1基于BP人工神经网络的生化处理水水质预测显示文摘神经网络具有强大的非线性映射能力和并行处理能力,近年来在水处理领域中被广泛地应用。利用神经网络算法对某污水处理厂的污水处理系统进行了出水水质预测。结果表明,基于BP神经网络的水质预测模型拟合效果较好,模拟出来的化学需氧量(COD)、pH、固体悬浮物(SS)及生物需氧量(BOD)的数值范围均较接近于实际值,其平均相对标准差分别为6.96%、1.31%、12.09%、15.18%。RI Son-il 侯德刚 张振家 周伟丽 迟莉娜 CHOE Won-il 2009现代化工2009,29,12:12
2Analysis of effects of operating parameters on rate of penetration in drilling process with air down-the-hole hammer显示文摘Air down-the-hole(DTH)hammer drilling has long been recognized to have the potential of drilling faster than conventional rotary drill,especially in some hard rocks such as granite,sandstone,limestone,dolomite,etc.with the same weight on bit(WOB)and rotations per minute(RPM).So,it has been widely used in many drilling fields including mineral resource exploration drilling,oil and gas drilling and geothermal drilling.In order to reduce drilling cost by selecting optimal drilling parameters,rate of penetration(ROP)should be estimated accurately and the effects of different factors on ROP should be analyzed.In this research,ANN model with several multi-layer perception back propagation(BP)networks for predicting ROP of air DTH hammer drilling was developed using controllable parameters such as impact energy,impact frequency,WOB,RPM and bit operating time for the formations with a certain drillability index of rock.Several BP neural networks with the different neurons in hidden layers were developed and compared for selecting optimal architecture of ANN.The effects of the drilling parameters such as impact energy,impacting frequency,WOB,RPM and bit operating time on the ROP of air DTH hammer drilling were investigated by trained ANN.From the analyses,the optimum range of drilling parameters for providing high ROP were determined and analyzed for a formation with a certain drillability index of rock.The methodology proposed in this study can be used in many mathematical problems for optimization of drilling process with air DTH hammer.HO Yinchol PAK Kumdol PENG Jianming RI Jaemyong KIM Yongnam CHOE Cholho 2021Global Geology2021,24,1:1

4Study on laser pre-sowing treatment of rice seeds by free-falling transport method显示文摘Recently,laser pre-sowing treatment of seed is attracting a great attention of scientific community for its positive influence to enhance germination,seedling and growth of plants,vegetables and crops.In this study,effect of laser pre-sowing treatment of rice seeds was given,which was implemented by free-falling transport method.Test has been processed in Unzon district(DPRK)in 2017.Two kinds of Korean rice seeds(namely Pyongyang-53 and Dongsung-1)were irradiated by semiconductor laser with wavelength of 650 nm,which was controlled in PWM mode.Each group was irradiated using exposure time of 0.28 s and duty ratio of 50 percent.In result,a considerable improvement has been observed in germination,growth and final productivity.Using laser pre-sowing treatment of rice seed,total productivities have been increased by 7.7%and 21%for “Pyongyang-53”and “Dongsung-1”,respectively.Results show that laser pre-sowing treatment of seed can significantly enhance germination,seedling and growth,and thus can improve the productivity of rice.In future research,laser pre-sowing treatment by free-falling transport method should be processed for other kinds of plants,vegetables and cereal crops to find out appropriate parameters,such as mechanical structure of device,wave length and power of laser,frequency and duty cycle of PWM control signal and exposure time,etc.Phyongchol Ri Sangjin Choe Yongsong Jang 2019Information Processing in Agriculture2019,6,4:1

8Method for predicting cuttings transport using artificial neural networks in foam drilling显示文摘Foam is used widely in underbalanced drilling for oil and gas exploration to improve well perfor-mance.Accurate prediction of the cutting transport and pressure loss in the foam drilling is an important way to prevent stuck pipe,lost circulation and to increase the rate of penetration(ROP).In foam drilling,the cuttings transport quality may be defined in terms of cuttings consistency and downhole pressure loss,which are controlled by many factors.Therefore,it is very difficult to establish the mathematical equation that reflects nonlinear relationship among various factors.The field and experimental measurements of these parameters are time consuming and costly.In this study,the authors suggest a cuttings transport mathematical modeling using BPN(back propagation network),RBFN(radial basis function network)and GRNN(general regression neural network)based on various experiment data of cuttings transport of previous researchers and compared the result with experiment data.Results of this study show that the GRNN has a correlation coefficient of 0.99962 and an average error of 0.15 in training datasets,and a correlation coefficient of 0.99881 and an average error of 0.612 in testing datasets,which has higher accuracy and faster training velocity than the BP network or RBFN network.GRNN can be used in many mathematical problems for accurate estimation of cuttings consistency and downhole pressure loss instead of field and experimental measurements for hydraulic design in foam drilling operation.PAK Kumdol PENG Jianming RI Jaemyong CHOE Kumhyok HO Yinchol 2020Global Geology2020,23,2:0
9印染废水超滤工艺中操作方式对过滤速率的影响显示文摘对某印染厂废水处理站排水进行了回用处理研究。在恒压条件下,采用聚乙烯(PE)中空纤维膜,进行间歇曝气扫流过滤,分析了不同操作方式对超滤速率变化的影响。结果表明曝气在超滤中能够起到防止污染的作用,解除作用于颗粒上的抽吸力后再采用曝气扫流,则能达到更好的扫流效果。周期运行与非周期运行之间的差距较大,按'曝气过滤-暂停-曝气扫流'<'不曝气过滤-暂停-曝气扫流'<'连续曝气扫流'的顺序阻力增大,因此采用周期运行方式在一定程度上可以恢复超滤速率。印染废水过滤中,在抽吸压力小于0.08 MPa的范围内,可以不考虑沉积物的压缩性。RI Son-il 张振家 迟莉娜 周伟丽 CHOE Won-il 张正林 2009现代化工2009,29,9:0
