2Effects of 80 MeV/u ^(12)C^(6+) Ion Radiation Mouse Head on Immunity Cell Cycle Distributions显示文摘After whole head irradiation (WHI) of mice with heavy ions, we study the changes of cycle distribution of bone marrow, spleen and peripheral lymphocyte cells, and the aim is to provide basic data for space radiation protection and biological object oriented ion therapy. 3Effects of ^(12)C^(6+) Ion Radiation Tumor on Male H22 Tumor-bearing BALB/c Mice显示文摘The changes of cycle distribution of spleen, thymus, peripheral lymphocyte and tumor cells are studied in the present study, which aims to provide basic data for object-oriented biological hadrontherapy (OOBHT). The tumor of male H22 tumor-bearing BALB/c mice was irradiated by 58 MeV/u12C6+ ions with 0, 2 or 4 Gy. 4Cognition and Motivation:Analysis of the Willingness of Potential Trustors in Land Trusteeship Based on the Survey and Research of Land Trusteeship Experiment in X Prefecture,Xinjiang显示文摘The problem of identifying and absorbing new demand subjects in the operation of land trusteeship in X Prefecture is prominent.Under the guidance of studying the willingness of farmers in X Prefecture to participate in land trusteeship,this paper makes statistical analysis and empirical analysis.Finally,it is concluded that the willingness of farmers to participate in land trusteeship is related to farmers'agricultural operation,farmers'awareness of land trusteeship and incentive factors related to government policies.The better the situation of farmers'agricultural operation,the lower their trusteeship willingness.Farmers'awareness of land trusteeship and policy-related incentive factors play a positive role in promoting their willingness.Qiufeng LI Haixia MA 2022Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,6:0

6Research of Effect of ^(60)Co γ-ray Irradiation on Cell Cycle of SMMC-7721 Tumor Cell with Flow Cytometery显示文摘The resultsMost researchof cell cycle play an important role in resear, ching tumor occurrence, development and treatment. results show that malignant grade and pharmic sensitivity of tumor are relative to cell cycle. The sensitivity of medications is different to different phases of cell cycle of tumor. In general, the cell of M are more sensitivity. On the side, different medications have different action in different cell cycle. The irradiation can change cell cycle proccss and can induce the pattern of changes in cell cycle. For cxamplc, G1 arrest, G2 arrest and S arrest. 7Study on Plasmid and Damage Induced by Low-energy Neon Ion Irradiation显示文摘DNA is considered to be the most important and sensitive target in biological systems. Beside base damage, DNA strand breaks are the major lesion in the genome due to exposure to ionizing radiation. Mutation can be introduced to DNA as a result of enzymatic processing of DNA lesions or post-irradiation replication. However, the mechanisms of radiation-induced mutations are not well clarified at the molecular level. A good way to approach the mechanism is to irradiate the plasmid DNA of heavy ion, then transfect the DNA to host cells to determine the mutation spectra. 8Effects of Nitric Oxide on Growth and Sensitivity of Human Glioma A172 Cells to ^(60)Co and X-ray Radiation显示文摘Nitric oxide (NO)has been implicated both in regression and progression of tumors due to its production by both tumor cells and infiltrating lymphocytes. Ionizing radiation causes the regression of tumors, and can augment the production of NO by macrophages in vitro.
