1Observation of hydrocarbon generation and migration of highly-matured carbonates by means of laser-induced fluorescence microscopy显示文摘Some important information on hydrocarbon generation, inclusion and migration inhighly-matured carbonates of lower Palaeozoic age from the Ordos Basin and Tarim Basin has been analyzed by a newly-combined laser-induced fluorescence microscope (LFM) designed by our laboratory. The following information has been obtained from the lower Ordovician lamellar carbonates with equivalent vitrinite reflectance (Ro) as high as 1.6%-1.7% and residual TOC of 0.14%-0.35% from the Ordos Basin: wide occurrences of oil and source macerals with strong fluorescence, including G.Prisca alginite, lamalginite, telalginite and algae-detrinite; fluorescing asphalt among mineral crystals; some groundmass and spheroid-like reservoir bitumen with high maturation levels in the pores of dolomites. Various kinds of fluorescing organic inclusions and asphalt have been found in the carbonates, calcareous shales and silt-shales with high maturation levels from the Cambrian-Ordovician strata in the Tarim Basin. 2Paleo-environmental study on the growth of magnetotactic bacteria and precipitation of magnetosomes in Chinese loess-paleosol sequences显示文摘405 samples were collected from L5-S5-L6 in consideration of obvious variations in susceptibility of the geological sections, which are section Xifeng in Gansu Province and section Duanjiapo in Shaanxi Province for study of magnetotactic bacteria (MB) and magnetosomes (MS) in Chinese loess-paleosol sequences. MB in each sample were observed by TEM after being cultured under 8-18℃, room temperature (RT), 25℃, 26℃ and 30℃ conditions. In general, MB are distributed widely in loess-paleosol sequences, fewer in loess layers with predomination of vibriod in shape. However, there are more MB in paleosol layers with morphological varieties such as roddish, vibriod and occasionally approximately coccus. The magnetosomes (MS) in MB of paleosol are usually arranged in chains along the cells. It was also found that MB growth and MS formation are associated with the environment in which MB live. 12Multiferroic oxide BFCNT/BFCO heterojunction black silicon photovoltaic devices显示文摘Multiferroics are being studied increasingly in applications of photovoltaic devices for the carrier separation driven by polarization and magnetization.In this work,textured black silicon photovoltaic devices are fabricated with Bi_(6)Fe_(1.6)Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2)Ti_(3)O_(18)/Bi_(2)FeCrO_(6)(BFCNT/BFCO)multiferroic heterojunction as an absorber and graphene as an anode.The structural and optical analyses showed that the bandgap of Aurivillius-typed BFCNT and double perovskite BFCO are 1.62±0.04 eV and 1.74±0.04 eV respectively,meeting the requirements for the active layer in solar cells.Under the simulated AM 1.5 G illumination,the black silicon photovoltaic devices delivered a photoconversion efficiency(η)of 3.9%with open-circuit voltage(Voc),short-circuit current density(Jsc),and fill factor(FF)of 0.75 V,10.8 mA cm^(-2),and 48.3%,respectively.Analyses of modulation of an applied electric and magnetic field on the photovoltaic properties revealed that both polarization and magnetization of multiferroics play an important role in tuning the built-in electric field and the transport mechanisms of charge carriers,thus providing a new idea for the design of future high-performance multiferroic oxide photovoltaic devices.Kaixin Guo Xu Wang Rongfen Zhang Zhao Fu Liangyu Zhang Guobin Ma Chaoyong Deng 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,11:0
13The relationship between dolomitization and organic matter occurrence in Lower Paleozoic carbonate in the Ordos Basin显示文摘Based on observations on the core and surface sections of Lower Paleozoic carbonate in the Ordos Basin, petrography research and measurements of TOC, TOS , Ro , XRD, and comparative study with dolomite in modern Coorong Lake, it has been revealed that: ( i ) dolomitization may occur in micrite limestone, gypsum-halite and argillaceous sandstone, and it can be divided into three types: sedimentary penecontemporaneous-early diagenesis, late diagenesis of deep burial and catagenesis of uplift period. However, the crystal cell of the second type less than 35μm in size is most closely associated with gas pool; (ii) the highest content of organic matter (OM) is produced in samples from the argillic dolomite which may be formed by argillaceous fluid through gypsum-halite; (iii) in the evolution process from penecontemporaneous dolomite into stoichiometric dolomite, the crystal order of dolomite and the porosity of its host rock tend to increase, which is favorable to the formation of an available migrationRongfen Jia Dehan Liu 2000Chinese Science Bulletin2000,45,S1:0
