1An analysis of the spatial and temporal changes in Chinese terrestrial ecosystem service functions显示文摘Since Westman(1977) and Ehrlich(1982) put forward the concepts of 'the service of nature' and 'ecosystem service functions',respectively, methods for conducting value accounting for them, and their practical application have become the subjects of intense study.Based on an overview of available research findings,we discuss three scientific hypotheses.First, the terrestrial ecosystem offers both positive and negative service functions.Second, changes in terrestrial ecosystem service functions lie not only in the number of ecosystem types and the coverage area of each type, but also in their quality.Third, the value of terrestrial ecosystem service functions should be assessed both in terms of the value stocked and the value added. We collected land use data from China during the period 1999-2008,and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index data based on remote sensing images from the Global Inventory Modeling and Mapping Studies for the same period. We then calculated and analyzed spatial and temporal changes in China's terrestrial ecosystem service values over the 10-year period.Considering temporal change, the total value(stocked) of China's terrestrial ecosystem service functions decreased from 6.82 trillion Yuan RMB in 1999 to 6.57 trillion Yuan RMB in 2008.During that period, the positive value decreased by 240.17 billion Yuan RMB and the negative value increased by 8.85 billion Yuan RMB.The decrease in total value lies mainly in the humidity control, soil formation, and waste recycling functions. The total value(added) of China's terrestrial ecosystem service functions increased by 4.31 billion Yuan RMB in 2000,but decreased by 0.13 billion Yuan RMB in 2008(based on the constant price of China in 1999).The value(added) was a negative figure. From the perspective of spatial change,we can see that the supply of China's terrestrial ecosystem service functions fell slightly over the past 10 years, mainly in Northeast and Southern China. As a result of human activities on ecosystems, the loss of ecosystem service functions' value was relatively prominent in Shanxi and Gansu provinces, compared with an increase in value in Shaanxi Province.Terrestrial ecosystem service functions' value per unit area was relatively high in mid-and East China, showing a prominent spatial change over the 10-year period, but low in Western China. Some conclusions are drawn after an in-depth analysis of the factors causing the spatial and temporal changes in China's terrestrial ecosystem service functions,in the hope that our suggestions will be helpful for the management of China's terrestrial ecosystems.SHI Yao WANG RuSong HUANG JinLou YANG WenRui 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,17:39

3Distribution and health risk assessment of organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in industrial site soils:A case study of urban renewal in Beijing,China显示文摘A field survey was conducted in a contaminated industrial site of southern Beijing,China to investigate the contents and distribution of the organochlorine pesticides(α-,β-,γ-,δ-HCH,p,p-DDT,p,p-DDE,p,p-DDD and o,p-DDT) in the profiles of soil, and a health risk assessment was carried out with CalTOX multimedia exposure model. Results showed that mean concentrations of total hexachlorocyclohexane isomers(HCHs) and total dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane isomers(DDXs) in soils were in the range of 13.20-148.71 mg/kg,and 3.02-67.43 mg/kg,respectively.Organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) content peaked in the surface and declined in soil profile with depth. The amounts of HCHs in three profiles of soil were larger than DDXs.Composition analysis indicated that there was a trend of degradation of OCPs in the site, but the mean of HCHs and DDXs concentration were over the state warning standard limit(HCHs,0.50 mg/kg;DDXs,0.50 mg/kg).According to current land use development, health risk assessment with CalTOX and Monte Carlo analysis showed that health risks mainly came from two exposure pathways:dermal uptake and inhalation, and the total risk values all exceeded the general acceptable health risk value(10-6).The sensitivity analysis indicated that five parameters significantly contributed to total risk.YANG Wenrui,WANG Rusong,ZHOU Chuanbin,LI FengState key laboratory of Urban and Regional Ecology,Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Beijing 100085,China. 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,3:14

