| 1 | 基于改进人工势场法的路径规划决策一体化算法研究显示文摘车辆路径规划与决策算法是无人驾驶汽车的重要研究方向之一。现有的路径规划与路径跟踪决策算法中规划层与决策层存在时滞现象,往往会引起检测信息与真实行驶环境信息的偏差,使得规划的局部路径不能反映当前真实状态,是无人驾驶汽车安全行驶的不稳定因素。本文综合考虑了环境交通参与者与车辆自身运动学特征,建立了横纵向安全模型,对车辆目前行驶环境的风险特征进行了综合评估。在行驶环境特征与车辆动力学特征的基础上对传统人工势场法进行了改进,设计了基于虚拟力的局部路径规划与控制决策一体化算法,提升了算法在复杂动态环境下控制的可靠性。最后,利用Carsim/Simulink建立了联合仿真环境,分别对传统路径规划算法、路径跟踪算法与本文提出的路径决策规划一体化算法在典型工况下进行仿真。仿真结果表明,该算法能减小路径规划决策环节的时滞影响,为复杂动态环境下的无人驾驶车辆提供更加合理的控制方法。 | 袁朝春 翁烁丰 何友国 SHENJie 陈龙 王桐 | 2019 | 农业机械学报2019,50,9: | 16 |
| 2 | Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Power Consumption and Metzner-Otto Constant for Impeller of 6PBT显示文摘Majority of non-Newtonian fluids are pseudoplastic with shear-thinning property,which means that the viscosity will be different in different parts of the stirred tank.In such mixing process,it is difficult to predict accurately the power consumption and mean shear rate for designing novel impeller.Metzner-Otto method is a widely accepted method to solve these questions in mixing non-Newtonian fluids.As a result,Metzner-Otto constant will become a key factor to achieve an optimum way of economical mixing.In this paper,taking glycerine and xanthan gum solutions as research system,the power consumption,stirred by the impeller composed of perturbed six-bent-bladed turbine(6PBT)with differently geometrical characteristics in a cylindrical vessel,is studied by means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The flow is modeled as laminar and a multiple reference frame(MRF)approach is used to solve the discretized equations of motion.In order to determine the capability of CFD to forecast the flow process,the torque test experiment is used to measure the glycerine solution power consumption.The rheological properties of the xanthan gum solutions are determined by a Brookfield rheometer.It is observed that the power consumption predicted by numerical simulation agrees well with those measured using torque experiment method in stirring glycerine solution,which validate the numerical model.Metzner-Otto constant is almost not correlated with the flow behavior index of pseudoplastic fluids.This paper establishes the complete correlations of power constant and Metzner-Otto constant with impeller geometrical characteristics through linear regression analysis,which provides the valuable instructions and references for accurately predicting the power consumption and mean shear rate of pseudoplastic fluids in laminar flow,comparatively. | LUAN Deyu CHEN Qiao ZHOU Shenjie | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,3: | 11 |

In the operations of crossover and mutation in each generation, to ensure the new solutions are all feasible, we present a method in which the bounds of every variable in the solution are estimated beforehand according to the constrained conditions. For the operation of mutation, we present two methods of cube bounding and variable bounding. The experimental results are given and analyzed. | 5 | Late Cenozoic Chemical Weathering and Environmental Changes Recorded in the Co Ngoin Sediments,Central Qinghai-Tibet Plateau显示文摘A series of faulted inland basins were developed in the central Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, among which the Co Ngoin Basin containing thick lacustrine sediments is located in the peripheral area of the Indian monsoon. In this paper, we present the weathering history and paleoclimatic changes in the last 2.8 Ma based on studies of high-resolution temporal distributions of Sr, Rb and Zr concentrations, Rb/Sr and Zr/Rb ratios and δ 13C and TOC for the Co Ngoin sediments, in combination with the sediment properties, grain size distribution and clay mineralogy. The sedimentary records indicate three environmental stages in the last 2.8 Ma. At the core depth of 197?170 m (about 2.8?2.5 Ma), low-intensity chemical weathering in the Co Ngoin catchment was experienced under warm-dry to cool-wet climate conditions with relatively low Sr concentration and high Rb/Sr and Zr/Rb ratios. The sudden occurrence of both subalpine coniferous forest and coarse sand and gravel sediments in the Co Ngoin core reflects a strong tectonic uplift. The high Sr concentrations and low Rb/Sr and Zr/Rb ratios reflect a relatively strong chemical weathering between 2.5 Ma and 0.8 Ma (at the core depth of 170?38.5 m) under a temperate/cool and wet climate, characterized by mud and silt with fine sand, probably indicating a stable process of denudation and planation of the plateau. Above the depth of 38.5 m (about 0.8?0 Ma), the coarsening of sediments indicates a strong tectonic uplift and a relatively low intensity of chemical weathering as supported by the record of sediments having relatively low Sr concentrations and high Rb/Sr and Zr/Rb ratios. | 6 | Pollen evidence of early human activities in Erhai basin,Yunnan Province显示文摘The evidence of human activities around Erhai Lake catchment was revealed by pollen records from a sedi- ment core in the lake, northwest Yunnan Province. The 14 chronologic