1Chemometric analysis of femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy data:Study of the photochromism of anils显示文摘Chemometric methods are applied for the purpose of extracting relevant information from transient absorption spectroscopy data probing the photochromism of molecules from the family of salicylidene aniline. The process consists of an ultrafast excited state intramolecular proton transfer occurring from an enol form which is then followed by a cis-trans isomerization to finally reach a trans-keto photo-product. This work focuses on the potential of combining multivariate curve resolution for modeling pure profiles and two dimensional correlation spectroscopy data analysis for providing information on the dynamics of spectral features. The results obtained for one derivative of salicylidene aniline provide information regarding the number of species created after the proton transfer and characterization of their absorption spectra and their kinetics in the picosecond time scale. The spectral resolution of two cis-keto* forms is proposed for the first time. It is also found that both cis-keto* species are involved in the formation of the trans-keto photo-product. 7植酸酶对肉鸡氨基酸回肠消化率影响的系统观显示文摘本文筛选了共计24篇关于植酸酶对肉鸡氨基酸回肠表观消化率影响的独立的同行评议论文,并对其中符合要求的数据进行荟萃分析,以探索氨基酸对植酸酶添加水平的反应模式。进行分析前抄录了所有论文中的氨基酸消化率反应数据,形成了一个拥有745个观察结果的数据库,这些观察结果来自于用由各种谷物(主要为玉米)、蛋白粉(主要是豆粕)和副产品(米糠、麦麸等)配制而成的日粮进行的试验。被选中的论文大多数发表于1996年至2006年之间,不过有几篇论文最近(截至并包括2015年内)才发表,植酸酶的添加水平介于500 FYT/kg到2000 FYT/kg。对照组日粮的氨基酸回肠表观消化率的平均系数为0.80,添加植酸酶后,该系数提高到0.84(+4.1%)。赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、胱氨酸和苏氨酸的消化率分别提高了3.4%、1.3%、7.2%和6.0%。对照组日粮中氨基酸的消化率与其对外源性植酸酶的反应程度之间存在明显的负相关,(在相对和绝对的基础上)植酸酶的作用在氨基酸固有消化率较高的日粮中较低。植酸酶的添加水平从500 FYT/kg逐步提高到1000 FYT/kg,导致氨基酸消化系数从2%左右提高到4%左右,但当将植酸酶的添加水平逐步提高至2000 FYT/kg时,未进一步产生积极的影响。外源性植酸酶降解的日粮植酸的比例与植酸酶对氨基酸回肠消化系数的影响之间存在明显的相关性,当植酸酶对植酸的比例从不到10%提高到约50%时,植酸酶的影响从2%~3%增加到9%~10%。最后,在对照组日粮中,日粮中植酸含量本身对氨基酸的回肠表观消化率有明显的负作用。这些数据证实了植酸酶具有提高肉鸡氨基酸回肠消化率的功效,平均提高幅度约为4%。此外,所有氨基酸的反应模式支持以前的观察结果,即大部分的有益影响来自于减少了内源性蛋白质从肠道的损失。植酸的抗营养作用在本次分析中得到了证实,由植酸酶消除植酸的抗营养作用直接提高了氨基酸的消化率。可以断定,将植酸酶对氨基酸的矩阵值(matrix values)设置在2%~6%(具体取决于氨基酸)是合理的,这些值应与磷的释放直接挂钩(且与植酸的有关)。在特定的添加浓度下,具有同等磷释放值的植酸酶应该具有类似的氨基酸矩阵值,本文提出的数据为行业评估植酸酶的价值提供了明确的依据。孟祥光(译) 王祎汀(校) 张配配(复校) A J Cowieson J-P Ruckebusch J.O.B.Sorbara 2022国外畜牧学(猪与禽)2022,42,1:1