7Summarization and comparison of dermoscopic features on different subtypes of rosacea显示文摘Background:The dermoscopic features of rosacea have already been reported. However, the current findings are incomplete, and little is known about phymatous rosacea.Hence, this study aimed to summarize and compare the dermoscopic features and patterns of three rosacea subtypes(erythematotelangiectatic[ETR],papulopustular[PPR],and phymatous[PHR])in the Chinese Han population and to evaluate whether these features differ with patients’genders, ages, and durations. Methods:Dermoscopic images of 87 rosacea patients were collected in non-polarized and polarized dermoscopy contact modes at 20-fold magnification.Dermoscopic features, including vessels, scales, follicular findings, and other structures, were summarized and evaluated.Results::The reticular linear vessels and red diffuse structureless areas of ETR were distinctive. For PPR,red diffuse structureless areas, reticular linear vessels, yellow scales, follicular plugs, and follicular pustules were typical dermoscopic criteria. The common dermoscopic features of PHR were:orange diffuse structureless areas, linear vessels with branches, perifollicular white color, orange focal structureless areas, and white lines. The following features statistically differed among the three rosacea subtypes:reticular linear vessels(P<0.001),unspecific linear vessels(P=0.005),linear vessels with branches(P<0.001),yellow scales(P=0.001),follicular plugs(P<0.001),perifollicular white color(P<0.001),red diffuse structureless areas(P=0.022),orange diffuse structureless areas(P<0.001),red focal structureless areas(P=0.002),orange focal structureless areas(P=0.003),white lines(P<0.001),follicular pustules(P<0.001),and black vellus hairs(P<0.001).Conclusions:The dermoscopic patterns of ETR are red diffuse structureless areas and reticular linear vessels. For PPR,the pattern comprehends combinations of red diffuse structureless areas, reticular linear vessels, yellow scales, follicular plugs, and follicular pustules.Meanwhile,PHR is characterized by remarkable orange diffuse structureless areas, linear vessels with branches, perifollicular white color, orange focal structureless areas, and white lines.Wenmin Fei Yang Han Ang Li Keke Li Xiaoli Ning Chengxu Li Wenju Wang Rusong Meng Yong Cui 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,12:1

[Method]The initial population quantity of aphids in early spring, migration of winged aphids, occurrence regularity and damage status of Myzus persicae and aphid-transmitted virus( PVY + CMV) were investigated in Zhenyuan County from 2014 to 2015 using 10-point checkerboard sampling method, yellow dish trapping method and 5-point sampling method. [Result] The total amount of aphids in Brassica campestris was the largest among overwintering hosts, with an average of 18. 44 specimen / plant. The migration of winged aphids presented bimodal pattern; the population dynamics of wingless aphids presented unimodal pattern, and the occurrence peak was from May to June.[Conclusion]Field control against M. persicae in tobacco fields should be conducted from mid May to early June.Yang Jing Chen Jie Yang Rusong Tang Jun Zou Guangjin Yang Yan 2016Plant Diseases and Pests2016,7,4:0
11Temporal and environmental factors drive community structure and function of methanotrophs in volcanic forest soils显示文摘Methanotrophs, organisms that obtain oxygen by oxidizing methane, are recognized as the only known biological sink for atmospheric CH_4,and forest soil methanotrophs play crucial roles in mitigating global warming. The succession patterns of methanotrophic communities and functions in Wudalianchi volcano forest soils could provide a basis for the study of evolutionary mechanisms between soil microorganisms, the environment, and carbon cycling of temperate forest ecosystems under climate change. In this study, the characteristics and drivers of methanotrophic community structure and function of two volcanic soils at different stages of development are analyzed, including an old volcano and a new volcano, which most recently erupted 300 years and 17-19×10^(5)years ago, respectively, and a non-volcano hills as control, based on space for time substitution and Miseq sequencing and bioinformation technology. The results showed that CH_(4) fluxes were significantly higher in old-stage volcano forest soils than new-stage forest soils and non-volcano forest soils. There were significant differences in the community composition and diversity of soil methanotrophs from different volcano forest soils.Methylococcus was the dominant genus in all soil samples.Additionally, the relative abundance of Methylococcus, along with Clonothrix,Methyloglobulus,Methylomagum,Methylomonas and Methylosarcina, were the important genera responsible for the differences in methanotrophic community structure in different volcano forest soils. The relative abundance of methanotroph belonging toγ-proteobacteria was significantly higher than that belonging toα-proteobacteria(P<0.05).Chao1,Shannon and Simpson indices of soil methanotrophic community were significantly lower in new-stage volcanos and were significantly affected by bulk density, total porosity,p H,nitrate, dissolved organic carbon and dissolved organic nitrogen. There were significant differences in community structure between new-stage and old-stage volcanoes.Bulk density and p H are important soil properties contributing to the divergence of methanotrophs community structure, and changes in soil properties due to soil development time are important factors driving differences in methanotrophs communities in Wudalianchi volcanic soils.Rusong Chai Hongjie Cao Qingyang Huang Lihong Xie Fan Yang Hongbin Yin 2024Journal of Forestry Research2024,35,2:0
