| 1 | 泡生法生长蓝宝石单晶的热场改进与模拟优化显示文摘在泡生法蓝宝石单晶生长中,单晶炉内的热场对晶体质量至关重要。本文首先对单晶炉的顶部热屏、环形加热器和炉底保温进行了改进,然后结合计算机数值模拟,对热场改进前、后晶体的轴向和径向温度梯度、晶体表面温度分布、加热器功率等进行分析对比。结果表明:改进后的倾斜热屏增强了单晶炉内的辐射传热,对已生长出的晶体起到了后热作用,降低了晶体内的热应力;对加热器和底部钼保温层的改进,减小了加热器与坩埚间的热阻,增强了炉内的保温作用,使加热功率降低了约8%。 | 汪传勇 左然 Andrey Smirnov Kirill Mazaev | 2011 | 人工晶体学报2011,40,1: | 23 |
| 2 | 堪察加地区现今地壳运动与变形特征研究显示文摘利用俄罗斯堪察加地区1995~2005年的 GPS 观洲数据,研究了该区现今地壳水平运动速度场特征.在球坐标系中解算了各应变率分量,分析了应变率场的空间分布特征.并与地震学和地质学研究结果进行了综合对比分析.结果表明.堪察加半岛北部的微板块边界并不明显.堪察加南部测站运动速度大于中部和北部地区.愈靠近东部板块汇聚区,测站速度越大.从东海岸到西海岸,测站水平速度存在明显的梯度衰减特征,水平运动方向与太平洋板块向西北的俯冲方向基本一致.各应变率分量具有东部海岸大于中部和西海岸、从东至西呈梯度衰减的特点.堪察加大部分地区处于 EW 和 NS 向压缩状念.局部存在拉张.面应变率结果显示绝大部分为压缩区;刚性转动结果表明大部分地区表现为顺时针转动,北部地区和南端顺时针旋转性明显.东部有效应变率明显大于西部地区,东西向梯度衰减关系明显.主压应变率明显大于主张应变率.特别是在东海岸地区.主压应变率方向与中等以上地震的主压应力轴在水平方向的投影方向基本一致.地壳变形场在空间分布上的不一致性主要与太平洋板块在堪察加半岛东南侧的俯冲深度、俯冲方位角、俯冲倾角和俯冲带的耦合强度有关. | 孟国杰 申旭辉 Vladimir Smirnov Eugene A Rogozhin 伍吉仓 | 2009 | 地球物理学报2009,52,3: | 12 |
| 3 | Preventive effect of a pectic polysaccharide of the common cranberry Vaccinium oxycoccos L. on acetic acid-induced colitis in mice显示文摘AIM: To study isolation and chemical characterization of pectin derived from the common cranberry Vaccinium oxycoccos L. (oxycoccusan OP) and the testing of its preventive effect on experimental colitis.METHODS: Mice were administrated orally with OP two days prior to a rectal injection of 5% acetic acid and examined for colonic damage 24 h later. Colonic inflammation was characterized by macroscopical injury and enhanced levels of myeloperoxidase activity measured spectrophotometrically with o-phenylene diamine as the substrate. The mucus contents of the colon were determined by the Alcian blue dye binding method. Vascular permeability was estimated using 4% Evans blue passage after i.p. injection of 0.05 mol/L acetic acid. RESULTS: In the mice treated with OP, colonic macroscopic scores (1.1 ± 0.4 vs 2.7, P < 0.01) and the total square area of damage (10 ± 2 vs 21 ± 7, P < 0.01) were significantly reduced when compared with the vehicle-treated colitis group. OP was shown to decrease the tissue myeloperoxidase activity in colons (42 ± 11 vs 112 ± 40, P < 0.01) and enhance the amount of mucus of colitis mice (0.9 ± 0.1 vs 0.4 ± 0.1, P < 0.01). The level of colonic malondialdehyde was noted to decrease in OP-pretreated mice (3.6 ± 0.7 vs 5.1 ± 0.8, P < 0.01). OP was found to decrease the inflammatory status of mice as was determined by reduction of vascular permeability (161 ± 34 vs 241 ± 21, P < 0.01). Adhesionof peritoneal neutrophils and macrophages was also shown to decrease after administration of OP (141 ± 50 vs 235 ± 37, P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: Thus, a preventive effect of pectin from the common cranberry, namely oxycoccusan OP, on acetic acid-induced colitis in mice was detected. | 5 | 基于X-CT的高温后再生保温混凝土损伤分析显示文摘火灾的发生往往会导致混凝土材料微细观结构的损伤劣化,体现在水化物分解、孔隙结构粗化、热开裂和水汽压力升高诱致开裂等,继而导致材料宏观力学性能及耐久性的下降。轻质高强、内部多孔、高热稳定的玻化微珠(GHB)的细观调控功能可实现混凝土耐高温性能的提升。为了研究受高温作用的再生保温混凝土(RATIC)内部细观结构及裂纹变化特征,本研究首先对高温作用后的RATIC开展了立方体抗压强度试验和CT扫描试验,之后利用基于改进的自适应阈值法和区域生长法的图像分割算法,建立了基于真实结构的RATIC细观模型,分析了不同GHB及再生骨料(RCA)掺量的RATIC试件随温度变化时其内部微裂纹的孕育、萌生、发展及贯通过程。并对RATIC破坏形态与CT结果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:GHB对裂缝的延伸有显著阻断作用,为蒸汽压提供了释放通道,缓解了砂浆区域、孔隙边界处的开裂,减缓了热量的传播,提升了混凝土抗热致损伤性能。 | 苗艳春 张玉 SELYUTINA Nina SMIRNOV Ivan 邓克招 李贝贝 都思哲 刘元珍 马钢 | 2022 | 复合材料学报2022,39,6: | 4 |

| 7 | Dynamic failure of dry and fully saturated limestone samples based on incubation time concept显示文摘This paper outlines the results of experimental study of the dynamic rock failure based on the comparison of dry and saturated limestone samples obtained during the dynamic compression and split tests. The tests were performed using the Kolsky method and its modifications for dynamic splitting. The mechanical data(e.g. strength, time and energy characteristics) of this material at high strain rates are obtained. It is shown that these characteristics are sensitive to the strain rate. A unified interpretation of these rate effects, based on the structuraletemporal approach, is hereby presented. It is demonstrated that the temporal dependence of the dynamic compressive and split tensile strengths of dry and saturated limestone samples can be predicted by the incubation time criterion. Previously discovered possibilities to optimize(minimize) the energy input for the failure process is discussed in connection with industrial rock failure processes. It is shown that the optimal energy input value associated with critical load, which is required to initialize failure in the rock media, strongly depends on the incubation time and the impact duration. The optimal load shapes, which minimize the momentum for a single failure impact, are demonstrated. Through this investigation, a possible approach to reduce the specific energy required for rock cutting by means of high-frequency vibrations is also discussed. | Yuri V. Petrov Ivan V.
