1Adversarial Attacks on Content-Based Filtering Journal Recommender Systems显示文摘Recommender systems are very useful for people to explore what they really need.Academic papers are important achievements for researchers and they often have a great deal of choice to submit their papers.In order to improve the efficiency of selecting the most suitable journals for publishing their works,journal recommender systems(JRS)can automatically provide a small number of candidate journals based on key information such as the title and the abstract.However,users or journal owners may attack the system for their own purposes.In this paper,we discuss about the adversarial attacks against content-based filtering JRS.We propose both targeted attack method that makes some target journals appear more often in the system and non-targeted attack method that makes the system provide incorrect recommendations.We also conduct extensive experiments to validate the proposed methods.We hope this paper could help improve JRS by realizing the existence of such adversarial attacks.Zhaoquan Gu Yinyin Cai Sheng Wang Mohan Li Jing Qiu Shen Su Xiaojiang Du Zhihong Tian 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,9:2
2Internal Loads and Bioavailability of Phosphorus and Nitrogen in Dianchi Lake,China显示文摘Sediments have a significant influence on the cycling of nutrient elements in lake environments. In order to assess the distribution characteristics and estimate the bioavailability of phosphorus and nitrogen in Dianchi Lake, organic and inorganic phosphorus and nitrogen forms were analysed. The 210 Pb radiometric dating method was employed to study temporal changes in the phosphorus and nitrogen pools in Dianchi Lake. The result show that the total phosphorus(TP) and total nitrogen(TN) were both at high concentrations, ranging from 697.5–3210.0 mg/kg and 1263.7–7155.2 mg/kg, respectively. Inorganic phosphorus(IP) and total organic nitrogen(TON) were the main constituents, at percentages of 59%–78% and 74%–95%, respectively, in the sediments. Spatially, there was a decreasing trend in phosphorus and nitrogen contents from the south and north to the lake centre, which is related to the distribution pattern of local economic production. The burial rates of the various phosphorus and nitrogen forms increased in same spatially and over time. Particularly in the past two decades, the burial rates doubled, with that TN reached to 1.287 mg/(cm^2·yr) in 2014. As the most reactive forms, nitrate nitrogen(NO_3-N) and ammonia nitrogen(NH_4-N) were buried more rapidly in the south region, implying that the potential for releasing sedimentary nitrogen increased from north to south. Based on their concentrations and burial rates, the internal loads of phosphorus and nitrogen were analysed for the last century. A TP pool of 71597.6 t and a TN pool of 81191.7 t were estimated for Dianchi Lake. 4Aquaporin 8ab is required in zebrafish embryonic intestine development显示文摘The aquaporin 8(AQP8)is a small integral membrane protein that selectively transports water and other small uncharged solutes across cell plasma membranes.It has been demonstrated that AQP8 is ubiquitously present in various tissues and organs of mammals,and participates in many physiological and pathological processes.Recent studies showed that AQP8 is highly expressed in the columnar epithelial cells of mammalian colonic mucosa facing lumen,indicating that AQP8 plays potential roles in the physiology and pathophysiology of gastrointestinal tract.However,the role of AQP8 during gastrointestinal tract development is unclear.In the present study,RT-PCR results reveal that the zebrafish genome encodes three kinds of aqp8s(aqp8aa,aqp8ab,and aqp8b).We use whole mount in situ hybridization to describe aqp8 genes spatiotemporal expression pattern,and the results show that aqp8ab mRNA is detectable mainly in the zebrafish embryonic intestine.To reveal the details of aqp8ab distribution,histological sections are employed.Transverse sections indicate that aqp8ab mRNA expression is more intense in the layer lining the intestinal cavity.Knockout of aqp8ab using the CRISPR/Cas9 system induces intestine development defects and abnormal formation of intestinal lumen.In addition,aqp8ab mRNA significantly rescues the intestine defects in the aqp8ab mutant.These results indicate that aqp8ab is required in the intestine development of zebrafish.Shiping Wang Yinyin Qin Jiajing Sheng Xuchu Duan Lizong Shen Dong Liu 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,7:0
