19用重组病毒表达细胞因子——开发疫苗的新策略显示文摘免疫系统可被各种细胞因子活化和调节.白细胞介素2(IL-2)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)能增强细胞介导免疫力,抑制淋巴细胞TH_2亚群的免疫应答:而IL-4、IL-5、IL-6和IL-10能诱导体液免疫应答,但抑制淋巴细胞TH1亚群应答.带有IL-2和IFN-γ编码基因的重组痘苗病毒感染裸鼠实验证明,可以改变痘苗病毒的致病力,增加其安全性。编码IL-2和流感病毒血凝素(HA)的重组痘苗病毒可诱导抗流感的保护性免疫力.鼻内接种编码IL-5和HA的痘菌病毒,可选择性增加分泌IgA的细胞数和IgA滴度.而给小鼠注射编码IL-6和HA的疲苗病毒时,选择性提高抗HA的IgG1水平.用共表达细胞因子和人类免疫缺陷症病毒(HIV)基因的痘苗病毒作疫苗不仅安全,而且可以克服HIN感染所造成的免疫缺陷,使免疫应答更有利于疾病的控制.Ramshaw IA 李连奋 1993国外医学(预防.诊断.治疗用生物制品分册)1993,16,4:0
