1调强适形放疗在乳腺癌保乳术后应用的系统评价(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to assess the long-term effect of breast conservation with breast intensitymodulated radiotherapy (IMRT) for early-stage breast cancers.Methods:Pub Med,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database were searched to identify relevant original published trails,and the references of eligible studies were manually screened.Randomized controlled trails reported in any language,comparing breast IMRT with conventional radiotherapy (RT) in patients with early-stage breast cancer were eligible for inclusion.Two investigators independently assessed the quality of included trials and extracted data.The RevMan 5.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:Four trials involving 1440 patients were included.The results showed that in the IMRT group,the occurrence of acute moist dermatitis,the edema of the mammary gland and the occurrence of hyperpigmentation were lower than those of RT group,the pooled risk ratio value and 95% confidence interval were 0.28 (0.17-0.48),0.03 (0.00-0.21) and 0.06 (0.02-0.15) respectively.The use of IMRT did not correlate with pain and quality of life,but the presence of moist desquamation did significantly correlate with pain and reduced quality of life.Conclusion:The currently available evidence showed that IMRT significantly reduces the occurrence of moist acute dermatitis anywhere in the breast and alleviates the suffering of patients and improves the quality of life of patients.Future large-scale,high-quality,double-blind trials are needed.Xiupeng Ye Ling Su Xiaohu Wang Kehu Yang inhui Tian Qiuning Zhang Qiang Wang Xiaojun Li Yuqing Kang Liyun Guo Ruifeng Liu Shifang Feng 2010The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,12:2

4Enhancing hydrophobicity via core-shell metal organic frameworks for high-humidity flue gas CO_(2) capture显示文摘Developing metal-organic framework(MOF)materials with the moisture-resistant feature is highly desirable for CO_(2)capture from highly humid flue gas.In this work,a new core-shell MOF@MOF composite using Mg-MOF-74 with high CO_(2)capture capacity as a functional core and hydrophobic zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)as a protective shell is fabricated by the epitaxial growth method.Experimental results show that the CO_(2)adsorption performance of the core-shell structured Mg-MOF-74@ZIF-8 composites from water-containing flue gas is enhanced along with their improved hydrophobicity.The dynamic breakthrough results show that the Mg-MOF-74@ZIF-8 with three assembled layers(Mg-MOF-74@ZIF-8-3)can capture 3.56 mmol-g^(-1)CO_(2)from wet CO_(2)/N_(2)(VCO_(2):V_(N_(2))=15:85)mixtures,which outperforms Mg-MOF-74(0.37 mmol·g^(-1))and most of the reported physisorbents.Yinji Wan Dekai Kong Feng Xiong Tianjie Qiu Song Gao Qiuning Zhang Yefan Miao Mulin Qin Shengqiang Wu Yonggang Wang Ruiqin Zhong Ruqiang Zou 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,61,9:0
5Nanomaterial Assisted Exosome Analysis Using Mass Spectrometry显示文摘Exosomes,extracellular vesicles(EVs)that play crucial roles in biological processes,have emerged as attractive targets for noninvasive disease diagnosis and monitoring.Mass spectrometry(MS)offers high sensitivity,high throughput,and excellent qualification and quantification capacity,which is the ideal approach for exosome analysis.Nanomaterials’unique physiochemical properties,controllable morphology,and large surface area make them promising in biological sample pretreatment and detection.They contributed diverse functions to the exosome MS analysis,encompassing substrates for exosome isolation and cargos enrichment,matrices for laser desorption/ionization(LDI),read-out signals and supporters for signal amplification strategies,etc.In this review,recent progress in the applications of nanomaterial in the exosome MS analysis was summarized and a comprehensive discussion on the challenges and perspectives was proposed for the development of an advancing analysis approach of exosomes for the accurate diagnosis and monitoring of diseases.ZHANG Yi ZHOU Bokai LI Qiuning JIN Mingshi BAI Yu 2024Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2024,40,2:0
