10~15岁健康人群及产妇血清百日咳抗体水平的检测显示文摘为了解 0~ 15岁健康人群及产妇血清特异性百日咳IgG抗体水平 ,随机选取山西省太原市 45 8人作为检测对象 ,根据年龄分为 9个组 :脐血组 (5 8例 )、0~ 5月龄 (33例 )、6~ 11月龄 (6 2例 )、1~ 2岁 (5 0例 )、3~ 5岁 (5 0例 )、6~ 8岁 (5 0例 )、9~ 12岁 (4 9例 )、13~ 15岁 (4 8例 )、产妇 (5 8例 )。其中有 5 4例为配对脐血组及产妇组。取血清应用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)测定百日咳特异性IgG抗体。结果表明 ,百日咳IgG抗体水平 1~ 2岁最高 ,13~ 15岁最低 ,0~ 5月龄处于较低水平。配对脐血组及产妇组的百日咳IgG抗体水平具有良好的相关性 (r =0 741,P <0 0 1)。百日咳抗体水平在 13~ 15岁最低 ,<6月龄次之 ,1~ 2岁最高。为根除婴儿百日咳的主要传染源 ,对年长儿及成人进行百日咳加强免疫是必要的。王静敏 Qiushui He 李洁 袁林 沈叙庄 Jussi Mertsola 杨永弘 2002中国计划免疫2002,8,3:12

3Halogenated Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence Materials for Efficient Scintillation显示文摘Organic scintillators,materials with the ability to exhibit luminescence when exposed to X-rays,have aroused increasing interest in recent years.However,the enhancement of radioluminescence and improving X-ray absorption of organic scintillators lie in the inherent dilemma,due to the waste of triplet excitons and weak X-ray absorption during scintillation.Here,we employ halogenated thermally activated delayed fluorescence materials to improve the triplet exciton utilization and X-ray absorption simultaneously,generating efficient scintillation with a low detection limit,which is one order of magnitude lower than the dosage for X-ray medical diagnostics.Through experimental study and theoretical calculation,we reveal the positive role of X-ray absorption,quantum yields of prompt fluorescence,and intersystem crossing in promoting the radioluminescence intensity.This finding offers an opportunity to design diverse types of organic scintillators and expands the applications of thermally activated delayed fluorescence.Xiao Wang Guowei Niu Zixing Zhou Zhicheng Song Ke Qin Xiaokang Yao Zhijian Yang Xiaoze Wang He Wang Zhuang Liu Chengzhu Yin Huili Ma Kang Shen Huifang Shi Jun Yin Qiushui Chen Zhongfu An Wei Huang 2023Research2023,,4:1

