Plain X-ray pictures exhibitedbowel obstruction for which she underwent emergencysurgery. On the second postoperative day, she started tocomplain about dull right upper quadrant abdominal painand bloating. Abdominal CT scans revealed very largecystic lesion with an inhomogeneous fluid content.
