1Towards a paradigm for open and free sharing of scientific data on global change science in China显示文摘Despite great progress in data sharing that has been made in China in recent decades,cultural,policy,and technological challenges have prevented Chinese researchers from maximizing the availability of their data to the global change science community.To achieve full and open exchange and sharing of scientific data,Chinese research funding agencies need to recognize that preserva-tion of,and access to,digital data are central to their mission,and must support these tasks accord-ingly.The Chinese government also needs to develop better mechanisms,incentives,and rewards,while scientists need to change their behavior and culture to recognize the need to maximize the usefulness of their data to society as well as to other researchers.The Chinese research communi-ty and individual researchers should think globally and act personally to promote a paradigm of open,free,and timely data sharing,and to increase the effectiveness of knowledge development.Changhui Peng Xinzhang Song Hong Jiang Qiuan Zhu Huai Chen Jing MChen Peng Gong Chang Jie Wenhua Xiang Guirui Yu Xiaolu Zhou 2016Ecosystem Health and Sustainability2016,2,5:4
2Integrating a model with remote sensing observations by a data assimilation approach to improve the model simulation accuracy of carbon flux and evapotranspiration at two flux sites显示文摘Model simulation and in situ observations are often used to research water and carbon cycles in terrestrial ecosystems, but each of these methods has its own advantages and limitations. Combining these two methods could improve the accuracy of quantifying the dynamics of the water and carbon fluxes of an ecosystem. Data assimilation is an effective means of integrating modeling with in situ observation. In this study, the ensemble Kalman filter(En KF) and the unscented Kalman filter(UKF) algorithms were used to assimilate remotely sensed leaf area index(LAI) data with the Biome-BGC model to simulate water and carbon fluxes at the Harvard Forest Environmental Monitoring Site(EMS) and the Dinghushan site. After MODIS LAI data from 2000–2004 were assimilated into the improved Biome-BGC model using the En KF algorithm at the Harvard Forest site, the R2 between the simulated and observed results for NEE and evapotranspiration increased by 7.8% and 4.7%, respectively. In addition, the sum of the absolute error(SAE) and the root mean square error(RMSE) of NEE decreased by an average of 21.9% and 26.3%, and the SAE and RMSE of evapotranspiration decreased by 24.5% and 25.5%, respectively. MODIS LAI data of 2003 were assimilated into the Biome-BGC model for the Dinghushan site, and the R2 values between the simulated and observed results for NEE and evapotranspiration were increased by 6.7% and 17.3%, respectively. In addition, the SAE values of NEE and ET were decreased by 11.3% and 30.7%, respectively, and the RMSE values of NEE and ET decreased by 10.1% and 30.9%, respectively. 3Synergistic Action of Clonorchiasis,HBV Infection and Alcohol Consumption on Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma显示文摘OBJECTIVE It has been recognized that HBV infection andalcohol consumption are two important risk factors for primaryhepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Recently, the role of clonorchiasisas a risk factor for HCC is controversial. We aimed to investigatewhether these factors increase the risk of HCC in Guangxi, China.METHODS A hospital-based, case-control study of HCCwas conducted from July 2005 to July 2007. We enrolled 500consecutive patients with HCC as an experimental group and 500patients without tumor in liver as a control group. The risk factorsthat the patients were exposed to were assessed.RESULTS Comparing the risks of developing the HCC, wefound out the following results. The risk of developing HCC forthe patients with clonorchiasis was 5 folds of that for the patientswithout clonorchiasis (OR = 5.0; 95% CI: 3.1-8.1), and the risk forthe patients with alcohol consumption was 3 folds of that for thepatients without drinking alcohol (OR = 3.4; 95% CI: 2.3-4.9), andsimilarly, the risk for the patients with HBV infection was 21 timesof that for the patients without HBV infection (OR = 20.6; 95% CI:14.3-29.7). According to crossover analysis, there was significantinteraction among clonorchiasis, HBV infection and alcoholconsumption, with synergistic indices greater than 1. The etiologicfractions attributed to these interactions [EF (A x B)] are 0.7465,0.5789 and 0.5506, respectively.CONCLUSION Clonorchiasis, HBV infection and heavy alcoholconsumption are independent risk factors for developing HCC inour population in Guangxi, and as they can interact synergistically,the risk of developing HCC is increased. 