| 3 | 附睾小体:一组与精子成熟和储存相关的不均质小囊显示文摘存在于附睾液里的细胞外小囊被称为附睾小体。一些附睾小体相关蛋白在精子成熟的过程中被转运至精子表面。附睾小体是不均质的,其大小为50nm-250nm。根据不同的蛋白组份和直径大小,牛的附睾小体被分为两大类。第一类,表达CD9和四跨膜蛋白,利用四跨膜蛋白抗体可以抑制共培养时附睾小体蛋白转运至成熟过程中的精子,提示此类附睾小体影响着附睾内精子成熟过程中的蛋白获取。第二类,表达ELSPBP1,对磷脂酰胆碱具有亲和力。流式细胞仪检测显示ELSPBP1阳性的附睾小体仅仅与死亡过程中的附睾精子相互作用,并呈锌离子依赖性。BLVRA(胆绿素还原酶)与ELSPBP1共同起作用,可以将胆绿素还原成为胆红素,两者都具有很强的抗氧化作用。我们推测BLVRA可以对抗死亡过程中的附睾精子所释放的活性氧(ROS),进而保护健康的精子。因此,附睾小体至少可以分为以上两大类,具有不同的功能,其一是通过四跨膜蛋白介导的质膜融合参与附睾精子的成熟,其二是对抗濒死精子释放的ROS而保护健康精子。相关研究亟待发展。 | Robert Sullivan | 2015 | Asian Journal of Andrology2015，17，5： | 16 |
