| 1 | High-speed railway channel measurements and characterizations: a review显示文摘Wireless communication for high-speed railways (HSRs) that provides reliable and high data rate communication between the train and trackside networks is a challenging task. It is estimated that the wireless communication traffic could be as high as 65 Mbps per high-speed train. The development of such HSR communications systems and standards requires, in turn, accurate models for the HSR propagation channel. This article provides an overview of existing HSR channel measurement campaigns in recent years. Particularly, some important measurement and modeling results in various HSR scenarios, such as viaduct and U-shaped groove (USG), are briefly described and analyzed. | 2 | Non-stationary channel characterization for high-speed railway under viaduct scenarios显示文摘Non-stationary properties based on Markov chains are provided to characterize the wireless propagation mechanism of high-speed railway(HSR) under viaduct scenarios.This Markov modeling method reveals the temporal statistical behaviors of the persistence process corresponding to resolvable multipath components.Using the channel measurement data on Beijing–Tianjin HSR at 2.35 GHz,the steady-state probability matrices and the transition probability matrices of Markov chains are specified.The non-stationary channel parameters are informative for the link-level simulation and can be used for prototype verification for non-stationary HSR channels.In addition,we propose and investigate the concepts of the medium-scale fading entropy and lifetime,which quantitatively describe the degrees of uncertainty and stability,respectively.Furthermore,our provided models are compared with the experimental results by means of the Kullback–Leibler(KL) distance.It shows that the simulated results match the measured data very well. | Liu Liu Cheng Tao Rongchen Sun Houjin Chen Zihuai Lin | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,35: | 3 |
| 3 | Alkaline Phosphatase-Initiated Sensitive Responsiveness of Activatable Probes to Hydrogen Sulfide for Accurate Cancer Imaging and Differentiation显示文摘Optical imaging with molecular probes is becoming an essential tool for advancing biological research and clinical applications.However,most currently available molecular probes show limited sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy due to their typical responsiveness to a single stimulation for biomarker-based imaging.In this study,we develop a novel molecular probe that shows alkaline phosphatase(ALP)-instructed sensitive responsiveness to hydrogen sulfide for accurate cancer imaging and differentiation.This designed probe in an aggregated state under physiological conditions bears negatively charged surfaces,giving poor optical response to H_(2)S.The ALP-mediated dephosphorylation reaction yields an assembled product with a positively charged surface,affording significantly aggregation-enhanced responsiveness to H_(2)S with light-up NIR fluorescence at 755 nm.Such charge reversal of assembled probe from negative to positive plays a vital role in allowing precise visualization and differentiation of cancers based on differences in ALP upregulation and H_(2)S content.We envisage that our charge-reversal strategy for multiple-parameter-activated molecule probes will facilitate boosting the specificity and precision of cancer imaging. | Rongchen Wang Kai Yin Muye Ma Tianli Zhu Jinzhu Gao Jie Sun Xuemei Dong Chengjun Dong Xianfeng Gu He Tian Chunchang Zhao | 2022 | CCS Chemistry2022,4,12: | 0 |
