| 1 | A Day-ahead Economic Dispatch Method Considering Extreme Scenarios Based on Wind Power Uncertainty显示文摘As the intermittency of wind power is a growing concern in the day-ahead economic dispatch, this paper proposes a day-ahead economic dispatch method considering extreme scenarios of wind power by using an uncertainty set.The uncertainty set inspired by robust optimization is used to describe wind power intermittency in this paper.Four extreme scenarios based on the uncertainty set are formulated to represent the worst cases of wind power fluctuation. An economic dispatch method considering the costs of both load shedding and wind curtailment is proposed. The economic dispatch model can be easily solved by a quadratic programming method owing to the introduction of four extreme scenarios and the uncertainty set of wind power.Simulation is done using the IEEE 30-bus system and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. | Jian Xu Bao Wang Yuanzhang Sun Qi Xu Ji Liu Huiqiu Cao Haiyan Jiang Ruobing Lei Mengjun Shen | 2019 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2019,5,2: | 5 |

| 3 | Epidemiology of pancreatic cancer:New version, new vision显示文摘Pancreatic cancer(PC)is a devastating malignancy with an extremely high mortality rate and poses significant challenges to healthcare systems worldwide. The prevalence of PC risk factors spiked over the years, leading to a global increase in PC incidence rates. The contribution of different risk factors, however, varied from region to region due to genetic predisposition, environmental, social, and political factors underlying disease prevalence in addition to public health strategies. This comprehensive review aims to provide a thorough analysis of the epidemiology of PC,discussing its incidence, risk factors, screening strategies and socioeconomic burden. We compiled a wide range of seminal studies as well as epidemiological investigations to serve this review as a comprehensive guide for researchers, healthcare professionals, and policymakers keen for a more profound understanding of PC epidemiology. This review highlights the essentiality of persistent research efforts, interdisciplinary collaboration, and public health initiatives to address the expanding burden of this malignancy. | Wenhao Luo Jun Wang Hao Chen Liyuan Ye Jiangdong Qiu Yueze Liu Ruobing Wang Guihu Weng Tao Liu Dan Su Jinxin Tao Chen Ding Lei You Taiping Zhang | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2023,35,5: | 0 |
| 4 | Haplotype-resolved Genome of Sika Deer Reveals Allele-specific Gene Expression and Chromosome Evolution显示文摘Despite the scientific and medicinal importance of diploid sika deer(Cervus nippon),its genome resources are limited and haplotype-resolved chromosome-scale assembly is urgently needed. To explore mechanisms underlying the expression patterns of the allele-specific genes in antlers and the chromosome evolution in Cervidae,we report, for the first time,a high-quality haplotype-resolved chromosome-scale genome of sika deer by integrating multiple sequencing strategies, which was anchored to 32 homologous groups with a pair of sex chromosomes(XY).Several expanded genes(RET,PPP2R1A,PPP2R1B,YWHAB,YWHAZ,and RPS6)and positively selected genes(eIF4E,Wnt8A,Wnt9B,BMP4,and TP53)were identified, which could contribute to rapid antler growth without carcinogenesis.A comprehensive and systematic genome-wide analysis of allele expression patterns revealed that most alleles were functionally equivalent in regulating rapid antler growth and inhibiting oncogenesis.Comparative genomic analysis revealed that chromosome fission might occur during the divergence of sika deer and red deer(Cervus elaphus),and the olfactory sensation of sika deer might be more powerful than that of red deer.Obvious inversion regions containing olfactory receptor genes were also identified, which arose since the divergence. In conclusion, the high-quality allele-aware reference genome provides valuable resources for further illustration of the unique biological characteristics of antler, chromosome evolution, and multi-omics research of cervid animals. | Ruobing Han Lei Han Xunwu Zhao Qianghui Wang Yanling Xia Heping Li | 2023 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,3: | 0 |
| 5 | Novel 2D CaCl crystals with metallicity, room-temperature ferromagnetism, heterojunction, piezoelectricity-like property and monovalent calcium ions显示文摘Under ambient conditions, the only known valence state of calcium ions is+2,and the corresponding crystals with calcium ions are insulating and nonferromagnetic. Here, using cryo-electron microscopy,we report direct observation of two-dimensional(2D)CaCl crystals on reduced graphene oxide(rGO)membranes,in which the calcium ions are only monovalent(i.e.+1).Remarkably,metallic rather than insulating properties are displayed by those CaCl crystals.More interestingly,room-temperature ferromagnetism,graphene-CaCl heterojunction, coexistence of piezoelectricity-like property and metallicity,as well as the distinct hydrogen storage and release capability of the CaCl crystals in rGO membranes are experimentally demonstrated. We note that such CaCl crystals are obtained by simply incubating rGO membranes in salt solutions below the saturated concentration, under ambient conditions.Theoretical studies suggest that the formation of those abnormal crystals is attributed to the strong cation-πinteractions of the Ca cations with the aromatic rings in the graphene surfaces. The findings highlight the realistic potential applications of such abnormal CaCl material with unusual electronic properties in designing novel transistors and magnetic devices, hydrogen storage,catalyzers,high-performance conducting electrodes and sensors, with a size down to atomic scale. | Lei Zhang Guosheng Shi Bingquan Peng Pengfei Gao Liang Chen Ni Zhong Liuhua Mu Lijuan Zhang Peng Zhang Lu Gou Yimin Zhao Shanshan Liang Jie Jiang Zejun Zhang Hongtao Ren Xiaoling Lei Ruobing Yi Yinwei Qiu Yufeng Zhang Xing Liu Minghong Wu Long Yan Chungang Duan Shengli Zhang Haiping Fang | 2021 | National Science Review2021,8,7: | 0 |
