1填精通络方及其拆方对糖尿病性勃起功能障碍大鼠的性激素及阴茎海绵体eNOS酶表达的影响显示文摘目的:通过观察填精通络方及其拆方对糖尿病性勃起功能障碍大鼠性激素及阴茎海绵体eNOS酶表达的影响,探讨填精通络方在治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的作用机制。方法:将60只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、对照组、填精组、通络组及填精通络组6组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余组以腹腔注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病大鼠模型,任意时间血糖>16.67 mmol·L^-1为糖尿病成模标准,然后用阿朴吗啡阴茎勃起实验筛选糖尿病性勃起功能障碍大鼠模型。成模后,对照组予以0.2 mg·kg^-1他达拉非灌胃,每周两次;填精通络组予以填精通络方以9.3 g·kg^-1·d^-1灌胃,填精组予以拆方Ⅰ号以7.2 g·kg^-1·d^-1灌胃,通络组予以拆方Ⅱ号以2.1 g·kg^-1·d^-1灌胃,正常组与模型组分别灌服等体积蒸馏水,连续30天。取腹主动脉血清,用酶联免疫分析法测定各组大鼠的性激素水平的差异;便携式血糖仪检测各组大鼠的血糖水平;免疫荧光检测离体阴茎组织eNOS酶含量。结果:与模型组比较,填精组、通络组及填精通络组的血糖明显降低(P <0.01),阴茎海绵体eNOS酶的表达改善,血清睾酮(T)含量明显上升(P <0.05),而卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)含量变化不明显(P> 0.05);与对照组比较,填精通络组的血糖明显降低(P <0.01),阴茎海绵体eNOS酶的表达改善,血清T含量明显上升(P <0.05),而血清FSH、LH含量变化不明显(P> 0.05);与通络组比较,填精组和填精通络组的血糖明显降低(P <0.05),但填精组阴茎海绵体eNOS酶的表达改善不如通络组,而填精通络组阴茎海绵体eNOS酶的表达改善优于通络组。结论:填精通络方能明显降低大鼠血糖水平,改善大鼠性激素水平和阴茎海绵体eNOS酶表达,从而改善大鼠的勃起功能障碍。商建伟 盛文 李宪锐 穆俊 于旭东 柳红芳 He Qinghu 2019世界科学技术-中医药现代化2019,21,3:7

3Nature and evolution of the lithospheric mantle revealed by water contents and He-Ar isotopes of peridotite xenoliths from Changbaishan and Longgang basalts in Northeast China显示文摘The nature and evolution of the lithospheric mantle underlying Northeast(NE)China were investigated by assessing the mineral chemistry,water contents,and noble gas(He-Ar)isotopes of peridotite xenoliths captured by Cenozoic basalts from the Changbaishan and Longgang regions.The xenoliths,which have863–1141℃ equilibration temperatures,primarily comprise spinel lherzolites and rare spinel harzburgites.The Mg#(Fo)values of olivine in the peridotite xenoliths vary from 86.9 to 91.3.The clinopyroxenes have high Ti/Eu and low(La/Yb)N,and their chondrite-normalized rare earth elements(REEs)exhibit light REE-depletion to-enrichment patterns,indicating that the mantle underneath the investigated region was predominantly subjected to partial melting(1%–10%)and was metasomatized by silicate melts.The measured3He/4He ratios of the Changbaishan xenoliths have a narrow range from 5.8 Ra to 8.4 Ra with an average of 7.4 Ra.The3He/4He isotopic ratios of the Longgang xenoliths varied from 4.7 Ra to8.1 Ra with an average of 5.9 Ra;slightly lower than the Changbaishan xenoliths.The whole-rock H2Ocontents of the studied peridotite ranged from 9 to 132 ppm.The high H2O contents in excess of50 ppm(up to 132 ppm)might represent newly accreted and cooled asthenospheric materials,while those with H2O contents lower than 50 ppm(as little as 9 ppm)may represent thinned,relic,ancient lithospheric mantle.These geochemical evidences,in combination with published data,indicated that the lithospheric mantle beneath the Changbaishan and Longgang in NE China is dominated by the younger and more fertile lithospheric mantle with a minor ancient and refractory keel.In addition,the lithospheric mantle of this area was metasomatized by melts related to the recent subduction event(e.g.,Pacific oceanic plate).Therefore,the westward-dipping Pacific oceanic plate subduction had an important contribution to the transformation of the lithospheric mantle beneath NE China.Qinghu Xu Jiaqi Liu Huaiyu He Yunhui Zhang 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,18:4