12Generation mechanism and motion behavior of sliver defect in single crystal Ni-based superalloy显示文摘Sliver is a common but easily neglected defect in single crystal Ni-based superalloy castings.To date,there is still no unified viewpoint on its formation mechanism and generation causes.In this work,the orientation discontinuity and motion behavior of sliver defects were studied through experiments and numerical simulations.The ultrathin wedge-shaped specimen containing the grain boundary of the sliver and the matrix was prepared at the initial position of the sliver defect for the observation of equal thick-ness fringes.The discontinuity of equal thickness fringes on both sides of the grain boundary was ob-served through a transmission electron microscope,which directly confirms the abrupt change in the orientation between the sliver and matrix from the nanoscale.The crystal lattices at the smooth area and the bulging area of the grain boundary were found to have unusually different arrangements.The irregular lattice arrangement at the bulging area shows that the grain boundary has experienced high-stress deformation.Statistical results of sliver orientation deviation with a further composition analysis show the micro protuberance of the mold shell has a noticeable inductive effect on the sliver generation.Furthermore,a self-developed three-dimensional phase-field simulation model coupled with the spatial topology algorithm is established to simulate the orientation deflection behavior and orientation devia-tion threshold of fractured dendrites.The simulation results indicated that there is an upper limit of the cross-section solid fraction at the fracture position for the motion of the fractured dendrites.When the cross-section solid fraction at the fracture position is higher than this upper limit,it will be difficult to produce large deviation slivers due to the structural limitation of surrounding dendrites.This upper limit does not change with the solidification temperature gradient.Huxiang Xia Yanhong Yang Qiushui Feng Qingyan Xu Hongbiao Dong Baicheng Liu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,6:0
13M2 macrophage-derived exosomes promote diabetic fracture healing by acting as an immunomodulator显示文摘Diabetes mellitus is a chronically inflamed disease that predisposes to delayed fracture healing.Macrophages play a key role in the process of fracture healing by undergoing polarization into either M1 or M2 subtypes,which respectively exhibit pro-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory functions.Therefore,modulation of macrophage polarization to the M2 subtype is beneficial for fracture healing.Exosomes perform an important role in improving the osteoimmune microenvironment due to their extremely low immunogenicity and high bioactivity.In this study,we extracted the M2-exosomes and used them to intervene the bone repair in diabetic fractures.The results showed that M2-exosomes significantly modulate the osteoimmune microenvironment by decreasing the proportion of M1 macrophages,thereby accelerating diabetic fracture healing.We further confirmed that M2-exosomes induced the conversion of M1 macrophages into M2 macrophages by stimulating the PI3K/AKT pathway.Our study offers a fresh perspective and a potential therapeutic approach for M2-exosomes to improve diabetic fracture healing.Yili Wang Qiushui Lin Hao Zhang Sicheng Wang Jin Cui Yan Hu Jinlong Liu Mengmeng Li Kun Zhang Fengjin Zhou Yingying Jing Zhen Geng Jiacan Su 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,10:0
14Efficient production of ligand-free microscintillators at gram-scale for high-resolution X-ray luminescence imaging显示文摘The efficient production of high-quality scintillators with long radioluminescence afterglow is crucial for high-performance X-ray luminescence extension imaging.However,scaling-up the synthesis of ligand-free scintillators to fabricate large-area X-ray imaging screens for industrial applications remains a challenge.In this study,we report an efficient method to synthesize ligand-free,lanthanide-doped microscintillators by a one-pot reaction via the concentrated hydrothermal method.The as-synthesized microscintillators exhibit prolonged persistent radioluminescence for up to 30 days after X-ray exposure and remain high stability in air or water for more than 18 months without deterioration.Monte Carlo simulations indicate that the size effect is responsible for the excellent afterglow performance of the microscintillators.We employ these high-quality lanthanide-doped microscintillators to fabricate a large-area X-ray imaging detector using a blade-coating method,a spatial resolution of 24.9 lp/mm for X-ray imaging.Our study offers a solution for scaling-up the synthesis of low-cost microscintillators for practical applications.Hao Jiang Qihao Chen Hongyu Wang Tingting Wu Jianwei Gong Zhenzhen Zhang Qiushui Chen Huanghao Yang Lili Xie 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,3:0

16Research on Planning and Model Design of Micro-cycle Bus Line Based on Metro Station Connection显示文摘Public transport coverage fails to keep pace with urbanization and urban expansion,which makes the“last kilometer'problem of residents’travel increasingly prominent”.However,the practice has proved that microcirculation public transportation plays an important role in expanding the coverage of public transportation and promoting the integration of public transportation.Therefore,this paper takes a city bus community as an example.Firstly,it analyses the bus travel demand of commuters connecting to the subway station during the early workday rush hours on basis of IC Big Data,obtains candidate stations of microcirculation bus lines through K-means clustering.Secondly,it establishes the model,the target of which is to minimize the cost residents'travel and bus operation,under the limited condition of walking distance,passenger number,station spacing and departure frequency.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal solution of the model,so it’s no doubt that the most feasible circular bus route is obtained.The results have positive significance for promoting the construction and operation of public transport integration and promoting the convenience and efficiency of public transport travel.Qiushui Fang Zhiming Li Zhen Wang Jincheng Wu Hongling Yu Mengtian Leng 2019Journal of Management Science & Engineering Research2019,2,1:0
