| 1 | An improved empirical wavelet transform method for rolling bearing fault diagnosis显示文摘Empirical wavelet transform(EWT)based on the scale space method has been widely used in rolling bearing fault diagnosis.However,using the scale space method to divide the frequency band,the redundant components can easily be separated,causing the band to rupture and making it difficult to extract rolling bearing fault characteristic frequency effectively.This paper develops a method for optimizing the frequency band region based on the frequency domain feature parameter set.The frequency domain feature parameter set includes two characteristic parameters:mean and variance.After adaptively dividing the frequency band by the scale space method,the mean and variance of each band are calculated.Sub-bands with mean and variance less than the main frequency band are combined with surrounding bands for subsequent analysis.An adaptive empirical wavelet filter on each frequency band is established to obtain the corresponding empirical mode.The margin factor sensitive to the shock pulse signal is introduced into the screening of empirical modes.The empirical mode with the largest margin factor is selected to envelope spectrum analysis.Simulation and experiment data show this method avoids over-segmentation and redundancy and can extract the fault characteristic frequency easier compared with only scale space methods. | HUANG HaiRun LI Ke SU WenSheng BAI JianYi XUE ZhiGang ZHOU Lang SU Lei PECHT Michael | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,11: | 10 |

| 7 | Commercial Application of the MIP-CGP Technology for Olefin Reduction in FCC Unit显示文摘The refinery of Yanshan Petrochemical Company has twice retrofitted a 2.0-Mt/a RFCC unit with the MIP-CGP technology aimed at maximization of isoparaffins/clean gasoline and increased output of propylene. By modifying the riser reactor with addition of the second reaction zone coupled with an added external catalyst cooler outside the regenerator and adoption of the CGP catalyst to control the cracking depth the refiners have realized the target of reducing olefin content in gasoline and increasing the yield of LPG. The results of retrofitting the RFCC unit have revealed that after revamp of FCC unit the yield of LPG was increased by 7.31%, the conversion rate was increased by 9.06%, and the total liquid yield was decreased by 0.3%. | 13 | Modeling of Electromagnetic Wave Propagation and Its Applicationin Virtual Test显示文摘With the development of virtual test,the computation of the effect of different weather conditions on electromagnetic wave propagation is required in many simulation systems. Firstly,this paper presents a unique point of view for computing the electromagnetic wave attenuation ratio under different weather conditions by means of an independent electromagnetic wave propagation component that can be directly implemented in virtual test, and is easy to configure and easy to reuse. We present an analysis of the principles of electromagnetic wave propagation and the algorithms designed for realization of various propagation models within the electromagnetic wave propagation component. Secondly,this paper presents a use-case analysis and outlines the design of the component,verifies the developed models under various weather conditions,and obtains equivalent values as those obtained theoretically. Finally,we build a virtual test system,verify the system in different weather conditions,and again obtain equivalent values to those obtained theoretically. | 18 | Influence of binder systems on sintering characteristics, microstructures, and mechanical properties of PcBN composites fabricated by SPS显示文摘Cubic boron nitride(cBN)with high hardness,thermal conductivity,wear resistance,and chemical inertness has become the most promising abrasive and machining material.Due to the difficulty of fabricating pure cBN body,generally,some binders are incorporated among cBN particles to prepare polycrystalline cubic boron nitride(PcBN).Hence,the binders play a critical factor to the performances of PcBN composites.In this study,the PcBN composites with three binder systems containing ceramic and metal phases were fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS)from 1400 to 1700℃.The sintering behaviors and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.Results show that the effect of binder formulas on mechanical properties mainly related to the compactness,mechanical performances,and thermal expansion coefficient of binder phases,which affect the carrying capacity of the composites and the bonding strength between binder phases and cBN particles.The PcBN composite with SiAlON phase as binder presented optimal flexural strength(465±29 MPa)and fracture toughness(5.62±0.37 MPa·m^(1/2)),attributing to the synergistic effect similar to transgranular and intergranular fractures.Meanwhile,the excellent mechanical properties can be maintained a comparable level when the temperature even rises to 800℃.Due to the weak bonding strength and high porosity,the PcBN composites with Al_(2)O_(3)–ZrO_(2)(3Y)and Al–Ti binder systems exhibited inferior mechanical properties.The possible mechanisms to explain these results were also analyzed. | Shuna CHEN Hengzhong FAN Yunfeng SU Wensheng LI Jicheng LI Bing YAN Junjie SONG Litian HU Yongsheng ZHANG | 2022 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,2: | 0 |
