported in GenBank by performing a NCBI BLAST. The analysis showed that their homology attained 75% to 90%,89.5% to 96.1%,and 91.6% to 96.3% in GLV, OYDV, and LYSV, respectively. The total RNA of 6.34 μg·μL^(-1) from infected plants was diluted to a series of 10^(-1) to 10^(-5) and the detection sensitivity of RT-PCR was 10^(-4) (about 4 ng).
