| 1 | 孟加拉吉大港动物园恒河猕猴发生具有公共卫生重要性的结核病(英文)显示文摘本调查自2012年7月至2012年9月在孟加拉吉大港动物园进行,确诊猴发生结核病。发病猴共46只,10至21月龄恒河猕猴表现出反应迟钝、明显消瘦的症状,皮内注射结核菌素,隔离检疫3天,仅有7只猴(15.22%)表现阳性结果。结核菌素阳性动物中,5只在一个月内死亡,剖检检查在肺脏发现结核结节。肺脏样品萋尼氏抗酸染色和组织病理学检查,在染片中观察到抗酸染色的结核分枝杆菌,组织病理学观察到淋巴细胞、嗜中性白细胞和实质中高度增生的纤维组织围绕着上皮样巨噬细胞形成结核性肉芽肿,肺脏的肺泡壁增厚。上述检查结果证明猕猴发生结核病。 | Md Shafiqul Islam Khan Farzana Islam Rume Md Mongur Morshed Chowdhury Mussammet Rasheda Begum Md Robiul Karim | 2014 | 中国人兽共患病学报2014,30,9: | 1 |

| 3 | Organochlorine Compounds in Marine Fish Samples of Bangladesh显示文摘Bioaccumulation of organochlorine compounds in marine fish occurs as a result of environmental pollution through human activities such as industrial and agricultural waste discharge into water bodies.The main purpose of the present study is to evaluate the current status of the contamination level of organochlorine compounds such as 4,4′-DDT,2,4′-DDT,4,4′-DDE and 4,4′-DDD,in the fish samples of Bay of Bengal.A total of 25 marine fish samples of 17 species including Eleutheronema tetradactylum,Metapenaeus monoceros,Lates calcarifer,Harpodon nehereus,Pampus argenteus,Setipinna phasa,Leiognathus equulus,Tenualosa ilisha,Megalapsis cordyla,Parastromateus niger,Coilia ramcarati,Otolithoides pama,Arius maculatus,Paraplagusia bilineata,Strongylura leiura,Platycephalus indicus and Gudusia chapra were collected from three different local markets for determination of organochlorine compounds using SPD(solid phase dispersion)and QuEChERS(quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged and safe)extraction methods,and finally analyzed by gas chromatograph equipped with electron capture detector(GC-ECD).The comparison between these two methods was also made and it was found that SPD method is more efficient for the extraction of total fat content and bioaccumulation of DDTs in fish samples compared to QuEChERS method.The percentage recovery of DDTs was found to be 65%-105%.Limit of detection LOD and Limit of Quantification LOQ was found to be 0.10 ng/g and 0.30 ng/g,respectively.Total amount of DDT was found in the range of 3.83-37.80 ng/g in SPD method and 4.51-20.40 ng/g in QuEChERS method.All fish samples contained DDTs less than MRL(maximum residue limit)value(5 mg/kg according to the Codex Alimentarius Commission). | Md.Mazharul Islam Robiul Islam Mohammad Shoeb Nilufar Nahar | 2018 | Journal of Food Science and Engineering2018,8,2: | 0 |

| 5 | Unequivocal ICT in Enhancing the Essence of Democracy and Good Governance显示文摘It is true and sooth as far as Abraham Linkan’s definition of democracy being implausible in a vast global democratic system. The definition of democracy of Abraham linkan is certainly palatable and practically realizable in those ancient times for states, then existed were smaller and nanoscopic and people could directly participate and realize the collective decisions (Abraham Linkan defamation―of the people, by the people, and for the people). In modern democracies, the Abraham Linkan’s defamation was fast losing its relevance and people were groping in the dark. The citizens were challenging in the system on its essentials/prerequisites the state in modern times not only shirking its responsibility but also getting insulated. It was/is at this juncture the dawn of ICT on the horizon made people redeem nuances of participatory democracy development rhythm of true democratic ideals ICT’s initiation in good governance heralded a new phase of participatory democracy development attended to the glorious of direct democracy. The emergency of the ICT filled the vacuum existed between govt. and citizens. It also narrowed down the gap between citizens and govt by holding out their responsibility in terms of development governance in veritably transparent manner. ICT, in other words, the net-work of information, are accessible to all decision-makers and also felicitated in decision-makers to have a direct access to the existing situation and there by strengthening the decision-making process. ICT by its inner strength restored the democratic strength to the citizenry. Thus, the main properties of ICT, such as transfrancy, participation, rule of low, efficiency and effectiveness, etc. propped up the governing entity get entrenched in good governance. Also, it opened new visas for creative discourse based on ICT’s utility in the field of planning and designing of strategies of development at all levels of governing pyramid. The ICT’s fold opportunities for both ruling and being ruled such that a citizenry could collectively constituency observe the action of ruling class as it is entailed to and in turn the government, in principal, has responsibility to focus on and positively respond to. Hence, ICT as a potential agency bridges the gap in all aspect of system yielding place for communion development. The role, ICT in a wider-democratic system and good governance, was also discussed.