4Extraction of auroral oval boundaries from UVI images: A new FLICM clustering-based method and its evaluation显示文摘Based on the fuzzy local information c-means (FLICM) clustering algorithm, a new method is developed for extracting the equatorward and poleward boundaries of the auroral oval from images acquired by the Ultraviolet Imager (UVI) aboard the POLAR satellite. First, the method iteratively segments the UVI image with the FLICM clustering algorithm, according to an integrity criterion for the segmented auroral oval. Then, possible gaps in the extracted auroral oval are filled, based on prior knowledge of its shape. To evaluate the method objectively, the extracted boundaries are compared with the precipitating electron boundaries determined from DMSP satellite precipitation particle data. 6Effects of tortoise-shell glue on rat oligoasthenospermia model显示文摘To the Editor:Infertility is a public health concern in modern society.Oligoasthenospermia(OA)is one of the leading causes of male infertility that impacts about 5%of reproductive-aged couples worldwide.The etiology and pathogenesis of OA remain poorly understood.The characteristics of OA include a reduction in the total number(<33×10^(6 )per ejaculate or<12×10^(6)/mL)or concentration of spermatozoa,and low or nil sperm motility(<32%).[1]Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history of treating male infertility by using drugs derived from natural sources,such as herbal or animal tissue-derived materials.Tortoise-shell glue(TSG),a classic TCM,is prominently used as a drug or supplement on multiple health conditions to replenish'Qi',which is considered to be the energy source of the human body in the TCM theory.A mitochondrion,a cell's'powerhouse,'is essential for cellular signaling and plays a role similar to that of'Qi'in TCM.The mid piece of sperm is packed with mitochondria;therefore,mitochondrial dysfunction may play a vital causative role in inadequate sperm mobility and male infertility.[2]Mitochondria not only provide the spermatozoa the necessary energy for successful fertilization but are also closely associated with the viability of the spermatozoa via regulating the permeability by the mitochondrial permeability transition pore(mPTP),[3]a transmembrane protein located in the inner membrane of mitochondria.Normally,it remains closed,but the opening of mPTP allows large molecules to pass through the mitochondrial membrane.Malfunction of mPTP leads to cell apoptosis,and in the case of OA,it results in a reduced sperm number and mobility.[3]In the current study,we aimed to evaluate the therapeutic effects of TSG on spermatogenesis and reproductive hormones,and also investigate the potential protective effects of TSG on mitochondrial functions.Wen Sheng Wenjing Xu Hailin Hu Dan Xiao Qinghu He 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,6:2

8Quasi-solid state synthesis of EU-1 zeolite and its catalytic properties for the isomerization of C_8 aromatics显示文摘In this study,EU-1 zeolite was successfully synthesized via a quasi-solid state approach and assembled to catalyst for the C 8 aromatics isomerization process.The catalytic properties were tuned through careful modification of the acidity of EU-1 zeolites and metal-doping of the catalyst.It was shown that EU-1 was an excellent candidate for the C 8 aromatics isomerization process due to its unique structure.In addition,steam treatment of EU-1 at 450-500 ℃ could optimize the acidic properties of the catalyst,hence enhance its catalytic performance.The effect of the amount of Pt on ethylbenzene conversion was studied and the optimum amount was determined to be about 0.3-0.4 wt%.It was confirmed that EU-1 zeolite prepared via a quasi-solid state approach and then dealuminated by steam treatment had better activity and selectivity than conventional mordenite(MOR) zeolite and could be an excellent candidate for C 8 aromatics isomerization.Gui Peng Li Xiaofeng Zhang Shang Xu Qinghu Dou Tao 2012Petroleum Science2012,9,4:1