11Nitrous oxide emissions from three temperate forest types in the Qinling Mountains,China显示文摘To understand soil N2O fluxes from temperate forests in a climate-sensitive transitional zone,N2O emissions from three temperate forest types(Pinus tabulaeformis,PTT;Pinus armandii,PAT;and Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata,QAT)were monitored using the static closed-chamber method from June 2013 to May 2015 in the Huoditang Forest region of the Qinling Mountains,China.The results showed that these three forest types acted as N2O sources,releasing a mean combined level of 1.35±0.56 kg N2O ha^-1 a^-1,ranging from0.98±0.37 kg N2O ha^-1 a^-1 in PAT to 1.67±0.41 kg N2O ha^-1 a^-1 in QAT.N2O emission fluctuated seasonally,with highest levels during the summer for all three forest types.N2O flux had a significantly positive correlation with soil temperature at a depth of 5 cm or in the water-filled pore space,where the correlation was stronger for temperature than for the water-filled pore space.N2O flux was positively correlated with available soil nitrogen in QAT and PAT.Our results indicate that N2O flux is mainly controlled by soil temperature in the temperate forest in the Qinling Mountains.Wei Xue Changhui Peng Huai Chen Hui Wang Qiuan Zhu Yanzheng Yang Junjun Zhang Wanqin Yang 2019Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,4:0
12Application Value of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in DAA-THA with Conjoined Tendon Repair显示文摘Objective:To observe the ultrasonographic characteristics of conjoined tendon repair in direct anterior approach for total hip arthroplasty(DAA-THA),and to evaluate the efficacy of musculoskeletal ultrasound in determining the healing after joint tendon repair.Methods:A total of 60 patients who required primary total hip arthroplasty in Yulin Orthopedic Hospital of Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected;the patients were divided into two groups,an observation group,group A(n=30),and a control group,group B(n=30),according to different intraoperative methods.There was no significant difference in gender,age,and diagnosis between the two groups.Direct anterior approach was used for both the groups.For group A,the joint capsule and conjoined tendon(superior gemellus,obturator internus,and inferior gemellus)were repaired in situ,whereas for group B,only the joint capsule was repaired in situ,while the conjoined tendon was not repaired.The healing of the tendon was observed.Results:(1)in terms of diagnosis,after conjoined tendon repair,26 cases in group A showed good tendon continuity,good tension,and a small amount of effusion echo around,three cases showed partial interruption of tendon echo,low echo,or no echo inside with insufficient structural clarity,and a case showed complete interruption;in group B,all 30 cases had continuous interruption,poor tension,tendon retraction,and thickening;the healing rate of group A’s conjoined tendon repair was 96.67%;(2)in terms of prognostic assessment,one month after the surgery,the Harris score of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference in the terms of the Harris score between the two groups 3-6 months after surgery(P>0.05);the effective tension of conjoined tendon and the effective muscle strength of group A were significantly higher than those of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Musculoskeletal ultrasound has high diagnostic value in the healing of conjoined tendon and provides dynamic clinical observation after conjoined tendon repair in DAA-THA;it is proven that DAA-THA with conjoined tendon repair on the premise of reconstructing the joint capsule can well restore its tension,enhance its muscle strength,significantly improve early joint stability and joint function,as well as facilitate the rapid recovery of patients.Guanbao Li Pinquan Li Wei Zhou Qiuan Chen Peng Ma Tongyuan Liu Hai Tang 2021Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,6:0