sequence based on AMS C data made it possi- ble for pollen results to compare with archaeological records and historical documents. The preliminary deforestation started from the selective clearance at about 5500 C a BP, 14 marked by the loss of vertically distributed montane forest and the expansion of second pine woodland across the catchment. The deforestation resulted in the increase of sur- face runoff and the enhanced erosion in the catchment. The increased herbs of pasture and crop suggested the primitive agriculture and stockbreeding in study region. With the lim- ited human activity, as well as the suitable climatic condition, second pine forest expanded quickly, resulting in the weak- ened soil erosion around the basin. The strong forest clear- ance inferred from pollen occurred since 2160 C a BP, par- 14 alleling to the first dense immigration of population, when Yeyu County was first set up around west coast of Erhai Lake, documented in historic record. The development of agriculture led to the steady enhancement of soil erosion from farming land, increasing the input of fine materials and nutrients to the lake. Moreover, the serious deforestation by human activity stressed the vulnerability in ecosystem of the landscape. | 7 | Great progress in developing 500 MHz single cell superconducting cavity in China显示文摘Superconducting cavities have been adopted in many kinds of accelerator facilities such as synchrotron radiation light source, hard X-ray free electron laser linac, colliders and energy recovery linacs (ERL). The 500 MHz superconducting cavities will be a candidate to be installed in the high current accelerators and high current ERLs for their large beam aperture, low higher order modes impedance and high current threshold value. This paper presents great progress in the whole sequence of developing 500 MHz superconducting cavity in China. It describes the first in-house successful development of 500 MHz single cell superconducting cavity including the deep-drawing of niobium half cells, electron beam wielding of cavity, surface preparations and vertical testing. | 8 | Beam trip diagnostic system at SSRF显示文摘In this paper we report the design and realization of beam trip diagnostic system at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF). The system can find out the first fault signal in the key operation signals related to the RF system by analyzing the time sequence, also it can decide which trips occurs first among the three superconducting RF stations. All the states of monitored signals in a time period ahead and behind beam trip are recorded. The results are compared with those from other diagnostic tools at SSRF. Historical documents are also analyzed here in order to reach the conclusion. Researches indicate that the Nansihu Lake came into being about 2500 aBP and its evolution succession can be divided into four stages. In this evolution process, several scattered lakes merge into one large lake in the east of China. | 18 | Thellungiella halophila ST5 improves salt tolerance in cotton显示文摘Background: Salinity is a major abiotic stress to global agriculture which hampers crop growth and development, and eventually reduces yield. Transgenic technology is an e ective and e cient approach to improve crop salt tolerance but depending on the availability of e ective genes. We previously isolated Salt Tolerance5(ThST5) from the halophyte Thellungiella halophila, an ortholog of Arabidopsis SPT4-2 which encodes a transcription elongation factor. However, SPT4-2-confered salt tolerance has not been evaluated in crops yet. Here we report the evaluation of Th ST5-conferred salt tolerance in cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.).Results: The ThST5 overexpression transgenic cotton plants displayed enhanced tolerance to salt stress during seed germination and seedling stage compared with wild type. Particularly, the transgenic plants showed improved salinity tolerance as well as yield under saline field conditions. Comparative transcriptomic analysis showed that ThST5 improved salt tolerance of transgenic cotton mainly by maintaining ion homeostasis. | 20 | Functional characterization of an orexin neuropeptide in amphioxus reveals an ancient origin of orexin/orexin receptor system in chordate显示文摘Amphioxus belongs to the subphylum cephalochordata, an extant representative of the most basal chordates, whose regulation of endocrine system remains ambiguous. Here we clearly demonstrated the existence of a functional orexin neuropeptide in amphioxus, which is able to interact with orexin receptor, activate both PKC and PKA pathways, decrease leptin expression, and stimulate lipogenesis. We also showed the transcription level of amphioxus orexin was affected by fasting or temperature,indicating a role of this gene in the regulation of energy balance. In addition, the expression of the amphioxus orexin was detected at cerebral vesicle, which has been proposed to be a homolog of the vertebrate brain.
