| 1 | 介质阻挡放电等离子体(DBDP)对橙汁杀菌及钝化酶的影响显示文摘杀菌技术作为食品加工的一项重要技术,在防止食品腐败,延长食品货架期等方面起非常重要的作用。与传统的热杀菌技术相比,冷杀菌技术能够最大限度地保持食品的质构、色泽、风味及营养成分等。本文利用自行设计的介质阻挡放电反应器(DBDR),以鲜榨果汁为杀菌介质,研究循环次数、温度及电压等因素对介质阻挡放电等离子体(DBDP)杀菌作用和钝酶作用的影响。试验结果表明,随着循环次数、橙汁温度及电压的升高,杀菌效果和酶的钝化作用逐渐增强。与金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌相比,大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌较易被杀灭。 | 林向阳 李雁晖 黄彬红 ROGER RUAN SHAOBO DENG 朱榕壁 | 2010 | 中国食品学报2010,10,6: | 10 |

| 3 | Fast assignment reduction in inconsistent incomplete decision systems显示文摘This paper focuses on fast algorithm for computing the assignment reduct in inconsistent incomplete decision systems. It is quite inconvenient to judge the assignment reduct directly according to its definition. We propose the judgment theorem for the assignment reduct in the inconsistent incomplete decision system, which greatly simplifies judging this type reduct. On such basis, we derive a novel attribute significance measure and construct the fast assignment reduction algorithm(FARA), intended for computing the assignment reduct in inconsistent incomplete decision systems. Our firstprinciple calculations show that cation displacement results from the electrostatic potential effect at the interface,and cation vacancies could lower the interfacial work of separation and enhance the interfacial stability of BaO/MgO-type interface. | 14 | Biomechanical finite element analysis of typical tibiotalar arthrodesis显示文摘Tibiotalar arthrodesis(TTA)is a common surgical method for post-traumatic arthrosis and primary osteoarthrosis of ankle.Internal screw fixation exhibits such advantages of higher fusion rate and fewer complications that it has become the mainstream surgical procedure in clinics.However,there are still disputes over the choice of screw type,number and nailing method.In this study,a 3D model of tibiotalar joint was established based on CT data.Two representative types of screws were modeled according to their real objects.Preprocessing was done in Hypermesh 2017,and the finite element simulations of different surgical schemes and postoperative ankle joint movements were performed via Abaqus 2016.The stress distribution in tibiotalar joints and screws,interarticular displacement,and screw deformation were extracted for comparative analyses.The results show that:(1)the three-screw fixation scheme with smaller displacements and higher contact pressure is superior to the two-screw one;(2)the relative displacements of the tibia and talus of full-thread screw under all loads were reduced by approximately 50%compared with those of lag screw,showing better stability;(3)the 60scheme is more favorable for joint fusion and more stable under vertical load,while the 75has the best bending resistance;(4)the stress and strain distributions in screws indicate that the screw break is most likely to happen near its contact region with the bone inlet,the maximum stress reaches 212.2 MPa.This study is of great significance for the selection and optimization of the surgical plan. | Fangbo Bing Chi Wei Pan Liu Zhenzi Li Yu Deng Zuoqi Zhang Shaobo Zhu | 2021 | Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2021,,3: | 0 |

| 16 | Dataset of Comparative Observations for Land Surface Processes over the Semi-Arid Alpine Grassland against Alpine Lakes in the Source Region of the Yellow River显示文摘Thousands of lakes on the Tibetan Plateau(TP) play a critical role in the regional water cycle, weather, and climate. In recent years, the areas of TP lakes underwent drastic changes and have become a research hotspot. However, the characteristics of the lake-atmosphere interaction over the high-altitude lakes are still unclear, which inhibits model development and the accurate simulation of lake climate effects. The source region of the Yellow River(SRYR) has the largest outflow lake and freshwater lake on the TP and is one of the most densely distributed lakes on the TP. Since 2011,three observation sites have been set up in the Ngoring Lake basin in the SRYR to monitor the lake-atmosphere interaction and the differences among water-heat exchanges over the land and lake surfaces. This study presents an eight-year(2012–19), half-hourly, observation-based dataset related to lake–atmosphere interactions composed of three sites. The three sites represent the lake surface, the lakeside, and the land. The observations contain the basic meteorological elements,surface radiation, eddy covariance system, soil temperature, and moisture(for land). Information related to the sites and instruments, the continuity and completeness of data, and the differences among the observational results at different sites are described in this study. These data have been used in the previous study to reveal a few energy and water exchange characteristics of TP lakes and to validate and improve the lake and land surface model. | 18 | Effects of Addition of Amino Acids or Soybean Phospholipid in Diet on Slaughter Performance and Meat Quality of Pigs显示文摘[Objectives]The study aims to discuss the effects of addition of arginine and glutamic acid or soybean phospholipid,vitamin E and yeast selenium in diet on the slaughter performance and meat quality of long(white)×large(York)binary hybrid pigs.[Methods]27 long×large castrated hybrid boars with the body weight of(54.4±0.15)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 3 replicates per group and 3 pigs per replicate.Group A was the control group,in which the pigs were fed basal diet;in group B,0.8%arginine and 0.60%glutamate were added to the basal diet;in group C,75 g of soybean phospholipid,20 g of vitamin E and 8 g of yeast selenium were added to every 100 kg of the basal diet.The trial period was 60 d.After the experiment was ended,one test pig with similar body weight was selected from each replicate for slaughter and meat determination.[Results]The average weight gain and eye muscle area of the pigs in group B were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05),and also showed an increasing trend compared with group A,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between group B or C and group A in the average weight gain and eye muscle area(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in other slaughter performance between the three groups(P>0.05).Besides,there was also no significant difference in the content of various amino acids,total amino acids and total umami amino acids between the three groups(P>0.05).The inosine content in the longissimus dorsi muscle and muscle cooking loss of binary hybrid pigs in group C were significantly better than those in group B(P<0.05),and also had a tendency to be better than those in group A,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between group B or C and group A in the inosine content and muscle cooking loss of the pigs(P>0.05).In addition,there was no significant difference in other meat traits and chemical composition of the longissimus dorsi muscle between group B or C and group A(P>0.05).[Conclusions]The addition of arginine and glutamic acid or soybean phospholipid,vitamin E and yeast selenium in diet had no significant effect on the growth rate,slaughter performance and meat traits of long×large binary hybrid pigs. | Sicong LUO Shaobo LI Xiangyun HU Min CHEN Lingxiu GAN Tingju HUANG Wenjie LU Junxiang HUANG Haimei DENG Jiahuang YANG Cui YANG Xiuliang LI | 2023 | Asian Agricultural Research2023,15,4: | 0 |