13Synthesis and mechanical and elevated temperature tribological properties of a novel high-entropy(TiVNbMoW)C_(4.375) with carbon stoichiometry deviation显示文摘High-entropy carbides are a nascent group of ceramics that are promising for high-temperature applications due to the combination of good stability,high hardness(H),high strength,and superior creep resistance that they display.Due to high melting points and low lattice diffusion coefficients,however,the high-entropy carbides are usually difficult to consolidate to a nearly full density.To cope with this challenge,herein,binary carbides including TiC,V_(8)C_(7),NbC,Mo_(2)C,and WC with different carbon stoichiometry were used to prepare dense high-entropy(TiVNbMoW)C_(4.375),and the influence of carbon vacancy on formation ability and mechanical properties of carbon-deficient high-entropy(TiVNbMoW)C_(4.375) were investigated.Intriguingly,although the starting binary carbides have different crystal structures and carbon stoichiometry,the as-prepared high-entropy material showed a rock-salt structure with a relatively high density(98.1%)and good mechanical properties with hardness of 19.4±0.4 GPa and fracture toughness(KIC)of 4.02 MPa·m^(1/2).More importantly,the high-entropy(TiVNbMoW)C_(4.375) exhibited low coefficient of friction(COF)at room temperature(RT)and 800℃.Wear rate(W)gradually increased with the temperature rising,which were attributed to the formation of low-hardness oxidation films at high temperatures to aggravate wear.At 800℃,lubricating films formed from sufficient oxidation products of V_(2)O_(5) and MoO_(3) effectively improved tribological behavior of the high-entropy(TiVNbMoW)C_(4.375).Wear mechanisms were mainly abrasive wear resulting from grain pullout and brittle fracture as well as oxidation wear generated from high-temperature reactions.These results are useful as valuable guidance and reference to the synthesis of high-entropy ceramics(HECs)for sliding parts under high-temperature serving conditions.Jicheng LI Yanchun ZHOU Yunfeng SU Shuna CHEN Qiuan SUN Hengzhong FAN Junjie SONG Litian HU Yongsheng ZHANG 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,2:0

16Combined modality therapy for stage Ⅰ_B cervical cancer显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the current approaches for multimodality therapy for stage ⅠB cervical cancer.Methods:The relevant literature has served as a source for identified high or intermediate risks and management of stage ⅠB cervical cancer.Result:The high risks include pelvic lymph node metastasis(PLNM),positive resection margin(PRM),and the involvement of parametrium(IPM).The intermediate risks include deep stromal invasion(DSI),bulky tumor size(BTS),lymphovascular space invasion(LVSI).Adeno-carcinomatous histotype is the new risk feature relevant to poor prognoses.Both radical hysterectomy plus bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection(PLND) and radical radiotherapy have proven to be equally effective.Surgery is more performed for stage ⅠB1 disease;radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy is preferable for stage ⅠB2 disease.For patients with one high risk or two of intermediate risks,radical hysterectomy plus PLND followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy can improve overall survival(OS) and disease-free survival(DFS).Conclusion:The management should be individualized for stage ⅠB cervical cancer.The optimized multidisciplinary therapy can benefit patients with the best cure and minimum morbidity and complications.Yang Qiuan Qian Shao Yang Xingsheng 2009现代妇产科进展2009,18,4:0
17Toxicity of Paclitaxel and Cisplatin in Combination for Advanced Ovarian Cancer显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the toxicity of paclitaxel and cisplatin combination in patients with advanced ovarian cancer.Methods:A retrospective review was performed on patients with stage Ⅲ or stage Ⅳ ovarian cancer treated in QiLu hospital between October 1996 and June 1999 Results:26 patients received adjuvant paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy.The significant toxicity included:anemia 7/26(27%),thrombocytopenia 10/26(38%),neutropenia 19/26(73%),nausea or vomiting 24/26(92%) and neurotoxicity 11/26(42%).No patient delayed.No patient died during treatment.Conclusion:The dosages of primary paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy is reasonably well tolerated for patients with stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ ovarian cancer.Yang Qiuan Zhao Weiping2001现代妇产科进展2001,10,3:0
